I walked into this kfc very hungry! the service was horrible, something i never experienced something so bad, and when i lashed back and received my food I GOT THIS! and i went to the cashier as soon as possible they just laughed in my face, mind u i orderd the trilogy box, you have no idea how angry i am, the cashier refused to give me a refund because i had already opened the box, so i called the police and i got my money back, my poor naan had to watch this all happen, she is suffering from stage 4 breast cancer, please dont come here!!!!!!!!.

Absolute joke tonight. Went in to get food because my partner and I didn’t feel like cooking. When we got there all seemed normal other than the drivethru being shut so we had to go in - not a problem. We ordered our food and waited by the counter as usual when in walks a scruffy blonde woman who didn’t appear to be a member of staff considering she was wearing a pink tracksuit, shouting greetings at the kitchen staff. The woman then proceeds to take it upon herself to walk through the staff door, behind the counter into the kitchen area without washing her hands, wearing a work uniform or a hair net, allowing her pony tail to flop around getting god knows what in the kitchen area. She hugged one of the male workers in the kitchen and then began laughing, joking and swearing loudly enough with them to be heard in the customer area all while helping herself to the food in the ovens without washing her hands or wearing gloves and the kitchen staff were completely ok with this which suggests it isn’t the first time this has happened. After helping herself to some free food, she remained in the kitchen area chatting with staff, shaking her head around right next to the ovens which on top of everything is not only a huge food code violation but also extremely disgusting to witness as a customer. The two poor ladies on the tills were obviously unhappy with this too by the expression on their faces as this random blonde lady being in the back, distracting staff was also causing orders to get backed up. So much so that one of the ladies on the till had to ask the male kitchen staff 3 times for a food item before he got it for her as he was too busy chatting and swearing with the customer who had walked into the back. Throughout this entire experience myself and my partner were totally disgusted and it wasn’t until we got home that we realised that half of our food wasn’t even in the bag either and was stone cold - likely a result of the guy in the kitchen not paying attention to the job he is being paid to do. Needless to say, I am not happy with the service that I received and will be writing a complaint to the Food Standards Agency (FSA). Absolutely appalling display of food hygiene standards and blatant gross misconduct by several members of staff there. If by some chance this woman is in a member of staff at this restaurant then she and her colleagues should know better, allowing her to go into the back without a uniform or sanitary PPE, distracting staff and using appalling language. Oh and if a manager wants to validate this review, this all happened on 01/01/2024 at around 20:05.

I was so stumped! Not only was the chicken pink but we ordered 7 up and the drink was mostly water. They may as well have served us sparkling water!!!

Absolute shower of **** one drink out of stock, fair enough. Ordered a gravy bucket £20.... told 13 minutes wait. Fair... parked up. Come outside with no gravy..... gave me corn on the cob with chips. Why make me park up knowing there wasn't any in stock!! Then made to go in for a refund. Not very apologetic at all.

Appalling service . Order a £35 order to not even receive the whole order no burgers won’t be box meal . This is all the time they cannot get anything right .

Everytime there's something missing from the order, normally the food is either like warm or overly dry and hard. This place is a disgrace. They don't wear the hair nets or breard nets so don't really give a damn about customers.

Was told to park up for a simple order, waited nearly 15 minutes had to go in to collect it. Drove home only to find this wasn't my order, had to drive back and demanded a refund, but to be fair the manager on duty was really nice and apologetic

Classic KFC with drive through. Ordered the chicken fillet wraps with mayo. Very tasty with fresh cabbage and seasoned mayo. Can order at counter or on electronic boards. Quick friendly service by Sam.

The counter staff were very polite. The chips here were terrible, I could not eat them, the portions very small. The chicken I have tasted far better, but it was hot.

Pretty useless up there to be honest ordered ice cream from the machine and they said they don’t even do them in that store so offered me a Krushem but they had no sauces or milk so a cup of ice? so then had to be refunded in cash as they couldn’t do it back to my card I also ordered a cookie and they completely forgot about it and then gave me a white chocolate instead of milk when I asked where it was. There was another lady who ordered a chicken bucket and they didn’t even have any chicken

Waited a while for the food . Food was fine. Food all over the floor. Quite a few empty tables still waiting to be cleared and cleaned... But it wouldn't hurt the customers to put waste in the bin on way out, no hand wipes ot paper towel. Not even any loo roll in mens cubicle ( The toilet itself,, I'll leave to your imagination) But the food was good and that's really why I was there .

Had the wrap of the day. It was great value for money £1.98, I'm fussy but I couldn't fault it. Pity the staff were so miserable

My dearest companion Callum Throttle, in the photo displayed wasnt to pleased with his meal as you can see his dissatisfaction in his face in the photo. He has a bit of a lisp so please bare with the quote but he very clearly stated “wasnt even tha nithe”. This is very unlike him as he normally eats everything that his placed infront of him. Although the meal wasnt to appealing when i walked through the door they had Jamaican by diction dj playing that lifted the atmosphere, almost like i was in koolers. But i would definitely not come again…

As far is KFC goes this one was a good one of the staff were more than helpful the food was standard KFC as what should be expected! One of the better KFC very happy with my experience here! I would revisit again!

Drive through girl was rude abrupt and had a stinking attitude because I didn’t want the cup holder grabbed it off the counter with a horrendous attitude strolled to the bin and threw it in making rude comments to the other staff members about us. This was at 2022 on the 22/06/2023 kfc management should fire this individual as she is not the sort of person any organisation should have serving customers. I wouldn’t even want this ill mannered troglodyte sorting my recycling let alone serving and handling my food. She’s just the type to put the “special” ingredient in the sauce. Food was awful too chips over cooked and chicken tasted of old oil had to throw it away after just a few bites.

They never ever have any drinks in stock, I only ever dine in and when i do without a doubt the music blaring i cant even hear anything but the music, the gravy like water and food is always cold. If you go through the drive through make sure to check your bags before u leave they always make sure to forget something

Going for a 4 star here as the chain has its up days and down days. Had moulded chicken back a couple of months ago and received a voucher for my troubles (no complaints there, its free food), last time wasnt to great as the food was warm and missed something off the order but the time before was great, sometimes he staff are amazing and can be funny then others they are miserable. Entirely up to your choice if you go there or not as even im staying neutral.

An absolute disgrace of a business, a family feast ordered online for pick up with burnt and disgusting looking chicken, cold chips and 5 pots of gravy when I ordered beans and corn on the cob, what a joke no wonder your hygiene rating was zero!!!
