What a great experience! Ken helped me for several visits and never disappointed. It is very apparent he takes his job more than serious. Grateful for Victoria Kaloust! We came to Jared’s to pick up the anniversary band my Husband bought for me to celebrate our ten year anniversary, however, when I went to try on the set it was too snug. Victoria asked if who helped us yesterday also got my original engagement ring sized, and hadn’t. She IMMEDIATELY went into action to try to help us. Not only were we from 4hrs out of town, the next day we were catching a flight to Cancun, and when we return the following week we’re were immediately scheduled to get on the road back home. Noticing our issues, Victoria was able to make sure we were worked in so we could walk out with my new ring. She showed us compassion and kindness, and I will forever be grateful of how she helped us.

Lynn was amazing! She is incredibly knowledgeable and helpful, she was able to answer all of my questions with ease. The selection of jewelry was impressive, and she found exactly what I was looking for. The prices were very reasonable, and I felt like I got a great deal. I highly recommend you go see Lynn for your future purchases as she can deliver top tier customer service.

Lynn is an absolute pleasure to work with. My husband and I have been customers of hers for 5 years now and counting. We followed her from the Hulen store when we first met her and she's been our jeweler ever since. She treats us as if we are family and always takes care of our needs. We spend more time in the store after our transactions just enjoying talking to her. Great asset to the company and because of her, Jared's has customers for life.

My wife and I stopped by to get our jewelry cleaned and inspected while we were in town for the weekend. Marcy and Victoria took such good care of us. We have a business of our own and appreciate outstanding customer service when we see it. Marcy is the Assistant General Manager at Southlake and really knows how to make you feel special but not in a fake way. She’s the real deal. Definitely our new favorite jewelry store.

Rick S. helped us out and it was such a nice experience! He truly listened, provided tips, gave me in-store and custom options based on what I liked, and applied no pressure. They didn't have the James Allen ring I was interested in in-store, but he provided an option that was available in-store so I could see the diamond shape, same carat, same mounting, et cetera. Rick was a great ambassador for Jared and the jewelry industry. If you're thinking of going to Zales, Kay, or another comparable option, I recommend saving your time and having a more luxurious experience here. Rick also cleaned the rings my mom and I were wearing free of charge. Bonus points!

Great customer service, yet the product has quality problem. The pnina tonai ring with lab created diamond I tried on has a black dot in it. Disappointed with the quality of the diamond.

I seriously can’t say enough good things about the employees at Jared in Southlake. Marcy has been beyond helpful in my search to upgrade my engagement ring for my wedding anniversary. She LISTENS, she CARES. It’s not all about making the sale and selling the most expensive Diamond (though she did have me upgrade way beyond what I expected haha). But she truly wanted me to leave with something I’d be happy with long term. Jennifer and Amy were also very helpful and kind throughout this process. They were willing to jump in and help each other every step of the way. I appreciated this level of service. I walked in several jewelry stores prior to coming to Jared and none of the others pulled me in like Jared did. The knowledge of the staff is what first won me over. I didn’t feel confident and comfortable to go through with a purchase anywhere else and now I see no need to ever have to shop for jewelry anywhere other than Jared.

Rick was wonderful! He answered every question we ask. He was so polite. We left the store feeling like we had a new friend. We very much enjoyed sharing old stories with him. You just don’t meet friendly people like him anymore. Because of him we will always shop at Jared’s!

Marcy was absolutely amazing. We walked in, she asked my wife what she wanted and within 5 minutes she was trying on the ring of her dreams. She really went out of her way to get us checked out and complete our purchase. She made sure we viewed the images of the diamond and saw how beautiful it was. We will definitely return when we are shopping for jewelry again!

I worked with Rick on the engagement ring, and both bands and let me tell you I don’t think there is a better person for the job. He was personable, and seemed to care about our story more than just getting me in and out. Everyone at this store is great, but if you can work with Rick you should have a great experience!

I have been standing in the store for 20 minutes completely being ignored. Initially, someone was "busy" with boxes and when a different sales person freed up, they went and took over with boxes and have been more or less ignoring me entirely- I guess if you're already wearing an engagement/wedding band, you're not a valued customer, only if you're shopping for one.

Had a excellent experience all because of Rick! If you’re getting anything for a wedding, I highly recommend asking for Rick! He knows his stuff, polite, and patient. We bought a wedding band because of the special pear shaped engagement right that needed a certain type.

I took two heavy rosaries in to Suzi to have the existing crucifixes on each switched out for two more attrractive crucifixes I had purchased separately. During each of the several minutes that Suzi spent carefully handling the rosaries to prepare them for estimate, Suzi was unceasingly effusive about how beautiful both rosaries were. In her original rough estimate, Suzi related that it might cost $20-$30 for each rosary. When I told her that each of the rosaries themselves--as striking as they were--cost me less than $25, she replied: "Wow, really? Okay, Don't worry-we'll make it work." And did she ever! Suzi contacted me 3 days later to tell me that there would be NO CHARGE AT ALL for ANY of the work!..... So, if you are looking to make a considerable investment in beautiful jewelry and you're concerned about the honest and integrity of your jeweler (or if you just want a minor repair done), I can't repeat it loudly or often enough: Go see Suzi at Jared in Southlake! I went into this store and had some screwbacks put on my earrings that I got for Christmas. I went back to the store after I wore the earrings a few days later because the post irritated my ears so because it was so big. The diamond earrings are so uncomfortable to wear with those post. The Manager was unavailable. I got a call a week or so later and she left a voicemail saying that they could put my old post back on my earrings, but there was not anything they could do. I have found several jewelers that have told me that they have SEVERAL different screwbacks that can go on those earrings, but they do not recommend constantly changing the backs out of the earrings. I wanted a refund for the service because I did not get what I asked for. I specifically asked for small screwbacks when I brought the earrings in, but this did not happen. Shop at your own risk!
