Awesome service! “Enterprise” the company as whole is Great! This location in Scotch Plains, NJ in particular though; by far one of the best customer service experiences I have ever received. Follow up on May 5, 2023: The manager, Brian called me back about a week after the incident and offered an apology and recompensation for the aforementioned negative experience. The experience was still negative when it happened, but I do appreciate the follow-up. I rented a vehicle from this place with high mileage. It broke down in the middle of the highway and their road side assistance service is the worst. They promise a tow truck is on the way but, the ETA keeps changing every time I call back when it is expected. If you want to take the risk of your rental breaking down and going through the same experience I am having, you are better off saving your money and time by going somewhere else

Nice young lady was waiting for me at the Northeast Collision. She was very polite, and friendly. She didn't mind that I was a bit late and took sometime taking care of my personal car to be inspected and fixed for paperwork. The car She brought for me was clean, didn't smell, and ready to go on the spot. Everything was done on the iPad and I was ready to go. A+++

Everything was fine , however the car given to me was dirty on the outside it should have been wiped down before given to customer. Non the less I went home and wiped it down. Everything else was ok.

I rented a car, I put money down and my return was not even half of the deposit and last but not least I accidentally passed an ezpass line because I have an account with ezpass, I was surprised that enterprise debited the Money from my account and without authorization the charge for the toll. Be very careful customers,when you leave your credit cards on file with them,because,they use them to get the money,instead of call custumers first to do so
