1/5 shannon I. 1 year ago on Google
Its
taken
me
a
while
to
write
this
but
I
haven't
and
never
will
forget
how
both
me
and
my
toddler
child
were
treated
by
this
hotel.
We
have
been
victims
of
extreme
domestic
violence
and
back
in
July
last
year
after
having
my
home
broken
into
again
by
my
ex
we
were
advised
to
move
into
a
hotel
for
the
interim
while
they
searched
for
my
ex.
I
paid
fully
(obviously)
for
over
a
week
which
cost
me
in
excess
of
$2k
.
The
police
showed
up
past
11pm
one
night
as
they
had
seen
a
car
similar
to
what
my
ex
was
apparently
driving
at
the
time
was
spotted
in
the
car
park..
I
will
credit
the
man
on
the
desk
this
night
because
he
flat
out
refused
anyone
coming
up
to
my
room
without
permission-
even
the
police
and
even
the
police
commended
him.
The
issues
started
the
next
day
when
I
went
down
to
the
lobby
and
explained
why
the
police
were
there
-
the
girl
behind
the
counter
(pregnant
at
the
time
)
was
receptive
about
my
situation
and
seemed
genuinely
concerned..
however
the
next
day
when
i
tried
to
rebook
the
room
and
AFTER
being
on
their
website
KNOWING
FULL
WELL
they
had
rooms
available
I
was
told
"A
large
Asian
corporation"
had
booked
the
remaining
rooms
and
I
couldn't
rebook
..
confused
but
not
wanting
to
be
combative
I
said
id
be
out
by
checkout
time
..
it
wasn't
until
I
got
down
to
the
lobby
that
the
old
,
blonde
(what
i
assume
to
be
manager)
barked
at
me
from
the
office
threshold
about
my
situation
while
leaving
a
heavily
pregnant
receptionist
to
deal
with
my
situation
.
In
a
time
where
DV
is
at
an
all
time
high
,
that
I
had
a
toddler
with
me,
that
SAPOL
had
explained
the
situation
to
them
AND
that
I
had
paid
in
full
and
caused
NO
ISSUE
this
place
is
disgusting.
if
I
had
the
energy
I
would
consider
suing.
Every
DV
platform
now
knows
how
disgusting
you
treat
victims..
who
are
scared
and
vunerable.
