Doctors are ALWAYS running late for booked appointments - waiting time is consistently 10-30 mins past your booking. Once you do have an appointment, you get rushed through. I booked to receive ultrasound results and instead just got more referrals without being told what my results showed. In the end, a doctor from Bridge Clinic was able to access and tell me my results. Pull up on that rude, snappy receptionist too! Prescribe the woman a chill pill!

One particular receptionist at this clinic has zero people skills and shouldn’t be working in this type of job role. Don’t bother calling as you’ll be greeted with a rude tone and sarcastic responses which prove incredibly unhelpful. Might I suggest Theresa look for a more fitting job role where she doesn’t need to display her disgusting attitude at the forefront of someone’s business.

Never have I found a doctor I have been so comfortable and happy with, Dr Saif Akram listens, asks questions to find out what could be underlying issues, doesn't judge and genuinely cares about his patients. Thank you for all you have done, you deserve the absolute best and the most praise. Also thank you to the two ladies working reception tonight, lovely people and made me laugh

In my experiences, their has not ever been a pleasant receptionist on the phone or in person, just a sarcastic, condescending woman that makes you feel awful when you're already unwell. The doctors are never running on time for the booked appointments. Now they are charging for appointments, I will not go back and be charged for this kind of treatment, I'd rather go to Bridgeview Family Practice anyway.

First time at this surgery since moving to the Bridge. Looks like they had a fire recently lots of smoke damage throughout the building. Reception staff were pleasant and happy.

Encountered one of the rudest receptionists at this clinic. She was being trained at the time, so maybe hadn't yet been taught to not be unnecessarily insulting to patients? The doctors are fine, so I recommend booking and checking in on HotDocs and avoiding reception.

Dr Hafiz is the most caring, professional doctor I have ever encountered. He actually reads your notes before you come in ans is so on the ball with upcoming tests etc that may be required. I have recommended him to many friends and will continue to do so. Thank you Dr Hafiz

From ringing to make an appointment, because I couldn't get into my own practice in another town, to walking in and speaking with the receptionist, to seeing the dr, it was a really good experience. Recommend the Murray bridge day and night surgery.

Had my annual health plan check up today. Greeted quickly and efficiently at reception. Then saw the care nurse Annie. I look forward to my review as Annie is so professional yet caring and empathetic. She is efficient in doing all necessary checks and measurements, and she listens carefully to my feedback, and asks relevant questions to help me plan for suitable outcomes. I'm comfortable giving my details and feel part of my plan.

Upon relocating to Murray Bridge from Mildura, it was a necessity to find a reliable and caring doctor who didn't treat you as just another patient. With no vacancies for new patients at Bridge Clinic, I visited MB Day & Night Surgery. Dr Hafiz is a wonderful, knowledgeable and caring doctor who takes the time to get to know his patients, listens and understand their needs and is fully apprised of your details before you enter his office for the appointment. He is a very empathetic and compassionate doctor who I have no hesitation in highly recommending him as your family doctor. 👍⭐⭐

Professional & friendly receptionists. Dr Ellen is very approachable, professional, caring, understanding, thorough & never rushes her appointments even when running behind. Highly recommend this surgery. :)

The doctors don't care. They missed terminal cancer despite pleasing from care giver. The doctors continually misread x-rays and blood tests. This is what happens when you have teams of doctors and specialist who are only there for the money. Shame on you all! One star I as too much.

Rude staff and rude doctor. Waited 50 mins after I had checked in to be told I hadn’t checked in even though I had.. I went to the same receptionist who asked my name what doc etc and took my immunisation to the fridge herself on arrival! Had to bring my kids and was asked if I had to bring them in for my initial blood test… Umm yeah they are 3. Left without seeing the doctor for my immunisation. Will not be back!

Doctors are geat here, but the receptionists are extremely rude. Are communication skills that hard these days? Apparently so. Next time you recruit for a receptionist, get some fresh faces in who actually want to do their job and not make you feel like an inconvenience.

Wonderful and helpful ladies at reception. And wonderful doctor that care about helping patients. My husband was very sick, we went to 5 different places for assistance but everyone was fully booked Murray Bridge Day & Night was also fully booked, but nevertheless they went out of their way and made a plan to assist us and the doctor helped us. He received the right treatment and medication. Thank you for being so helpful and considerate.

Richard Wheaton here. I tested positive to Covid 19 while on holidays from the UK while staying with my brother, Geoff, here in Murray Bridge. Had a phone consultation with Dr Supun almost immediately after contacting the Day Night Surgery. ( I usually have to wait up to 6 weeks to get an appointment in the UK.) Dr Supun was very thorough and interviewed 4 of us while we isolated at home. He prescribed medication for 3 of us (one did not test positive) and, because we were isolating, sent the prescriptions to the local pharmacy where a friend of my brother picked them up for us. The service was amazing and very professional and the cost was very reasonable since we are not covered by Medicare. This sort of service is essential in preventing the spread of diseases like Covid and we are all very grateful. Thankyou from all who benefited from it; Richard Wheaton, Pam Ewing, Geoff Wheaton and Murray Roberts.
