any
handcrafted
drink
after

noon
on
Thursday

as
per
the
advertisement
thru
the
Starbucks
app,
I
called
the
company
and
was
directed
to
a
chat
💬,
there
I
explained
the
issue
and
I
asked
why
the
false
advertisement??
The
store
was
packed
on
Thursday
and
we
wanted
to
get
the
50%
off
but
at
the
time
to
pay
..
there
was
an
error
and
nobody
was
able
to
get
the
50%
off
but
instead
we
had
to
pay
the
full
cost.
I
expressed
to
the
representative
it
was
a
disappointed
to
go
there
at
that
“particular
time”
they
mentioned
on
the
app
just
to
be
told
I
can’t
get
the
discount.
The
rep
offered
me
100
starts,
I
said
can
you
make
it
200
or
a
free
drink
..
he
refused
!
I
expressed
that
i
am
a
loyal
customer
that
goes
there
every
day
including
Saturdays
and
i
always
order
the
handcrafted
drinks
which
are
not
cheap
plus
danishes
but
that
didn’t
matter
to
the
representative,
I
did
not
get
a
free
drink.
Well
hello
Starbucks
I
have
news
for
you,
I
will
drastically
reduce
my
visits
at
your
stores
until
I
no
longer
assist
and
will
not
spend
my
money
there.
If
I
am
not
valued
as
a
loyal
customer
neither
will
I
spend
my
money
there.
Will
opt
dunking
donuts
for
coffee
or
another
coffee
shop.
If
you
consider
your
gold
members
not
valuable
neither
Starbucks
will
be
my
top
store.
