The hotel looks good and attractive, but there is no human relation from the staff's especially the receptionist in the restaurant, we were treated badly with no courtesy were we demanded to speak with the proprietor of hotel but out request was declined, because the know the gravity of what they did.

Best hotel in Garoua, clean and at the heart of town, luxurious and affordable, with free wifi, the generator was on for three days and could hold a webinar I hosted even with the power outage in the town🤗. Had an awesome stay visiting their cabaret and nightclub over the weekend, I equally got a souvenir from the provision shop(got quality stuffs there) And if you're considering hiring a private car for your rounds it's feasible here as they got a few cars on location.In all my stay was fun

This is the best hotel in town the receptionist was really good and they really had fun things to do like live band musics and many touristique events. Infact go there and never regret your money i would have even given them 7 stars if i could.

Very bad experience, restaurant menu full of cochroaches, very bad dealing with customers, no curtains on windows so you and your family will be watched in the toilet and shower, very careless and very cold response to customer complaints! We requested to contact their supervisior or the owner but they refused to give us any number to contact for 3 days, they even didnt show care. We have to lose the precious time in the morning just to get our breakfast. They don't have drinking water for customers! No refrigerator at rooms! Will never like to see their faces again
