Reporting this to corporate. Why are they filling cups up 3/4 of the way?! My drink was wrong the first time, when inside and they all stared at me before getting the courage to help. I showed the drink and they made a new one, but the cup still wasn’t even close to full and extremely sweet. By this time I was over it and just took the L. Still going a step further to report it. Def will not be going here ever again.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting my local Starbucks, where I had the most delightful experience thanks to an outstanding barista named Angela. Her exceptional customer service skills and the delicious coffee she prepared truly made my visit memorable. From the moment I stepped into the bustling café, Angela greeted me with a warm smile that immediately made me feel welcome. In addition to her stellar customer service, Angela's positive energy and infectious enthusiasm created a warm and inviting atmosphere in the café. She effortlessly fostered a sense of community among customers, turning a routine coffee run into a delightful social experience. If you're ever in need of a perfectly brewed cup of coffee and a friendly face to brighten your day, be sure to visit Starbucks and ask for Angela. She certainly one of a kind and I couldn't be more grateful to have her as my barista.

I received an advertisement of 50% off any handcrafted drink after 12 noon on Thursday “ Yay Thursday “ as per the advertisement thru the Starbucks app, I called the company and was directed to a chat 💬, there I explained the issue and I asked why the false advertisement?? The store was packed on Thursday and we wanted to get the 50% off but at the time to pay .. there was an error and nobody was able to get the 50% off but instead we had to pay the full cost. I expressed to the representative it was a disappointed to go there at that “particular time” they mentioned on the app just to be told I can’t get the discount. The rep offered me 100 starts, I said can you make it 200 or a free drink .. he refused ! I expressed that i am a loyal customer that goes there every day including Saturdays and i always order the handcrafted drinks which are not cheap plus danishes but that didn’t matter to the representative, I did not get a free drink. Well hello Starbucks I have news for you, I will drastically reduce my visits at your stores until I no longer assist and will not spend my money there. If I am not valued as a loyal customer neither will I spend my money there. Will opt dunking donuts for coffee or another coffee shop. If you consider your gold members not valuable neither Starbucks will be my top store.

Normally great but today not so much! Gave my order away. Then gave me .y order Luke warm and one of the staff was a bit edgy in her comment to me. Maybe next time will be better

Only went here twice and both experiences aren’t even great. Every time I order a refresher- my drink tastes like flat out colored water .. Would not recommend this location ever

Tried to use rewards I had built up and they charged me instead of using my stars. Also did not have the ingredients for the drinks we wanted. They always seem to be missing ingredients.

I waited forever in the drive thru, then I have to deny a tip every single time for likely the highest priced coffee in the area--- a tip for 25 seconds of work? Then they made me wait on the side for a few minutes for my breakfast they forgot to microwave, then my order was wrong...I'm gonna try the Panera next door.

I go to work near this Starbucks and there is always great customer service and my drinks always come out great & exactly what I ask for.
