Enish is notorious for poor customer service but this branch is especially bad! Firstly there were way too many staff working - about 30 people to about 5 tables of 2. Waiters knowledge of the menu was nonexistent - they said they didn't have what I ordered so I ordered something else then they brought me both dishes and charged me for both. I thought 'no problem'... We asked about the type of fish available and there was a lot of umming and ahhing - we eventually ordered a fish dish and my friend was UNHAPPY with the dish as it wasn't what she asked for. A lady came out to speak with us - I assumed she was a chef and wanted to apologize or at least offer something else, instead she came to argue with us and implied we were lying! Useless goat. We sent the fish dish back and shared the plates that were double ordered earlier. After paying the bill, the staff, IN THE MOST OBVIOUS WAY POSSIBLE were literally talking about us and LAUGHING!! Shame on you all. Now onto the food: the jollof was dry and bitter, the asun was just boiled spicy meat. The okra didn't taste nice, the fish was hideous. the cocktails were just flavoured water! The only thing worth it was the fried yam and suya.

Firstly we was told on the phone you can't book a table, which was a lie so they seated us to eat on bar stools. Secondly we waited over and hour for food, we ordered the same meal but one was another 30min wait AFTER the 1 hour I mentioned. The food weren't that great! NOW LET ME ADD!!. There was mice running around the outside garden area which staff also saw and when we told them they acted normal and still charged full bill...DISGUSTING. FIRST AND LAST VISIT

I recently visited Enish and it was an great experience. The portions were generous and the flavours were out of this world! The fast and friendly service was a plus, and the ambience was great. I highly recommend this restaurant for anyone looking for a taste of authentic Nigerian cuisine. 5 stars!

A beautiful Nigerian restaurant, tasted Nigerian and well prepared. They have a rich menu to choose from. However, the manager needs to consider a see-through glass and not the blocked glass, no one will know it's a restaurant if they can't see people eating there. I knew about the place on social media despite passing through that area regularly.

One of the best Nigerian food enjoyed, its home away from home food very well cooked, presentation on the table wow makes you feel pretty proud to eat in such a environment. The staff very customer service oriented. Good vibes too all around.

I've given this place a 4 star cause it's located on a busy high street road with parking restrictions before certain times. If you arrive after the restrictions you will find side street parking and be less frustrated. The dishes we ordered were delicious. I couldn't fault any of it. The ambience was ok for a Nigerian restaurant. If you ever want to visit and you drink alcohol, you should request for the cocktail called 'shakabula'. It's exquisite and packs a punch. They have a grand piano upstairs. You can serenade yourself and friends to some nice tunes or show off your keyboard skills

Their food is generous size but you well pay for it🥴😆😁if you have never been to this restaurant, you would think twice cause it looks bad from outside.😅Once you enter, you see it is a big restaurant and they even have a garden space. They serve food they also offer shisha. The food is absolutely amazing. It tastes so good😍👍I tried their main food with my friend, goat meat jalof rice plantain, beef meet jalof rice plantain (main course) and 2 Palm vine,(first time I tried it😀it is a big bottle you can have it two people, it tasted good) I paid £48😁🥴which is not cheap.🔥🙊📢 They also charge £1 for a takeaway box🤯

Mmmm...I had some jolof rice stewed and assorted meat. My colleague had this enormous fish with plantain. Fish was too dry for my liking. I need to try other dishes to know more of Enish.

Better eating in than takeaway. I have been to Enish a few times and have only eaten in. I've been pleased with the food and the customer service was OK. I was very disappointed with the customer service I received today as the first time I ordered a takeaway. I sat down waiting for about 45 minutes until I thought to just get up and ask how much longer my food was going to take. Only to find out my food was sitting on the table all along. No apology was granted. The waiter was even asking if I had paid, when I gave him the receipt. I think the customer service needs a bit of work. Please follow-up with your customers who make takeaway orders!

I strongly recommend. The customer service was top notch, they were greatly empathetic after I called to inform them I forgot my phone at their place. I later found the phone under the car seat. As for food, I'll be there again. This time with my friends.

I always enjoy my visits here as they have my favorite Nigerian dishes well made. Although, they could do better in making it more kid-friendly in terms of the loud music always being played.

The food is divine ! The ambiance is really nice but I would say that the music playing was loud. The staff was very friendly and attentive. We waited quite a long time for the food. The portion was big and definitely worth the price.

We ordered food but to our disappointment the food didn’t look right, the food clingfilm that the food was wrapped in looked lilac and melted . Called the restaurant, they weren’t helpful and making excuses as to what it could be without any resolution. Won’t be recommending the restaurant.

Enish Restaurant is a fantastic 4-star Nigerian restaurant that offers a delightful dining experience. The ambiance is inviting and the staff is attentive and friendly. The menu features a wide range of authentic Nigerian dishes, prepared with fresh ingredients and flavorful spices. The restaurant is known for its mouthwatering jollof rice, which is perfectly cooked and infused with rich flavors. Their suya, a traditional Nigerian grilled meat dish, is also a must-try, as it is tender, well-seasoned, and accompanied by a delicious peanut-based sauce. Enish Restaurant pays attention to presentation, with beautifully plated dishes that add to the overall dining experience. The portion sizes are generous, ensuring that you leave satisfied. Additionally, they offer vegetarian and vegan options, catering to various dietary preferences. One aspect that stands out at Enish Restaurant is their warm and welcoming atmosphere. The staff is knowledgeable about the menu and happy to provide recommendations or answer any questions you may have. The service is efficient, making sure that you're well taken care of throughout your meal.

