The television didn't work and the microwave had no handle in order to open or close it no garbage can in the room and the a/c had no vent on it. The last night's receptionist said she was on the phone with someone who can fix the television come to find out it's another receptionist in the econolodge across from her that never came. I also checked out earlier than usual time because I was alarmed by the rat that ran beside the bed. I went to checkout and notify the morning receptionist he was very ignorant and didn't help me with any of my problems. Worst place I've ever stayed in.

This is absolutely the worst hotel I have ever been to. Rooms were so bad we didn't even stay. Mold thought the room. The shower was full of dirt and hair. Someone had punched a huge hole in the bathroom door. The whole place should be shut down. Just gross!!! I only gave one star because I had to

They had roaches everywhere as soon as I walked in my room, they switched my room and the other one had them as well, our ac was broken. Tv was of terrible quality very fuzzy. Rooms smelled like smoke and the area made me very uneasy as there were people sitting in the lot acting suspicious. Would rather sleep in my car

Do not stay here. It's dangerous. Not because of the neighborhood, but because of the electrical and plumbing issues they clearly have. Not worth your money, I promise! There are MUCH nicer places to stay that cost the same. I did NOT stay the two nights I was going to. They eventually refunded my money, but I still DO NOT RECOMMEND booking this property.

Location is OK. Service is poor, and staff are rude and lack customer service skills. Rooms are literally falling apart! Half the light bulbs in the room were gone. The ceiling was chipping away. The freezer was not cleaned from previous guest. Furniture is ripped off on every side. Bathtub was blocked. Mould in bathroom had caused puffing walls. Toilet had no flashing handle so guest had to lift the lift the cistern's top to flash. Wyndham will do nothing about your complaints.

My girlfriend and I were literally laying in bed exhausted and a customer walked right into our room after being given the key from the front desk, it turned out they made that key on accident and that invalidate our keys so thankfully we were in the room otherwise we could’ve been robbed and not been able to get back into a room. They did not care and did nothing to make up for it other than give us a different room and in that room we did not feel safe so we moved a table in front of the door while we slept and found a different hotel in the morning. Worst hotel experience I’ve ever had.

BED BUG HEAVEN!!!!! We were passing through and on limited funds, not knowing any better, we thought this was cheap and only needed for the night. We got up into the room and no pillows on the bed, had to go down and get them. Bathroom was filthy, faucet handles were broke, and the next morning found live crawling bed bugs. As we were packing up, well more like fleeing the scene, we cops showed up looking for a wanted person. Husband went in and complained about the bugs and pappu says, "the room has been scrubbed and there is no bugs.". HA YEAH RIGHT, a prison cell is cleaner. Save your money and go somewhere else.

Very bad motel. Dirty electronic keys are broken. We changed the room 6 times due to a broken lock. Once there was a very dirty bathroom. There is no service from the word at all.

For booking this room 2 weeks in advance it was an unacceptable place to stay (econo lodge). No tray to warm your food in the microwave, bed not made upon arrival, tub not cleaned, soap still in the shower from previous guest, under the mattress was dirty, mold on the walls in the bathroom and in the tub.

this place is a dump. i was gonna take some photos but when i finished looking around , i decided it would take too long and i was tired. I strained my neck on some ugly little pillows for about 5 1/2 hrs before i decided i couldnt possible make myself stay there until morning and so I packede up and left around 10:30 that nite. was happier driving thru the nite and finally finding a rest area around 3 in the morning where i kicked back my rental car seat and had the best 1- hr nap of my life. after that, smooth sailing until i got home arounf 13:00 hrs.

Do NOT stay here. They are a bunch of crooks, liars and thieves. I had extended my stay due to necessity. They over booked the hotel and told me I needed to have a mandatory room inspection then that my room was not in condition but wouldn't tell me what's wrong. Forget talking to manager because he's never available. Told me for refund had to talk to 3rd party that booked. After complaining booked a room at Super 8 only to find out they red flagged me and I couldn't check in. So that's $1200 I have to fight to get back. Horrible, stressful and disgusting experience!

They are listed as pet friendly. When I arrived they have a sign that states no pets allowed. No exceptions! $250.00 fee/fine

They have roaches badly. My grandmother was in a wheelchair they made us carry her in the wheelchair, up a large flight of stairs. Might I add we were all females it was pretty hard to do. Not only was it a roach running across the pillow when we first got in the room like we came into his home but they refused to give us a refund!! I would not recommend this place if it was the last place to go on earth.

After driving 5 hours from Iowa, @ 1:45am, my husband and I decided to get some rest and chose this location. Yes we paid full price....they offered us no discount. We were awakened at 11:05am by a woman who knocked on the door 2 times and then barged into our room. Thank God we had the latch on so she couldn't enter. She yelled about check out time being at 11:00am. We apologized for oversleeping and kindly asked for 10 minutes. The same lady came back in 7 minutes and tried to barge in again. We called the front desk from our room to speak with someone about this woman. The guy said take 15 minutes I understand you guys overslept no big deal. 2 minutes later she barged in a 3rd time. When we left the room to checkout, Nobody in the office!!! We waited 15 minutes. Yes we wanted to speak with management about this. I finally looked around and saw them ducking in & out. We tried to get their attention but they ignored us, ran out of the office and up the stairs. Really rude staff....Needless to say, we will never return.

Great price for the stay. Close to everything. First I was sort of skeptical of staying because it was such a good price… now today is my 4 night here… I actually drove every night about 40 mins to comeback here… I feel safe, my care is safe, good lights in the parking lot. The Two guys that work the night shift are super nice… good customer service, offered me a complimentary upgrade since I’m a diamond customer… rarely we get that perk. I have traveled America from coast to coast and very hard to find a place like this one. The cleaning crew are nice, polite, clean rooms and sheets, pillows etc… I had a small matter but that got addressed with the proper conversation.

