I'll give it one star because the Muslim female employee was very nice BUT first impression walking in: empty envelope bins and no slips. The front are was devoid of employees, even when I called out. The place is super hot, they either had the heat on or they had no air conditioning. Either way, its a breeding ground for bacteria. When the lady came out she gave me what I needed and was very pleasant.

Don’t come here to get your day ruined. The ladies at the front taking your package are extremely rude. They talk down to you with sarcasm and made fun about their customers. This place should get decent people to work at the front.

I ordered cake to be delivered to surprise a friend for her bday and status said Delay. Location closed and will be delivered Monday. The location is an apartment complex with 24/7 concierge!!! How can it be closed?!! Didn't even attempt to re-deliver!. From prior reviews, it seems it's a regular method of operation. Worst experience with this facility!

I had a terrible experience with this package delivery company. I was excited to receive my package, but it never arrived. They then directed me to a pickup location far from my home. This is the worst delivery company I have ever used, and I strongly recommend avoiding them.

Excellent service, the young woman (a bit of a heavyset) was really nice and helpful. She took time to explain to me all the options I had and the cost of each versus the cost of using that option. She made me feel as if she really enjoyed her job serving customers. Kudos to her. Excellent customer service.

This store front location was a Cul De Sac accessed through a hidden driveway. Goggle map did not map out access driveway. But did display the location on map.service was quick and problem free.

Kesha helped me today with shipping out a drop off. I parked on an area where there were no signs advising me to not to park. She asked me to move the car or she would not help me. I refused to move, as there is no signs indicating where I was parked was incorrect, and she did not help me. I left the location with my package, and will take our business elsewhere.

idiot employees they got over there. I show them ID they ask for an adult i bring an adult they ask for the adult id when the package is under my name 😂😂
