Went
here
to
order
some
takeaway
meals.
An
Afghani
acquaintance
had
recommended
this
place
and
it
was
on
my
way
home.
The
young
lady
(Tahira)
and
Ali
at
the
front
counter
were
very
cheerful
and
happy.
Their
immediate
reaction
was
very
friendly
and
welcoming.
This
makes
such
a
difference
when
visiting
any
restaurant/cafe
for
the
first
time.
The
restaurant
was
not
very
full
at
the
time
but
they
didn't
rush
me
to
place
my
order.
I
ordered
the
chicken
biryani,
manto
dumplings
and
the
bolani.
These
are
the
three
items
that
I
order
whenever
I
visit
any
Afghani
restaurant
for
the
first
time.
If
they
can't
get
this
right
then...
There
were
quite
a
few
customers
who
came
in
to
pick
up
their
takeaway
orders
while
I
was
waiting
for
my
order
to
be
prepared.
The
restaurant
is
spacious
and
has
larger
tables
for
families
and
large
groups.
There
is
a
selection
of
desserts
available
as
well.
The
car
park
area
is
quite
adequate
and
the
restaurant
is
just
off
the
main
road.
When
I
got
home
and
unpacked
the
food,
I
was
surprised
at
how
well
the
manto
dumplings
were
packed.
That
level
of
packing
is
something
that
I
haven't
EVEN
seen
in
Japan!
It
was
'zabardast'👍👏
The
biryani
was
good
but
the
manto
dumplings
and
the
bolani
were
far
tastier
than
in
some
of
the
other
Afghani
restaurants.
And
the
portions
were
large
and
the
prices
extremely
reasonable.
All
in
all,
definitely
a
place
to
recommend
if
you
are
in
the
mood
for
some
good
Afghani
food.
Next
time
I'll
have
to
try
the
Kabuli
biryani...
