Yesterday, a lady assured me that she would contact me regarding a concern I had previously raised. However, she failed to fulfill her promise and did not call me. It is disappointing to see that you claim to provide customer feedback but fail to deliver on it.

All your stationery needs in one place. I do however note that the journaling supplies are limited and expensive. General stationary supplies are cheaper then checkers etc

Could not get the books I wanted but the young man who assisted managed to make me aware of an error on ISBN number of one of the books on my list.

It's a very busy complex but They have beautiful diaries and books to read from..