The food was AMAZING and so was the portions that I even have to take half of it home. I had the fresh fish and it was absolutely ginormous. The service was great I didn’t have to wait long before my food came. I would definitely gone again and recommend to everyone I know.

Lamb Suya with the Jalof Rice and Plantain was so nice. Loved it. I really wanted the Goat grilled Jalof meal but it wasn't ready as we got there early. So have to come again next time to try that out. Also they said the meat is halal which was a huge bonus. Great customer service, esp from Joshua.

Food was just full of salt, was so disappointed, and the customer service on top of that lol yh appaling. They literally huddle in groups to gossip after you request anything, give dirty looks, and it took over an hour to get our food.

This is the worst restaurants experience I have ever had in my life, everything was late and no deductions were offered. I will never give this establishment my money ever again.

Place is lovely. Food is fantastic great portion and price friendly. Bringing the taste of Nigeria to London. Only reason I gave 4 stars is cause they need more tables. It was v. Busy when we went. Lively atmosphere xx

First time of visiting. Parking is limited at the restaurant and as would be expected on a high street, you can't park on the road. There are council car parks available nearby. The restaurant was very busy so orders take quite a bit. Probably better to visit during off peak periods. We were waited on by Mabs who has a very cheerful personality. Starters were very good (Pepper soup, Asun, Gizdodo etc). The main dishes also turned out very appealing. Good presentations and sizeable portions. All in all, it was a good outing. We are still in the Covid period so would have expected a lot more safety measures to be taken but these were lacking.

It was such a relief to find a place in London where I could feel at home. Although I was not very impressed by the ambience, the food made up for it. The service was quick and professional, although the server offered no advice on menu choices, maybe because I didn't ask. Anyway, the assorted meat was very soft and succulent - the way I like it. Afro beats were playing in the background, taking you back home. It was a reasonable lunch date catching up with family.

Fancied some Nigerian cuisine so I thought let me try out Enish restaurant. A place I’ve always wanted to try and can I just say this is the best Nigerian food I have taste in a while. Fresh, well presented, enough spice and flavour. Just like a home cooked meal. Will definitely be ordering again! ;) 10 ⭐️

One of the best African food I’ve ever had!! Absolutely delicious!! I’ll definitely come again. The pasta was somewhat cold, but it was still nice. The decor was stunning, the waiters were really nice!! Also the waiters constantly came over to take any rubbish away. Absolutely spectacular

They have nice dishes, their Isiewu is good quality and prices are okay too but limited parking, which might be an issue if having event there with more people coming by car. However, there is a walk distance pay car park and is free on Sunday and bank holiday.

Great place. Amazing meals. Customer service too was friendly, even though they had a lot of customers. One of the staff, Edi went out of her way to make my kids comfortable while they were waiting for their meal; they got a free drink. 😄 My wife was impressed as well. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone traveling to or living in London, especially if you love Nigerian food. I give Enish 5 stars

Visited the newly opened Enish restaurant near Oxford Street with work colleagues and a good friend. Food was great and the portions were very filling! Small hiccup with the service - the lady who looked after us got a few of the items that we ordered wrong which caused quite a bit of delay lasting 40+ mins. Two items we ordered which were not available still made it to the final bill (not sure how that happened). The manager (Dr. Joe), was fantastic. He came in to sort out the issues and gave us a small "gift" at the end - thank you bro. Will recommend a visit. I'm sure steps will be taken to address the concerns raised. Thank you guys!

Eventually went to the one at Lewisham on my birthday 2nd Nov with the Miss after seeing Anthony Joshua's Ad on TV📺 and months of looking at their food on Instagram salivating😋😛, I had Amala and abula with assorted meat, soup was quite salty, less meat, jollof rice was dry and the plantain, I wasn't impressed, fasted a whole day too looking forward and day dreaming about the meal, not one to complain out loud, I managed the food, missus paid and we left. The staffs were on point though😁👍🏿 Don't be put off by my review, go find out on your own, one man's comment doesn't mean you will experience the same thing, go eat and make up your own mind

Amala was terrible. Not sure if quality of the amla powder was poor or it had been reheated. The colour and texture was off. The okra ogbono was just OK. Dissapointed in the meal. However my husband had the grilled fish and he enjoyed it.

I have visited the restaurant many times before and the service was ok, however today I would like to the service was outstanding. We came as a big group and was served by a young man named JC who gave us seats in a comfortable spot for a large group with kids. I would like to add that the young man was very well spoken and he took good care of us even though the food took a little while to come, but he kept us busy by checking on us and telling jokes until the food came, which I think it was great because then it felt as if the food wasn't taking long. Overall great service and I would recommend my friends. Thanks jc
