Parked my car inside was closed left. I've made a point to quit doing business with companies that lock their inside, try to enforce mask mandates outside of Tennessee law , and companies that post no guns signs. I'm headed to ugly mug a locally owned business here in Memphis with wonderful coffee. Nov 26 2022 I am editing my review because I just stopped back by after a long time doors are still locked.

I’d give it 0 stars if I could. The store looks to be as though it’s possible to come in, but they have a “mobile order” pick up window, but you can’t go in the store. If I place an order at the walk up window, like the sign on the door suggests I can, they have no way to take my payment unless they take it back to their register. So when I used my App to pay, he had to take my phone to the register. They need to just state they do not allow walk ups & only allow mobile orders or drive thru orders. Definitely a disappointing Starbucks!

I have been to alot of Starbucks all over the country and this was by far the worst one I have ever been too!! The whole staff was rude and not friendly at all. I stood at the counter for awhile before getting help and there was no other customers waiting. She finally took my order like I was bothering her. Then I needed the code for the bathroom and the manager yelled it at me twice. Will never ever go back! Starbucks supervisors please retrain this branch. They need personality help and politeness help!

This is absolutely the worst Starbucks in Memphis! They run out of inventory on items needed to run their business. Ingredients? Cups?Straws? How do you drink a Vente drink such as a Javachip Frappuccino with a small straw? And they close all the time! Also, the other day the drive-thru line was huge so I decided to go into the store along with 3 other paying customers and we find out the lobby door is barricaded shut! A tall businessman inside cracked the door open, said the lobby was closed for some reason and that we'd have to use the drive-thru !! I Drove thru on Saturday 9/11 @ 7:40pm and the store is closed, again, no signs, nothing! In the past Ive called to speak to the manager about some of these issues and part way into the convo I get hung up on! Needless to say, me, my family, friends and co-workers wont be going to this location any time soon! Take a lesson from the store @ Poplar & I-240. I'll be going there from now on!

Very Rude and unprofessional manager also staff They ask us to stand outside and not come inside although the store door was open and it was in the middle of the day . Out side was hot and she delayed our order which was one cup only .Manger kept raising here voice and asking ask to step outside while she had sandwiches in here hand while talking to us . Starbucks in this location need better training otherwise they will lose customers .

The in store entrance was closed, but a walk up window and drive through window were. The walk up window didn't have any checkout tools at the window and needed to take the phone into the store?? With chips laying on the floor in the store they clearly didn't care about anything except coffee sales.

The inside is locked! Only drive thru is available. Don’t stop here if you are on a road trip and looking for a coffee / bathroom break

I got here before 5:20 and they had already closed. It kinda defeats the purpose of listed hours if your going to close early but what really frustrates me is that there was a single car in line and they had no problems serving them their drinks and they’d pulled off by 5:30 I figured one single customer with 30 minutes until close would be feasible, my family loves this Starbucks and it’s employee’s as daily customers that normally will go out of their way if they’re not in the area to still only go to the Starbucks for the relationship as well as the service is really let us down!

Horrible location. Can’t even go inside due to this being a dangerous neighborhood. Well then don’t open a Starbucks here!!!

Poor drive-thru experience. AWFUL older woman working there. She is plain rude. I have been to this location a handful of times and have had no issues with the young ladies who I typically see. Can't say that I will be coming here anymore

Busy on a Sunday morning, just picked up two coffees over 20 minute wait in drive-thru. Cashier busy taking orders on headset was a bit distracting as you didn't know who she was talking to..

Drive-thru only store which I believe makes it run a smoother and faster drive thru. Usually do not have to bring drinks to be remade, pastries usually in stock and fresh, baristas are awesome at being Starbucks friendly and superb customer service. Recently, I had a issue and I don’t feel the manager was interested in finding a solution or hearing me out…just started visiting this location regularly and am hoping that was one time thing.

Only walk-up window open. All doors to interior doors were locked. Coffee Latte Vente was “watered down” with minimal coffee flavor. Bad experience

Nice staff, but walk up and drive through only now. No one allowed in the store. If you just want coffee drive through style it’s good, but don’t stop here while on a road trip.

Beware they don't open the inside and operate out of a walk up window. The mornings be to cold and the drive through is too long for that. I just left, I'll take my chances with gas station coffee before I pay $8 for my custom coffee and can't even come inside from the cold.

I use to order ubereats from this location but the chai products taste like white chocolate mocha. I thought I was just tripping but I've recently ordered it from the Kirby location and perfection. Maybe more training is needed or tell customers chai is out.

No complaints from me, although i have never had a medicine ball so sweet as theirs in my life. I was blown away at how efficient and professional the staff was. The wait is worth it at an establishment like this, my needs were met without fail by Austin, Mars, and one other man I did not catch the name of but was very swift in my first reorder. If you catch yourself on sycamore and see Starbucks, pull over!!

We pulled up for a meeting and doors were locked at 10:40 am only the drive through was open. Just don't understand that one.

Great tasting coffee with a healthy selection of choices. A bit pricey but it's good for an occasional treat.

Most convenient one , also most inconvenient! I mobile ordered and it took them almost 30 minutes from the time I ordered to be ready. Didn't take a taste until I was on the eway , taste is not right. 🥺 .

My food is always hot and fresh! This is the only location I’ve been to that wraps the food up when it’s done, so it doesn’t get hard. The workers are awesome too!

Great location. Very friendly staff. I had the pleasure of running intothe store manager, district manager, and regional manager who just happened to be there touring the facility. Great people, friendly and down-to-earth.

5 drink 5 sandwich order ... it was delicious and there was nobody in line when we got there.

Very slow service, if you order ahead your drink will not be ready in a timely manner.

Just drive a couple more minutes towards the Bartlett one, I’ve never had a worse coffee as I did today from here. It was just horrific tasted OLD and bitter.

In the whole city of memphis, this is the only location that has never opened the inside since the beginning of the pandemic. Only the drive-thru and it's always long. Otherwise you have to order it at the window. Which is a big inconvenience when it's extremely hot, raining or cold. It's really ridiculous. Heard a rumor that it was because they were robbed. First, get a security guard if that's the case. Second, you're in Memphis deal with it. Everything else in the area is open. Other than that, the employees are always nice like it all Starbucks

Line was long but it went fast. Order was correct. Staff is nice.

I'm not sure I was with my son that's here from Texas. He's in the army fixing to be sent to Kuwait. We were waiting in line and we're almost to the window and they shutdown. He wasn't very happy they could of taken care of people in line .

Can't order ahead on the app, listed as closing at 6pm, walked up and they had the front door blocked off at 5:30 PM. Won't ever go to this location again.

Drive thru service. Best baristas ever. Friendly and fast. Great specialized and individualized drinks.

I've been coming to this Starbucks for years. The staff is always friendly. The only downside is that they close early in the evening (six o'clock I think).
