Good stay. Not a five star hotel but nice. Great location. Beautiful rooms. Policies could use some work as I was charged $500 and only found out when I checked my account one month later. My boyfriend who lives in Monterrey spoke to them in person said it was because I didn’t check out at the front desk. I travel a lot and leaving without check out is not unusual and certainly doesn’t justify a $500 charge. I have called and emailed them without response. Tantamount to theft and unacceptable.

Great architecture, very modern building and beautifully appointed rooms. Very well located. Although the service is not up to a 5-star hotel standard. At the car park there are many stairs and no ramps to access the elevators. There are no clear signs to guide you to reception. It took 90 minutes for a room service pizza and salad. A courtesy wine by Hotels.com was not in the room. We had to ask for it, and when delivered, with a 30-minute delay, there were no wine glasses. The coffee cups in the room were dirty. Only one bath robe and one pair of slippers were in a room for two people. No flowers, no chocolates or fruits. The mini fridge was empty. The illumination controls made a constant noise, similar to a drop of water every 30 seconds. That was annoying at night. The shower floor is very slippery. There is no door handle at the toilet door from the inside. The staff seems inexperienced and not very helpful. On the plus side, the view from our room was great. We loved the Molton Brown toiletries. The bed and linen are top-notch worthy of a 5-star hotel. The 75-inch Samsung TV was great but with connectivity problems for an iPhone. Traffic noise can be heard from the street all the way up to the 23rd floor. The Wi-Fi was constantly disconnecting on our iPhone but not on an android device. The lack of a swimming pool was also a letdown. I don't think we will be staying at this hotel again.

Excellent service. Staff was very knowledgeable, attentive, and friendly. Great view. Amazing bathroom. Everything was clean, comfortable, and they made everything super convenient. Gym was clean. Breakfast buffet is convenient but expected a better selection for the price. Beautiful hotel and amazing experience all over.

There was plenty to like about this hotel but also several things that separated it from a true five star property. Valet parking was not available/convenient, there was no mini-bar, there was no market or pantry for quick drinks or snacks, only a restaurant. The staff was in a rush to clean the room every day at 9am, even starting the cleaning before I had checked out on the last day of my stay. There is inexplicably spin classes going on next to/inside the lobby. Also inexplicable was the fact that they required a separate account to be opened for incidentals instead of just letting me charge room service, laundry, restaurant meals to my room. Lastly, the elevator only accessed your own floor making it hard hard groups and friends traveling together in different accommodations. Confusing. But all that said location was OK good and rooms were nice.

Very nice hotel that is within walking distance to many food options. Only 4 stars as the restaurant within the hotel itself really leaves a lot to be desired. Simple foods miss the mark here. Not even breakfast is decent. Good thing for the close spots to get a good meal for breakfast lunch or dinner!

Wow, what an experience! Highly highly recommend. Nabil is amazing, so so at cause and incredibly pleasant and kind. She made sure my wife had the best and most relaxed birthday.. Janet and Nallely were also super proficient and nice!

By far one of the best hotels San Pedro Garza Garcia, the rooms are gorgeous with a beautiful view, the building is sharing spaces with another hotel, so half the hotel is fiesta Americana and the other half on top is live aqua, so reception is on the 18th floor , so do not get confused like I did, but anyway, the location is perfect so much to do around, fashion drive mall is literally in the corner and also right in from of the hotel the is another place with a big variety of places to go eat and by the way very nice places , it’s around 25 minutes away from the tigres stadium if you are into soccer like me , so it’s very convenient , I’m definitely staying here whenever I’m visiting

Expected more from such an expensive and classy hotel. For example, no creamer in the room. Corridors had a musty smell.

Don’t recommend. I made the reservation through Snaptravel and pay on the app. When I did the check in they charge me again. When I called to let them know they had charge me twice they said they could see my Snaptravel reservation and would reimburse me. Then over a month later Crisma Becerra Guest Services Manager said they would not do a reimbursement even after I confirmed with Snaptravel and they told me they had already pay the hotel. I had stay several times at this place for the location only since the staff doesn’t even offer to help with your bags. Don’t let them trick you like me and check your cards statements they probably encourage to charge clientes extra.

Some crazy local lady was taking pictures of my girlfriend during breakfast. The staff did nothing to intervene.

It does seems quite new, went there for a SAP conference. Parking lot and elevators are confusing.

Exceptional place to stay at. The people that run this facility is what makes it a great experience. The people were friendly and the service was very attentive. The hotel restaurant "Azul" was the cherry on top. Had a opportunity to meet the Chef at the restaurant and try some of the meals prepared by the staff. I will definitely visit this place again and any Live Aqua around the Country while i travel. Highly recommended.

Excellent hotel, super fancy, perfect view of the mountains and city, I slept so comfortably. My favorite part was the shower/bathtub! My husbands boots were shined & polished. The micheladas from the bar were good. Every dollar spent here is so worth it.
