Great place, move in and out was simple and pleasant. We rented from another place in Joshua and it was a night mare getting information. Rent from this place, good location , clean and you talk to real people. I’ll definitely be back if needed.

I’ve rented 2 storage units for the last 2 + yrs from Yellow Jacket storage and have only good things to say about it. Security is great. Never had a problem. Staff are responsive every time I’ve called. Very easy to rent from. I’d rent again if needed.

Great clean storage unit, smooth roads and secure property with gate and cameras. Management was easy to make contact with any time we had questions or concerns, they always responded within reasonable time.

Didn't take a lot of time to set up an account and get the info needed to access the storage facility. Site looks clean and secure. Answered quickly when notified I was terminating the lease. Rapid response via email or text.

Very clean and secure facility with security cameras. On the occasions I needed to call, they responded within 10 minutes. Very professional and courteous owners and employees. I highly recommend for anyone needing to store their belongings.

Very easy to a unit rented. Very easy to have automatic payment withdrawal so I didn't have worry about missing a payment. They also give a military discount. If I needed a storage unit again I would go to Yellow Jacket Storage in Cleburne.

Storage unit was available for us right away. Had no issues whatsoever, everything was super easy to set up. My biggest concern was fining roaches, or mice, thankfully we didn’t find any the entire year our stuff was in there. The occasional cricket, but nothing to worry about. Highly recommend.

The only complaint I could think of would be price but it seems to be in line with other places in this area in that regard. Security guard with friendly the unit was nice well kept overall I would use these guys again. As the final thought I would say that they were real good about responding anytime we ever tried to contact them to stay late or anything else.

This is an awesome place to rent from. And the help are super friendly. The lady that helped me is Morgan. She did my rental agreement over the phone. And she called me the next day to make that everything went smoothly. If you need a storage unit, I suggest you use them.

Chase and Morgan are awesome people! Kind and helpful whenever I needed it. Best storage company I've ever had and that is saying a lot since I've moved around a lot in my years. Keep up the awesome work guys you got a good thing going.

Storage was clean and a good price. Management was easy to get a hold of and move out was made simple and fast.

I had a positive experience here. The communication was excellent and always friendly. I had a wrong card on autopay and they were kind enough to not charge me a fee and were willing to work with me. I never had any gate issues getting in and out of there and I felt safe with the lights on in the evenings . If there are any issues they are available and willing to help!

I would highly recommend the storage facility they are very clean and treat you with the utmost respect I will definitely be using them again!
