    Worst location ever, employees are rude they never get your order right, always out of stock, long lines because they take forever to do everything I was excited about this location since it's close to my job but I'd rather drive to Bartlett. 0 stars

    They take wayyyy too long to make drinks. If I order mobile pickup, clearly I want it convenient and not having to come in the store and sit and wait 30 min after the time frame the app states for pickup. Then the drink is always wrong. Won’t be back!

    I go and order the same thing almost everytime I go in the mornings before work. Sometimes I go I get a medium sized cup yet I ALWAYS order a large. This morning I ordered a large and here comes the smaller cup again. Then the girl at the window had an attitude like I did something wrong when my order made was incorrectly. She let the window close while I was trying to speak to her and continued to take orders like I wasn’t saying anything worth listening to. I had to go to work so I just got it and left, made it into work and noticed that I don’t have the caramel drizzle I paid for so I called to speak with a manager. I informed her I could not wait for them to remake my Frappuccino because I had to get to work. The manager told me to come back in with my cup so they can compare it. What does that even mean? I’ll just go someplace else and pay much less for the same overpriced drink they serve.

    I went once during business hours and it had a written sign saying closed until 1. The next time I went the line was reasonable but grew as the wait time per car was at least 5-8min. I rarely experience a bad Starbucks...this one is in a high traffic area and needs help with customer service or more staff.

    I ordered a medicine ball took 10 mins to give it to me also the white lady snatched my receipt out of my hand and aggressively told me my order was being mad as I questioned why was it taking so long. I will never go back to this Starbucks and the sad part about it is I live 30 seconds away. My whole family comes here😂.. won’t even recommend it!

    I knew when I saw this being built by this area, It would be absolute TRASH!! I don’t even want to give this place one star. I went inside to four workers working. Only three customers inside that were chatting and already helped. I stood at that front counter for 5-7 minutes till finally they realized I wasn’t leaving and to go ahead and help me. They LOOKED in my eyes while doing other stuff and not helping me. Behind the counter it was FILTHY & DISORGANIZED & TRASH EVERYWHERE. They were making the drinks very sloppily and their uniforms just weren’t professionally dressed. One had a durag on and it was hanging all over his face. It’s like they had no care. I saw this all in my 7 minutes of standing up there and realizing this establishment was very gross. If I were you, AVOID THIS AREA!

    This place sucks & the service is so slow , I made a mistake by going to get breakfast first before I got my coffee. You will literally wait In line for 20 mins for 1 item. There isn’t any consideration for the customer.

    I didn’t want to do a bad review on this Starbucks because I have waited for years to have one at this location. However, this is the third time I’ve had a bad experience here. The place is filthy and understaffed. They never have any ingredients and always run out, and today was no different but they ran out of cold brew from the time I placed my order until I got to the register. (32 minutes of waiting to be told they were out) that’s ridiculous. Starbucks do better, train your staff better. Needless to say I will not be back and I will share this experience with others.

    They move entirely to slow I came on a Saturday and order mango dragonfruit refresher. They gave me a large lemonade I could have went to the store for that. They didn’t tell me they was out of the inclusion stuff to make the drink and the dragonfruit wasn’t in it either. Like I said just a large lemonade for $5. That’s bad customer service. They have to pick up the pace, people don’t go to Starbucks to get high priced coffee and a long wait. I got iced coffee and lemonade

    I work third shift so if I stop for coffee its around 6/7pm. In the amount of times I have gone to this location, over half the time they are closed early. I really wish that was an exaggeration. Waiting with three other cars in the drive thru just to drive up to the window and see people inside but a paper on the window saying “temporary closed”, this is almost every experience I have with this location . It is ridiculous how many times it has happened recently. Without a sign in the drive thru like other stores how can we keep up with their hours. When this location first opened this was almost every day but they were under staffed so it’s understandable. This time I drove up to the store and saw a good group of people walking in so I thought nothing of the long wait in the drive thru. “Maybe it was just one employee working and they were trying to help the group that just walked in.” Hopefully this changes or they fix the hours on Google. I know my one bad review isn’t going to do anything to Starbucks but maybe this will inform upper management of what is going on at this location if they don’t already know. Closing at 8:30 is not accurate at this location. This is the last time I go to this location. But hopefully they fix this problem, I know I’m not the only one that this has happened to.

