Beware of rats and rodents in the rooms. The property is pretty old and the air conditioners and heaters even older! The heater was not working despite many requests to the reception and multiple trials by maintenance. Food tastes good, views from the rooms are superb and there's ample space both inside the rooms and outside the hotel. Its more of a hotel than a resort. We enjoyed the stays save for the damaged room heater.

Everything here is good. Nice environment and good mountain view. Swimming pool is clean. Good room service and maintenance of sanitation is good too. It's good place for small seminars. Only thing that i didn't like here was food.

The room was average as far as hotel rooms go, however ALL the staff from the manager down were excellent, helpful and courteous. I would definitely stay there again if I ever go to Pokhara again. We were treated just like family.

While the resort is a little far away from the main city and lakeside and cabs can be an issue, the place is simply amazing. It's quite, serene, scenic. The mountain view is perfect for someone who just wants to sit and relax.

Bad experience . Had to leave immediately within an hour because of the Very poor ambience and rude manager , no backup for electricity and telephone for assistance. Had to stay 5-10 mins without the electricity and no telephone to call for assistance, the manager was very rude on his reply. The room are very old with very bad bathroom and bad smell but the staff at the receiption was very polite and kind .

We attended a marriage ceremony here. Royal Palm resort is a nice property. The resort is big and old, but located in excellent location on highway. The lawn area has a beautiful sceneric view of Annapurna Mountain hills range. The ambience is good inside the resort. There is also a swimming pool in the resort. The parking place is also good, not so big but sufficient. Food is also good but not excellent. Washroom was not very clean. As i attended for wedding here can't write reviews for rooms. Overall i would say good resort for organising a wedding or party here.

Love this resort as it has a free WiFi in all room and public areas, free self parking, outdoor pool, playground, spa services, bicycle rental, tour/ticket assistance, luggage storage and a business center. Resort also has meeting room, concierge services, and dry cleaning. Other amenities available to guests include 24 hour front desk, free extra beds, room service, free bottled water, and ceiling fans.

My family visited this place for marriage ceremony and they lovwd it. From the presentation to environment and the vibe is awesome. And on top of that FOOD is great too. I'll definitely recommend this to people who are in Pokhara and want to celebrate big.
