Though pricey (MX$1,000 per person tip included), food was really good, as well as the service. You should try the "fried cauliflower" 😋

Good food and friendly service

I'm a Texan, and a big fan of steak and have eaten it all over the world. As provincial as I might be about the local cows, Los Hidalgos might be the best steak I've ever eaten. I also liked the salad dressing so much I bought a bottle. I will definitely go back any time I'm in NL.

Excellent Mexican Steakhouse with good mixologist! Only negative part: they only have Schweppes as a tonic water.

Fantastic place to have a good steak and try other local delicacies.

The whole dinning experience was great, party of 5 we order to share, we had cabrito guisado which is one of the house specialties and a tomahawk both were on point! Anything on the menu is great, don't miss out the cornbread with dulce de leche with ice cream!

Love this place. Food, Drinks, Service and Atmosphere were just amazing. We make it our now our traditional Sibiling Christmas Dinner reunion. We all 5 get together days before Christmas and have an outstanding time. Thank You to Los Hidalgos for providing a superb service

One of the best red-meat restaurants in Monterrey, without question! Ask for the 3/4" Rib-Eye medium well. It is spectacular! And also ask for siders of Guacale Artichoke and Fresh Panela cheese crust on the grill! (Picture below) Awesome!!!!

Great Chiles en Nogada, the service is good until you place the order, after that....expect to be neglected. You expect for the price they charge (even for los Chiles en Nogada) the service will be outstanding but nope it is the same or worst than el gran pastor.

Excellent food. Best mojitos I've had in a while. The salad did have too much dressing, so I'd order the dressing on the side. Also the tequila based cocktails had a bit too much salt for our taste. The rest of the meal was great enough to overlook these minor issues.

Had the Chicharrón de Ribeye and the Tomahawk for two. It was excellent. It's pricier than what you might expect, even if you expect it to be pricey...

Absolutely amazing place! The cuts of meat are extraordinary, and diverse. The staff here are amazing and professional as well. And, don't forget to try their dessert/postre of Pan de Elote. It is, by far, the best in all of Monterrey.

Go somewhere else. The place seems really nice from outside but the vibe is just acceptable. Service is bad, waiters have bad attitude and the menú is not accurate. I tried a prime steak and the meet was very bad quality. Prices are average (100 usd pp) and definitely you can find better options. I recommend vernaculo or La Torrada instead, both in the area. Gallo 71 is also another better option.

Incredible food and great ambiance at this wonderful steak house. The service is impeccable and you also have to try their amazing pan de elote for dessert. It is the best I have ever had.

Service and atmosphere was great. Food was good enough, but for the price I expected it to be "savory", which was lacking. There are spots in Mty less expensive and actually savory.. But it was good enough to come try once more for the final verdict. If within your means, go ahead and try it yourself.