    My almost daily coffee go to shop, always amazing service! The girl who worked there in the mornings was/is the best! (I've switched to nights so no longer a morning goer, but still love this location!)

    Never cease to amaze me. I always tend to come when there are no cars. I even order ahead but it still takes me a minimum of 20 mins to get my order. On the off chance there is a car or two in front of me. 25-30 min wait. At this point just tear it down

    The lady at the drive-through in the morning is an absolute joy. She is efficient and very energetic. I also convinced that they make the BEST caramel Ribbon Crunch Frap. I took off a star because the wait times in drive-through is almost always long but that won’t stop me from coming. The area is really busy.

    Take forever, waited 45 minutes for one drink in the drive thru, why? Go to another store, this one really sucks. Waste of time and money. I did call and complained and Andrew made it right due to short staff.

    I love all Starbucks locations, but this specific one hasn’t mastered making a carmel frappe. Today I ordered a different drink and a warmed cheese danish that has a straight black hair on it. In the photo you can see that I pushed it to the side.

    Walked in, no greeting. Only saw 3 people behind counter. Nobody in cash register and the girl that was making drinks was on her phone. Guy in the drive thru had to come take my order.. Definitely not something I’d expect from Starbucks. Ask for open face and my sandwich was soft..

    They ALWAYS close early or have their inside closed. Not the first time I've come here and the inside is closed. Sometimes there are signs, sometimes there's not. Like tonight, no signs. Just some lady pointing at me to go through the drive thru. Which took more than 20 minutes to get through. I didn't place an order on the app to pick up inside to wait in the drivethru line for 20 minutes. I'll never come to this location again. It's never been worth the wait.

    I’m not sure what has happened, but this location has no sense of urgency. The lines are terrible almost daily. I sat at the window for nearly 15 minutes waiting for my drink after I was given my grilled cheese. By the time I finally received my drink, the grilled cheese was cold. Hopefully it gets better.

    So I really waited before giving this review but I sorry. I've been going up to this location off and on since They opened, at the very being I loved the service, not so much my coffee, it have never tasted like my other Starbucks location more milky I don't know what that's about. 🤦🏾‍♀️ I've gotten Hot and Ice and coffee just doesn't give me my Starbucks experience. Now the service, YOU DON'T GET THAT WELCOME TO STARBUCKS LOVE and everytime I drive thu and get to the window they forget what I've ordered. The community do need this location, but better product and service PLEASE🥺.

    STORE ABANDONED BY EMPLOYEES The store seems abandoned by employees.. No signs saying they're closed but there are zero employees and doors locked. Its been like this the entire day 10/3/22. I usually order by app. They turn off mobile ordering on certain days and close the lobby for only mobile pickup on certain days and then just close the lobby completely some days... which is extremely inconvenient & inconsistent. The barista area behind the counters is ALWAYS a mess. Trash on floor, stuff everywhere, dirty dishes, etc. It was great when it first opened and went downhill very quickly. I blame management/owner. They cannot keep employees at this location and are always short staffed which definitely seems like a management issue. I really hope corporate helps this location.

    There have been way to many times were I would come through the drive through, and place a simple order and it's messed up! Sometimes you would wait 20 plus minutes just to have the incorrect order. It's better to go in the evening or at night.

    Just left this location - picking up mobile order. Took a minute for my order to be ready because they were slammed, but EVERYBODY in here was hustlin! Six employees in the store, and every single one was working hard. Store looked great, everything was super clean, and all the employees were professional and looked like a Starbucks ad. Also the drinks were on point

    Officially the worst Starbucks ever. It’s close to my house, so I keep giving it a try, hoping it will improve. No such luck. It’s 3:06 pm on a Monday, so not even rush-hour, and I’ve been sitting in line for almost 15 minutes without movement. Trapped in line actually as I’d leave if I could do so without damaging my car. And this is the THIRD time this has happened here. Sigh. Clearly, something needs to change.

    Starbucks is ALWAYS good! Everything is fresh, hot & delicious..except the cold & frozen items. The service is great! Sometimes..you must be patient..because of the lines you have to wait in. I don't mind..it's well worth the wait !!!
