While I genuinely appreciate supporting businesses that celebrate Jamaican culture, my experience with this particular Golden Krust establishment has been consistently disappointing. The main reason I discontinued ordering from them is the unacceptably rude behavior of the women working there. It's disheartening to encounter staff members who act as though they are begrudgingly fulfilling their job duties. Their attitude comes across as dismissive and unwelcoming. Unfortunately, I have experienced an incident where one employee even shouted at me during the early stages of the COVID-19 pandemic, which was incredibly unprofessional and inexcusable. As someone who genuinely wanted to support this establishment due to its cultural significance, this kind of treatment is discouraging. No customer should feel as though they are being done a favor when placing an order. The incident during the pandemic was the last straw for me, and I've since chosen to take my business elsewhere. I hope this review serves as feedback for the management to address the issue of customer service, as it has undoubtedly deterred me from being a patron of this establishment.

My wife went there at 7:30 tonight asking for soup and a beef patty when I say the customer service was so rude my wife ask what kind of soup she had the lady said I ain’t got no chicken so my wife ask what kind of soup do you have she said I and got no chicken but basically what she should’ve said it that their no more chicken or vegetables in the broth and then no beef patties only jerk chicken patties cool but then ask my wife how many you want because I only have one smh

One of the better locations. Food is consistently good here unlike other locations where it could be hit or miss. Can't go wrong with the curry goat, rice and peas and a beef patty.

Cashier was extremely rude and short. The servers are lovely, however, the cashier makes the entire establishment look bad. Food is great, customer service from the cashier is ridiculous and disrespectful.

I enjoyed my visit to this Golden Krust. We ordered two meals, patties, soup along with bun and cheese. We were treated warmly by the staff, received healthy portions of food and the price was quite reasonable. I pray a branch comes to South Jersey/Philadelphia area real soon.

Oxtail was not cooked thoroughly and salmon tasted raw I have been here before and the food was good but last two times it was not. We spent $94 on lunch...too expensive for food that didnt meet our expectations 😔

My wife and I have been coming here every weekend morning since they've open this location. The foods here is the best of all golden krust I've been. From ft Lauderdale to New York. The liver is my wife's favorite. The staff are nice people, and the owner Miss Lorna always comes to personally greet us, she's very nice as well. Hopefully it will be there for years to come.

Food is always good. They're not stingy and give you a decent amount of food when you order. However, workers don't seem too friendly at times.
