Decathlon is definitely good and it has awesome products. I have been using it since last 7 years. But the bike service staff in this store is really bad. I have already made their complaint a couple of times. They are pretty rude and probably think themselves as the President of Poland. I have used decathlon in many countries but had worst experience in Warsaw. Be ready to face some rudity if you are an English speaker.

The place is nice to shop at and the staff is nice. There was no product that I was looking for, beside that I would recommend it and shopping here for people younger than 15 years (mostly thinking about sports here) it's a good idea. Generally I would give it 4 starts but because of lack of supplies which I wanted to aquire because I'm a tall person I'm going for a 3. Have fun shopping :)

Great place with good sport stuff. Cheap goods with great quality. I really recommend this store! One thing is bad that in this particular Decathlon - in service works a guy who i guess doesn't really want to work at all and only this one guy is a big failure because customers have to wait a lot of time until he does anything or even sees you..

It's decathlon. Good range of medium and own brand goods. Staff helpful. for buying a bike great - as you can try the bike you buy and they will add all the extras for you.

I have been waiting a long time for decathlon to land a mall closer toy place. As usually full of good equipment. Reasonable price. Plenty of promotions. Always leaving with a basket full. Even if I came looking for just one thing. The best place there is to start from. Unless you are looking for some specialised equipment. Then usually it is best to look elsewhere.

Faulty inventary. We were sent there from a different decthalon as apparently they had one item we needed, and when we arrived, it was actually sold out. Waste of time In our case.

When I urgently need something for my bike, I come here. A recent purchase: a chain cleaner and Teflon oil was a pleasant surprise.

It’s a big Decathlon store. I found exactly what I needed (and more). I needed an assistance looking for an item, and lady who works there took me directly to the correct area. Very happy with the help. I will come back soon!

Best selection of sports gear, fitness equipment, and accessories that I've seen so far in Warsaw. Prices are quite reasonable, especially for their in-house brands, such as Domyos. This particular location is clean, well-lit, has wide aisles, and is conveniently located on Ostrobramska near Atrium Promenada.

We went with my cousin to buy an electric pump but couldn’t find the right one, by luck we met one of the employees who was really caring, spoke with us in English and made sure to help us out finding what we needed in this huge store.
