This was by far the WORST clinic experience I've ever had for a Hydra Facial. The staff could definitely learn from other clinics like Derm Dynamic or letmein who know how to address customers' concerns. They seemed indifferent to feedback, and they would only call you if you leave a google review. On the contrary, if you give them the feedback in real time on their face, they don’t even seem to respond to it. They told me that their staff was new and as per my knowledge, clinic are supposed to check their nurse’s skill before allowing them to practice it on their patient’s face. It was so carelessness of them, especially when my skin is too sensitive. They will tell you that they would follow back once they consult with the team, and well just as expected, your phone would never again ring from them. I have never felt so impatient and a complete waste of money and time as I felt here.I had hoped for a clean and relaxing experience, but it was the opposite. They didn't even bother to clean my neck area, (that means no touching your chin’s lower part as well) or remove my makeup properly and directly started using their machine, leaving a mask on my face afterwards. The whole process felt unhygienic and made me feel paranoid, and I won’t recommend this clinic to anyone for hydra facial. They will loot you.

The worst place ever for hydra facial. Everything from the time they make you wait for so long to doing the facial itself (they won’t even clean your neck or eye area and then they start the process while rolling it around the eye with the make up and the dirt on) is so bad, I wouldn’t recommend this place if you are considering to do a hydra facial here. It’s worst!!!

Really friendly staff at the reception desk and visited doctor in no time. The doctor was kind and considerate and answered all my questions regarding botox and antiaging and put me at ease about my treatment. Overall I was very impressed with the clinic and very happy with my treatment.

My daughter did a hydra facial here and it is a WORST EVER place for hydra facial. She literally had the stains of mask in her face LOL. While your skin is to left clean after a facial, they didn't even bother to do her 1st step properly.
