These guys have done a great job! We have done a few adventure rooms/escape rooms now in Adelaide and these guys are by far the friendliest and trying to keep their challenges fresh and up to date. Love the artwork that they have around the place.

Absolutely fantastic....well thought out with friendly hosts. Creative and fun vibe. Lots of effort gone in to the story and mini games within the narrative. Highly recommended

We had a blast! Went here with our friends as a birthday celebration, suffice to say we thoroughly enjoyed our time there. Our friends who are escape room savvy said that they really enjoyed the puzzle as well, claiming it one of the best they’ve experienced to date. We’re planning to go back for more!

We held my son's 13th birthday party here and it was amazing! From the friendly and prompt responses to my questions prior to the welcome to arrangements on the day itself everything was perfect. We chose the Collectors room as lots of the kids are gamers and it was ideal, a really great mix of tough and (relatively!) easier clues and as they didn't technically need to 'escape' they all felt like winners at the end. I chose the additional gift option too and the gift they left my son was way more than I had expected, I won't spoil the surprise but if you're doing this for a birthday it is well worth paying that extra to have the additional experience :-) Thanks to David for his kindness during the booking process and to Adam for looking after a bunch of excitable kids so well on the day. My son had the perfect birthday experience, thanks guys!

I have been looking for something to do these winter school holidays and we found the perfect place to hang out in the wet weather. It’s refreshing to find an escape room to take the kids to as all of them have been adult oriented so when I found this one I couldn’t book quick enough. The attention to detail in the rooms was second to none, the use of a tablet for the room made it so interactive for the kids and they LOVED it! Incredibly friendly staff who are clearly passionate about this job. Thank you! highly recommend to my friends, we’ll be back soon to do the other room.

Our team from work booked an Urban Mysteries Co escape room, and thoroughly enjoyed it. It was a great team building exercise, filled with a lot of laughs. Drew and the other staff member were very helpful. We look forward to booking another room in future.

One of the best escape rooms we’ve done! In fact, they call it a mystery room, if you solve the main mystery within the allocated time you can do one or more side quests to keep you busy for the whole hour. Very well set up, lots of different puzzles to solve, and the use of the tablet makes it very interactive. Highly recommend!!

Great fun for us two adults and Mr 11. We are regular escape room attendees and enjoyed the new experience of having a tablet for guidance and to enter codes. Friendly and knowledgeable staff member. Handy location near Rundle Mall

Our group of 5, 2 x 18yrs, 13yrs, 47yrs and 53yrs has a blast today. This was by far the best experience of this kind we have had since discovering escape rooms 12 mths ago. We have found some to be an endless padlock production with very little thought of clues and some only make sense to the staff who need to constantly guide you through but this was clever, it made sense to all of us and the clues connected nicely revealing the story. The added bonus games at the end were a real treat. 10/10

Have now done both the Missing Professor and the Collector rooms at Urban Mysteries. Both experiences were 10/10. Not only do you get additional puzzles if you manage to finish the room early, your experience is guided using a tablet to assist you with clues and puzzles. No other escape rooms I have been to (and I have been to many!) have ever been so accessible and accomodating for participants. The hosts are awesome, always willing to lend a hand if need be.

I have done quite a few escape rooms and this is the best one yet, I wanted to stay and keep going with all the side quests. There was so much attention to detail, the storyline was super pleasing and fun. I couldn't recommend this place higher. Everything was so enjoyable. Well worth a visit!!!

I've done two rooms - The Collector and The Missing Professor. Both were a lot of fun for me and those who I did the room with. The use of the tablet makes it fun and the extra activities at the end are a bunch of fun. Would recommend. Look forward doing the other room we haven't done and the future rooms that are made in the future. 😁

We were so pleasantly surprised by our experience at Urban Mysteries. Having been familiar with most of Adelaide's other more established rooms, we were excited to discover a new(ish) place with some more on offer. Not only was the room fantastic - so much attention to detail, just the right level of difficulty, and a unique twist on the standard room with the use of a clue tablet - the staff member we interacted with was so passionate, so engaging, and gave us plenty of opportunity to ask questions and learn more about the rooms. So looking forward to going back and seeing how good their other rooms are too - I have no doubt that the calibre will be just as high as the first one.

Such a fun family activity, extremely well put together mystery and variety of challenges. We had never done a mystery room before and we loved it. Completing the mystery with our 10 yr old and 8 yr old we found it perfect for our family. Highly recommend 😃

Fantastic time at Urban Mysteries Co. Booking was easy, staff were super helpful and accommodating when we needed to reschedule. The room we completed was challenging but possible and our Team worked together to escape in time! Highly recommend this experience for a fun team building or family event.

Favourite escape (mystery) room that I've done in Adelaide! Super cool rooms and puzzle designs, very immersive and the staff were great. Love the idea of several tasks to complete as well as the main story, ensuring you get the most out of your hour. Definitely going back!

This was our first mystery room and as a beginner the instructions were easy enough to follow and challenging enough to keep us on our toes for the hour. We are glad we went as a group of four so we could divy up the challenges to get done in time. It was a wonderful experience and I recommend it for a fun time of bonding with mates.

These rooms are so much fun! We've done a lot of escape rooms around Adelaide and these ones are truly amazing and also quite different to the other ones we've done. Very original concepts and puzzles, and the team there is absolutely amazing. Definitely recommend!!

I took my partner here for a surprise date night and it was a great experience. We got the date night package and it was worth it, he loved the surprise :) we did the missing professor, the room was engaging and well decorated, it was so much fun! We will definitely come back to try another one.

Fantastic puzzle room. We also had a birthday and they set up an extra bit with a special gift during the puzzle. Super fun!