Went to Chicago for a quick weekend trip. Due to this, wasn't looking to spend allot of money, main concern was to not find bugs-this hotel definitely fit that bill. No elevator though and it has 2 floors so make sure you're aware of that ahead of time. After site seeing all day, I definitely wasn't prepared to be walking through the entire hotel to find my room then up steps. The lady that was working was super nice and answered questions. I booked two rooms. When we got back to the hotel, and finding the rooms we ended up requesting 1 room to be changed. The guy that worked at the desk appeared annoyed at this request. We requested a new room due to someone having the music so loud it shakes the walls AND when you walked into the room you were almost knocked out by the smell of weed. Signs are all over this hotel that you're going to be charged $250 for any smoking. The guy said he can just call the next door to turn down the music. I asked if he's also going to go get rid of the smell before we enter the room as well because I'm not paying $250 due to someone else smoking next the room. At this he finally decided that we'd get a new room. Honestly this was annoying that I even had to bring up because why else would we demand a new room?? It made no sense to me. After getting a new room, all was well. Check out the lady was back and was nice. Good price for someone trying to be cheap, so don't expect much. If you're looking for something super nice, increase your budget. If you're looking for just a bed to sleep in, this will due. The single bed rooms seem to have queen size beds while the double bed, they are twin size. My friend is a big guy and said he struggled due to being moved to the double bed room.

DO NOT STAY HERE!!! I checked in and walked to my room after being on the road. 4 hours i needed to use the bathroom. The first thing i saw upon entry was a GIANT COCKROACH 🪳 So i immediately went back to the office where they told me i could NOT get a refund but they could move me rooms i argued for 27 minute's at which point i decided to call the third party booking company and address them directly which there exact words were "oh no problem this happens often with this hotel its best for hookers and druggies" i was promptly refunded dont do it i promise youll regret it you have been warned

This is a horrible experience. When I booked, it shows double queen bed. At the hotel, they told me this is one bed, size is "double queen". They told me if it is two beds, it shows two double queen bed. It is totally nonsense. There is no size called double queen. It is either a queen bed or a double bed. When it shows double queen bed, it is playing a trick to let people think this is two queen beds. As a matter of fact, the bed is double size. So it should just say double bed. But it intentionally says double queen bed to fool people. The room is also not clean. Has a strange smell. The air condition can only cool, not heat function. It was pretty cold that day.

You get what u pay for....I stayed here 3 nights and had to pay a different price every night . No breakfast as advertised in order to get clean towels u have to take them to the office in a bag and exchange them for new. Saw a few roaches in the bathroom but as a whole I think they are honestly trying to revamp this hotel and I give them an e for effort they are getting there baby steps...

This place is sketchy. The rooms feel old and outdated. The bathroom didn't have much toiletries. We had to ask the front desk for toilet paper because the room didn't already come with any

It was an ok stay. A "no frills" hotel. Small rooms were clean. God's for an inexpensive stay off of the interstate.

OMG I've heard about slum motels, this is a great example. DONT waste your money, spend $20 more and go next door. They had the nerve to try and charge me $90 for a night.

I’m it’s pretty rough. By the 6th day I noticed the things I let sit all week had a layer of black grime. The last two days I woke up and my nose was filled with black boogers. The filters are gross. I’ve been getting sick while I’m here if I think about it. The water will go from good temp, boiling, to freezing on its own. The towels ALL had hair and stains. The bed has a weird sharp edge I cut my leg on pretty bad waking up one morning. The microwave half works. Pillows are bad. The top cover is terrible feeling. ONLY one trash can not near my room. They said their vending was broke to go to the other hotel, same with laundry. WHAT ARE they even charging 385 for. It should be less for the condition of the building, and room. Front desk didn’t have any change any time I asked, kept sending me to the hotel across the lot. The chair in my room is so gross I put a white towel over it to sit and the towel came up yellow!!!!! All of my plug ins kept falling out of the outlets which was super weird.

The rooms are very small..it DOES NOT look like the pics that are portrayed on their website...there's holes in the walls ..the toilet does not have a lid, there's constant movement outside the facility, the shower faucet was kind of messed up...but it's a place for. A nap..you get what you pay for....

There was rust in the water, and it initially ran warm then turned cold after about 30 seconds. The room smelled like mildew and there were wet spots on the ceiling like the roof was leaking. This was a horrible experience and they didn't even want to refund our money.

Terrible communication about rooms that need to be cleaned they started cleaning my room after I rebooked it and wasn’t supposed too then the guy takes the nasty cover I put on the floor and just puts it’s back on the bed and the lady came and sprayed the floor with fabulous and ran a mop over it 😡 right infront of me and then the next day said I couldn’t rebook my room again because it going “under maintenance” don’t go here they also have roaches in some of the room the guy who works nights goes around spraying the room that haven’t been booked yet don’t let them give u 108 Wheww never again

There was a person sleeping on our bed when I first checked in. I notified the manager and he said he must have not checked the system. The 2nd room had blood stains everywhere. There was blood stains on the walls and on the carpet. There wasn't any soap to wash your hands with. Overall it was the worst place I ever been and would never return under any circumstances

A run down motel.Clean but not all rooms have a micro/fridge.Does have internet.Has an old heating system and house keeping turns it off to save money. It takes along time for it to heat the room.YOU MUST CALL AT LEAST 3 HOURS AHEAD OF YOUR ARRIVAL AND INSIST THEY TURN IT ON!! Or you will have a long cold night!

The place is pretty clean with good access to public transportation. Great for anyone needing a place to stay, but I'd recommend doing an online reservation
