If I could give this hotel 0 stars, I would. Got checked in and the beds in my room didn’t have fitted sheets on them. Switched rooms and one bed had no fitted sheet and the other had a top sheet tucked under acting as a fitted sheet. The quilts have cigarette burns in them even though it’s a nonsmoking hotel. Half the appliances weren’t even plugged in and there aren’t enough outlets so I can’t even use the microwave. Dust and dirt everywhere. Carpet looked like it wasn’t vacuumed. Bathroom looks like it wasn’t swept. Looks like the room hasn’t been cleaned in forever. Also, upon switching rooms, I forgot my phone charger in the old room. Housekeeping found it and told me I could find it at the front desk. No problem. Got to the front desk, no charger. Talked to the housekeeper again. Was told I can’t get it until 7:30 Monday morning when the manager gets here because it’s in his office. (That’s apparently where they put lost and found items.) I am leaving at 6:45 Monday morning. 45 minutes before the manager will even be here. I was forced to go to the store and buy a new charger even though mine is behind a locked door just down the hall. The housekeeper was quite rude about it and told me several times that it wasn’t his problem. Lost and found shouldn’t be locked in the managers office, but kept behind the front desk. Woke up after my first morning to a roach crawling up the bathroom door. This is where CDL students are housed too so if you plan to visit one of them like I did, I suggest getting a different hotel just down they street for only a few dollars more.

Cr England stuck me in this motel where the hot water don't work or the a.c.tlThis place has so much going on that you won't get any sleep at all. I recommend days inn up street or holiday inn, anywhere but here.Staff is not professional they go through stuff and don't won't to clean rooms, front desk is also rude this is the worst hotel I ever stayed in.Women at front desk set back and talk about everybody instead of doing there job. They need to be inspected and closed from my opinion.

The place is very dirty. I visited rooms of my friends from different floor levels, and they all had their own concerns with its sanitation. The morale is low within the CR England student Community, due to the living conditions we have to live in for 2 weeks. I saw a kitchen with somebody’s pot on the stove. I assumed that the kitchen is free for everyone to use as long as we clean up after, since there are no signs and it is left unsecured. To increase the morale of my fellow students, I went to Walmart and bought $150 worth of groceries to cook dinner for my group. The Manager forced me to quit cooking and for me to throw the food away. She’s lucky, I was in the military and experienced worse treatment and situations. I apologize to God for wasting food and to my colleagues for breaking my promise to make them great dinner in this forsaken place. Please CR England, listen to your student’s complaints. Thank you.

I’ve stayed here a couple times in the last 3 months my first time staying I was concerned about bed bugs because of the reviews but while I stayed they did 2 bug inspections with dogs and a terminator I stayed for 2 and a half weeks that first time and never once did I see any bed bugs in my room or my 3 friends rooms I saw one dead cockroach. The staff has always been pretty friendly this time around they have actually improved tremendously. Yes it’s a cheap stay but it is pretty damn good in my opinion for the price. I wouldn’t mind staying here again.

Decent room for the price. Restaurant within walking distance. Staff was friendly. Rooms were small but clean. Area felt safe. All the other hotels were full. So it was only one night.

My wife and I drove from Tennessee to Indiana and booked a room here for the weekend. We got to the room around 9pm and my daughter and grand kids met us there and helped carry our luggage to the room we weren't there 15 minutes and we were saying bye til morning when a man came up and told us very loud and rude that we were making too much noise and that if he heard us again he would throw us out.He was never kind never smiled and didn't want to hear what I was saying. He was insinuating that I didn't pay for extra people there and said that I didn't pay for my dog. This man needs to be prayed for he has something going on in his life that is making him hurt. He takes it out on others. And I wish him no ill will. Just if you're reading this put him in your prayers tonight. Thanks

Well well what an unbelievable change . I was here last summer and it was filthy . I never wanted to go there again . But as I came back here for my holiday , I have seen that the hotel had been changed to Econo Lodge , I wanted to give it a try since it was the cheapest rate around . Complete changeover , with the entire motel renovated , new rooms , new bedding , new mattress , did not hold me back from giving a 5 star . Glad the new management took things seriously . Also the guy at front desk is a gem . Always greets with smile .

We stayed in this area before a few years ago but this time we didn’t bring the camper and decided to stay in a hotel. We showed up when everything was being renovated. Everything is brand new! We would definitely stay here again. The guy at the front desk, Ricky, is great! He’s always friendly and helps out so much. Thanks for having us.

This place is a dump. Our toilet was crooked, mold on the walls, placed smelled like a casino hotel from 1970"s vegas. The bed sheets smelled like cigarette butts. This is the only place where you take a shower and come out more dirty.

1st room: AC didn't work. 2nd room: sewer backed up into my shower. 3rd room: none of the electrical outlets worked. 4th room: move to handicap room because nothing else was available. Had to switch rooms four times in 7 days, The cops were there almost every night, garbage in the halls, bugs everywhere, place smells like a Tijuana dumpster. Next time I'm in the area and I need a place to stay I'll just get thrown in jail- cleaner and fewer criminals.

Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in!! If you don’t want your outlets covered and want to shower with no tile and mold then this is the hotel for you. When I complained I was given a new room and that one was worse than the first; extreme odor and dirty towels. When they say “no frills” they mean it!!

I really hate to pan anything completely, and rarely do so (check my other reviews). But if I could give this place zero stars, I would. For starters, the entire building was permeated by a strong smoke smell. This alone is enough to make me bail, because I have a bad smoke allergy. But willing to give it a fair chance in case the smell was just the public areas, I looked at the actual room. It was very small, which doesn't bother me. However, it also stank: not just of smoke, but also urine. Note, it could mean mold instead, because some species do smell like urine. Also, the shower leaked. Hard pass. I coughed my way back to the lobby, and explained politely that I was allergic to the hotel. The young man behind the desk was very understanding.

Pretty basic motel. Wifi not so good and no amenities in room no microwave, no fridge. TV ok Good service though, and clean rooms

Poor would be an upgrade. This place is a dump. Filthy, smells, no elevator, no luggage carts. No AC in the halls, everything is broken...even locks and windows. The sign out front is even broken and falling down. Drugs can be seen and smelled constantly. Working girls and boys hang out outside. No breakfast. Full beds on queen frames leaving metal sticking out to hit your feet/legs on. Really tiny crowded room. TV has analog only...can barely see anything on it. Staff is downright rude and mean. Vending machines out of order. No tub. They had reused the free toothpaste and shampoo packets in the bathroom. Yes, packets. People had moved furniture to look for outlets...staff just left everything all jumbled. Absolute nightmare.

One Star! They were able to walk in on me even though I had door locked. Broken chain locks, one room had a non working 90s Tv, another a beeping smoke alarm, and for three nights they kept slamming door all night.
