I purchased an 8-pack of Rock Flower Anemones, Stellar Mushroom, etc. Kevin allowed me to select the arrival date. The corals were packed safe and secure. All corals arrived alive and are doing well. For the rock nems, they allow you to request the specific colors you want and don’t want. Great Company, Great Selections, Great Experience. I look forward to my next purchase with them.

So. My story with these guys have been awesome. I purchased my first corals from these guys which where pest free. Within 5 minutes of placing my order the owner contacted me and was very nice and informative about the corals. Worried the order may not make it he did tell me that. However I had to have them shipped when I did because I was going out of town for a while. That being said. All my corals arrive alive except my acans. I didn’t say anything about it because I felt it was my fault and most saltwater people don’t replace corals especially when they informed you it wasn’t good conditions so I accept fault and didn’t say anything. A few weeks later the owner contacted me asking me how my order was and I told him great just that my acans didn’t make but I wasn’t complaining and accepted that it was my fault and I was sorry for not listening to him. However he told me on my next order he would replace them. Which I was surprised about but honestly had doubts. Almost 4 months later I placed another order and I was surprised when I contacted him and asked him about the replacement that not only did he replace them but he replaced them with good quality coral that I picked out that was close to my dollar amount. I will never shop anywhere else but here at QCC as any other corals I’ve purchased from any other supplier has died these guys have went above and beyond customer service. They have good healthy pest free corals And they are reasonable. Not to mention their affiliated with some payment programs that makes it easier to bring my reef alive. By far one of if not the best emerging companies to buy coral from online! It’s refreshing to work with Kevin the owner who clearly has a passion for what he is doing, and also his attention to detail when it comes to working with his customers to provide the best experience. I was seeking this specific color morph of the GMK Zoa and he found it for me within a couple days. Quality of shipping was precise with timing it so nothing was harmed on shipment to Arizona and very well secured. Happy to say this is my go to shop and envious he’s not in my state.

I hadn’t ordered corals online in about 10 years. After a lot of shopping around, QCC seemed to have the best prices I could find for the zoas I wanted. Everything arrived on time and was perfectly packed. Corals are healthy, appeared to be pest free, and have almost fully opened after just 1 hour in my tank. They even threw in a freebie. 10/10 highly recommend!

Amazing first experience! I placed an order online and everything arrived in perfect condition! They even had the frag plugs pushed through a hole in a small cup to ensure there was no damage from shipping. I have a 25 gal bow front that has no coral in it yet, but I will be getting every single piece from these guys!

Coral arrived packaged in individual containers to help prevent damage (an absolutely genius idea). Purchased half a dozen Frogspawn and Torches. Queen City Corals has great looking corals, a large variety of different type of corals, and at reasonable price. They also have special which help lower the price. Andrea, is very knowledgeable about the marine hobby, she’s kind, and very helpful. She has assisted me twice now when making my order by answering questions and sending me pictures of the corals. Which I think is very important when I live in Miami, Florida and Queen City Corals is located in Mint Hill, North Carolina. This business has great costumer service, and the products are fantastic as well. You can’t go wrong making your purchases at this aquatic store. Great shop, I’ve purchased a lot of coral on line since I don’t have the greatest selection of local shops. These guys take every step possible to make sure your corals are protected during shipping. And my package was delayed by a day because of weather but the corals still came in safe and still warm from the heat pack as well as the packaging was incredible. Ordered a Scoly, it came quickly and was packed very thoroughly. There was also a little freebie in the package! Checked the temps when they arrived and they were perfect and in line with my tank so I was able to drop them right in.
