The worst hotel ever beds have bugs 🐛 dirty rooms un safe and extremely expensive not even worth $5 dollar a night leave alone $90 dollars they robed me off while the hotel was $70 dollars and $20 they said will be refunded which they did not and I didn't even sleep for one hour due to bed bugs and unsafe rooms. The rooms smell of weed and it's completely filthy. Never again only lost unknown people or drunk people come to that hotel .shame on you!

Worst place I have ever stayed at in my life! Run from this place, dont even consider staying here. You're better off sleeping in your car. Bugs in the bed, the bathroom the sink. The bed felt moist, it was horrible. Couldn't pay me st stay. We left shortly after checking in and had to argue to get our money back. Can't believe that they have not been shut down

Spent 1 nite there several weeks ago, informed front desk smoke alarm chirped the other nite. "Low battery" was there again 8-8-21 same room & nobody changed the battery in smoke alarm .gave it a 1 star, rooms are clean .but I guess they dont care abt the customer to be alerted by a fully functional smoke alarm .

The rooms were not bad, but it smelled very smokey, like gaseous cancer. The beds and shower were also not bad, but these rooms don't seem to be cleaned frequently as we found a Capri-Sun (fruit punch flavor at least) behind a piece of furniture. Very good location and price point but not a great experience

What a joke. The rooms were not clean the lamp between the two beds the hard plastic underneath the clear plastic was torn to shreds. And the people at the front desk definitely need quite a few classes in customer service. They're rude and they honestly don't think that they care whether or not you're there or not. So unprofessional so dirty. I highly do not recommend this establishment for anybody to stay there unless they absolutely cannot find another place to go. And furthermore if you must stay there do yourself a favor and make it only one night. BTW lock your door.

Good little cheap motel. The room had a rather intense smell of cleaning chemicals but it was pretty clean for the most part albeit a bit run down. The sheets were clean. No sign of bed bugs and no bites the morning after backed that up. Old school twenty seven inch time television that we didn't watch. Great place to stay for a night if you're on a budget like we were. $50 per night with a twenty dollar let deposit for cash.

Worst place I've ever visited, due to the guest and staff quality. Not sure if this is a motel or shelter for addicts.

I had a very good stay at the Key West Inn. Very clean, decent location. The people that manage this place are the best! Wonderful staff! Unlike most hotels these people are not intrusive, trying to bum rush into the room every single day like at the Motel 6 in Merrillville on Louisiana Street. The only thing I didn't like at the Key West Inn was that there are no guest laundry machines. Maybe soon? Thanks

This budget hotel is perfect for the chain smoking trucker who wants a real bed for the night and a shower. Its no smoking but it smells like 20+ years of cigarettes. Rooms are sparsely furnished with the lowest cost furniture. Gratefully it was cleanish. Walls had questionable holes haphazardly patched over. There’s cigarette burns on the tub. Cigarette burns on the table. Literally every where i look there’s some new appalling discovery.

Worst hotel I've ever had the displeasure of staying at. My family and I have had to stay here for almost a year and the whole time It's been a nightmare. Weve had to kill 30 friggin mice in our room. They don't clean the rooms at all, they only give you one roll of toilet paper a day and if you need more they complain at you, they barely speak English and do the absolute bare minimum and the day came that we were moving out in to our own place, he demanded payment for one more day despite the fact that we were literally moving our things out. Only reason we've stayed so long is because it was the cheapest place we could afford til we found our own place. Would not recommend.

Guy up front was nice, free wifi, price was cheap, near the interstate. Its not a super fancy place but don't have much to complain about after my stay.

I love the bed and the bed is so soft and I love the bathroom it's so neat and clean and is so nice I love this hotel I'll give it a five star

I know someone who stays there. It's nasty the area isn't safe. And they charge a arm and a leg. So my advice do not go to this motel!!!

Room was very clean and the king bed was comfortable. I also liked that the bed had actual full size king pillows instead of the shorties found at other hotels. Hospitality service did a good job as I came back to fresh towels and a clean room every evening. The staff was outstanding and friendly.
