I'm amazed at how their prices have gone up but their coffee sizes have gotten smaller ☕ No more Starbucks for me

My only issue is that there's never anyone at the counter by 6:30. I just waited 10 minutes and not a single barista was around. Don't post that you open 6 when really it's close to 7 am.

Normally i have a great experience. I was very disappointed with this trip due to not being served. I spoke to the barista when I walked up to the counter, she didn't say anything. I then spoke louder and stood at the register for a couple of minutes. She never acknowledged me at all, I left the store without getting anything.

The customer service is always stellar no matter what time you go, and rarely, your order might not be correct, but they 100% always correct it.

Had a Dr appt in Memphis, and my grandson wanted a strawberry frappe. The first one on Germantown Pkwy was not good, not thick, or had no strawberry taste at all it was watered down. After leaving Dr appt on Poplar stopped there, and it was much better, I still think it should've been thicker/creamerier.

I noticed almost all the reviews that are bad are people that can’t afford Starbucks coffee . “Too overpriced” so why rate the store one star ? You didn’t even shop there ? I work for Starbucks and I can tell you each person isn’t the same and we’re all out here trying to make it . I love Starbucks but when you’re a customer with attitude , you get a worker with attitude so Please be nice !

If you need to check a review of a Starbucks before visiting, then surely Starbucks exists for your type. The coffee is overpriced, the employees are underpaid, the customers are insufferable. The money and time spent buying enterprise coffee is typical for southern suburbanites who think of themselves as cosmopolitan and sophisticated. Other than as a meeting place for unkind and seemingly unhinged 30 and 40-year-old Nickelback fans, this building serves as a safe, clean, free wifi access point.

Starbucks is overrated.. they need to upgrade their frozen coffee

Best lemon slice cake I have ever had so good I wish I could purchase a whole cake lol. If you haven't tried it please try it. They coffee is good to as well

The coffee barista that served my kid and I were so sweet, kind, & helpful. I don't go to that location often due to traffic around it, but I will return for that warm experience

Probably the most godawful Starbucks ever. Employees with phones 📱 grafted to their hands....lots of eyeroll 🙄....and mountains of attitudes.

The gentle men just left a note saying be back in 15 and I waited over thirty for him to come back to fix the drink he messed up. When he finally came back he didn’t watch his hands and had a terrible attitude. This is the second day in a row he was just out a note up and was not at his work station
