🤬🤮🤢Worst salon ever . The lady hairdresser didn't even know how to cut , she was such a non professional I mean street barbers would be way more better than her. It's the most 3rd class salon in Bilaspur . She didn't even sprinkled water before hair cut nor did she combed after haircut she just kept saying this is it I can't do much . She didn't cut it well refused to comb style . And thanks to Capello Salon my hair is a mess now I'll definitely sue you for this nuisance you caused to me . 😤😠😡🤬🤬🤯😖🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤢

Hair spa. It was pathetic. No head massage, steam going out, no stable hot water for washing hair. Client satisfaction was zero. The only thing good was the tea they gave me. I had a much better experience in my earlier visit. Had a complete down the drain money moment this time.

Pathetic services, I went for hair spa and pedicure. The spa was so bad that I cancelled my pedicure and they don’t even bother to ask the cancellation reason. Girl who performed my spa had such sharp nails which were digging in my scalp. Not at all worth the cost

Worst experience! They burnt my skin. I asked for Rica wax, she used peel off wax and took 1/2 hour to peel it off. Untrained beautician and bad management. Receptionist is worst.
