The best meat I’ve ever had. This is simply another level of taste, service, and quality. The price is very high, you need to be ready not to look at it. But it is worthy. The location is not my cup of tea, as they have dissected animals on the wall. The kitchen is beautiful.

Interesting fusion of Mexican cuisine! The price is kind of expensive, but overall experience was surprisingly good.

True first class dining in the Valle of Monterrey. The food, the privacy, the entertainment and wow factor and the perfect flavors. The highlights of the menu are the picanha, the grilled beetroot, and the "corn on the cob" ice-cream that actually looks like a corn. The meat cuts are served on a "heat" stone and sliced, so anyone can let their slice cook a bit more to their taste. Their wine selection is also solid. Expect to pay above average price for this great experience.

Went there yesterday (with reservation)when I enter they said " we just have the whiskey room" I said it's all good. But they did not say it was those little tables where you are not able to eat. I asked for another table since I was with my wife. They said they didn't have it. 5 minutes later three girls enter the palace and ask for another table. Guess what ? They gave them!! Very bad experience never coming back !! It's a "first-world " restaurant in the hands of third world people. Will never work !!

Very nice setting. Staff was excellent to include our server Ivan. Food was decent, nothing to write home about. Overpriced in terms of quality and portion. Bread was hard, wagu steak not very tender and the steak knife was dull. Needed to use a butter knife to cut the steak. Sides were very mediocre. I was expected more for the price. Don’t think I will be going back.

They know good service, they know good atmosphere, but most importantly they know their MEATS. Ranked within the top 3 steaks I’ve ever consumed in my life. It may be the best one. Wasn’t even filet. I also split a Wellington cheeseburger with my table and… seriously you need to just try it. The umami of it is indescribable. My table got tons of food, we were a party of 7. Everything I tried was incredible, presented well, and the service with our waiter and his assisting staff was top notch. If I’m ever back in Monterrey I will absolutely come here again.

Had an amazing time celebrating the post-wedding of my two dear friends! We came to have our first dinner of 2022 and it was an amazing experience. The food, the different meats, the service! And overall the elements of design were ver well developed. This restaurant is must-go to in Monterrey! If you are visiting the city and dont speak Spanish, don’t worry - they will explain everything in English! Overall fabulous time! ✨

I really enjoyed the experience in the restaurant. We came early on Sunday at one o’clock, when the restaurant starts. The vibe of the restaurant was nice and calm. It was fun to see how they presented the dishes. I did feel that the foods were a bit salty, but it didn’t bother much as it was delicious.

I have been to the best steakhouses in dozens of the biggest cities on six continents. Holsteins is the best of all of them. Absolutely unforgettable top to bottom. Amazing steak selection, service, showmanship, art, atmosphere, decor, creativity and culinary prowess.

When a restaurant is rated so highly it is worth checking out. I’m here on business and able to spend a little extra to enjoy the evening. Every penny was worth it. I could give a long plate by plate explanation, but it’s worth coming to experience for yourself. The food is quite good, admittedly there were options that I would have picked had I not cared about budget at all. The experience was superior in my travels. The presentation and care by the staff and kitchen was exceptional and made for an incredible night. I think photos of food fail to do the restaurant justice, but ended up doing so to share with friends what a find this place is. Check it out, it’s a real find! And thank you Ivan for ensuring I felt welcome and had no language barrier.

It took me way too long to make this review but I had to make sure I did because my experience here was absolutely my fav of all time. I love steakhouses and this was by far the best yet. I spent about 2 months in Monterrey Mx and kept going back here so much it started to feel like home lol. Ivan (hope I spelled it correctly) was the best host/waiter thank you for your service 12/10!! Hope to see you next time

Its a hit or miss here. First time it was oit of this world sevice nd food. Second time it was like "oh it's these guys again" treatment lol and the food.

Great concept but poorly executed. Zero logistics and coordination between the staff makes this a subpar experience. Cuisine is not that great as I expected. The wine list is precarious (they mentioned they did not have three of the wine bottles I ordered because of provider issues, which I know is not true as those are readily available on the market). Vibe and music are great. It is a shame that a great concept is diminished by the lack of attention to detail.
