Its taken me a while to write this but I haven't and never will forget how both me and my toddler child were treated by this hotel. We have been victims of extreme domestic violence and back in July last year after having my home broken into again by my ex we were advised to move into a hotel for the interim while they searched for my ex. I paid fully (obviously) for over a week which cost me in excess of $2k . The police showed up past 11pm one night as they had seen a car similar to what my ex was apparently driving at the time was spotted in the car park.. I will credit the man on the desk this night because he flat out refused anyone coming up to my room without permission- even the police and even the police commended him. The issues started the next day when I went down to the lobby and explained why the police were there - the girl behind the counter (pregnant at the time ) was receptive about my situation and seemed genuinely concerned.. however the next day when i tried to rebook the room and AFTER being on their website KNOWING FULL WELL they had rooms available I was told "A large Asian corporation" had booked the remaining rooms and I couldn't rebook .. confused but not wanting to be combative I said id be out by checkout time .. it wasn't until I got down to the lobby that the old , blonde (what i assume to be manager) barked at me from the office threshold about my situation while leaving a heavily pregnant receptionist to deal with my situation . In a time where DV is at an all time high , that I had a toddler with me, that SAPOL had explained the situation to them AND that I had paid in full and caused NO ISSUE this place is disgusting. if I had the energy I would consider suing. Every DV platform now knows how disgusting you treat victims.. who are scared and vunerable.

Everyone is so kind and helpful. We are here for a couple weeks until we can move into our home and everyone that works here is genuinely kind. The staff are great with the kids and understanding that two young children living in a small space are going to be 'willful' and 'strong spirited'. Some of the staff even say hi to the kids by name which has made the kids beyond happy. The cleaning staff are full of grace when they come to do the bins or the full clean and the kids want to 'help'. My son in particular is obsessed with the vacuum and insists on helping. While it would be quicker to shoo him away, they let him help. My daughter wants to help with the bins and they let her attempt to do it then quietly fix it up while thanking her for helping. Im sure it would be frustrating to have to deal with them and they never let it show. I am so greatful to the staff here making this as easy as possible for them including being so undersanding when ive had to call to ask the beds to be changed due to accidents. The front of house staff are helpful in directions on where to go, where the park was, helping with changing batteries in toys and are willing to have some really nice conversations (so long as they have a free moment) which i have valued immensely.

Staff are very friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean and comfortable. In regards to accommodation the place is pretty quiet so you can get a decent sleep. This is the second time I've stayed here and is my place of choice to stay when I'm travelling for work.

The internet is very slow. Netflix is unwatchable . The response is that they have upgraded. Given the management response was 2 days after this post it is unlikely that the response is honest... More about just trust us ..lol. having said that the staff were great face to face and gave me the password to reconnect the verrrrrry ollldsmart tv.

High-end finishes and modern amenities. The apartment was spacious, clean and well-maintained. I also appreciated the free on-site parking and laundry facility. What really sets this place apart is the exceptional and friendly staff such as Jethro. They were always responsive to my needs and went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and happy during my stay. Only complaint is that the gym is poorly equipped with only a single treadmill, rower, bike and cable machine in a tiny room.

I hadn't been in Port Adelaide in 20 years so when my company booked me in to Quest Apartments Port Adelaide I was dubious. But the place has been transformed. It's a very nice apartment with lovely staff and the location is not what it was 20 years ago. Nice pubs, great food and a family friendly atmosphere. Highly recommend.

Back again on a business trip. As usual the Quest is my first choice. Great rooms. Very clean and spacious. This time I was in a 2 bed, too big for my needs however the washer dryer is useful. The Quest do have a guest laundry free on the ground floor which is good when travelling. Very friendly front staff. Free parking opposite the hotel. I have stayed in all the room configurations, Studio, 1 – 2 bed apartments. All rooms have a very similar décor and all a very clean.

The Quest in Port Adelaide has provided the goods. The reasonable amount for accommodation was only the beginning. The entire stay from set up to checkout was communicated perfectly. The room was spacious and provided the perfect hub to regroup and refresh, honestly couldn’t fault it. To further our great experience, the staff were amazing. We dealt mostly with Jeffro and Maddie (although all the staff were fantastic) as they provided us with helpful tips and information for eating and exciting activities to do around Adelaide, however, it was there professional and friendly manner that really made us feel welcome. If you’re looking for somewhere to stay, stay here at the Quest, Port Adelaide.

We had just finished two weeks camping in the Flinders and were pretty rough. Staff was amazing and the facilities were impeccable.

This is an okay place to stay, nothing flash. There is no room service or onsite restaurant, cafe or bar, but there are a few cafes within walking distance. My only gripes are weak internet reception and the slamming doors all day/night. Surely, it's not that hard to put soft closing doors in. Otherwise, it was an okay stay.

I'm a frequent visitor here, I enjoy the independence of apartments. Staff are always helpful and polite.

Web page and pictures suggest that you can enjoy a glass of wine on your balcony as you watch the river for dolphins. Well not if you book a one bedroom or two bedroom appartments. I came to sit on the balcony over looking the port river and to grieve my brothers unexpected death in a place he loved and where he loved to put his boat in. Our room over looks the busy road, is on the ground floor and sure …you can see the river.. just. There would no chance of seeing a dolphin from our balcony. The website should be more upfront about the fact that most of the hotel doesn’t have river frontage. So disappointing. I did ask when I booked for a river view.

Fantastic customer service, all the staff were lovely and very patient with my neurodivergence. Great place for kids and very quiet especially considering we were there over new years. Money well spent

This is a great hotel for a relaxed summer holiday. Close to the beach and a short drive to the city. The Port has many places for a delicious meal.

What a fantastic place to stay. The rooms are clean and the king size bed is super comfortable. Our rubbish is collected M-sat every morning. The staff are super friendly and very attentive. You'll get used to the air conditioner they are set on timers so we just turn ours off when they turn on

Brilliant location, close to cafes and restaurants (but quiet and sound-proofed), incredibly friendly staff (from reception to cleaners), and a remarkable attention to detail (ie furnishings/fit-out, cleaning, common areas etc). A modern, contemporary feel, yet warm and inviting. I simply can’t fault Quest Port Adelaide - well done! 👍

Room was clean. There was cutlery and enough kitchen utensils for simple cooking. Service was very good. I asked to be moved to another room as I thought the noise from the road was too loud. Lady at the front desk obliged even though the hotel was very busy. Turned out the room was actually well insulated from noise from the road. A small window close to the ceiling had been left open. Within walking distance to a good number of restaurants. Close to the sea

Excellent check in beautiful staff spotless rooms with excellent bed and furnishings. We gave up on so called 5 stars in the city that had let us down too many times. The best place we have stayed in 2 years

Stayed here recently and it is definitely one of the best Quest properties I've stayed at. Housekeeping was really good and the views were amazing. A walkable distance to some nice restaurants and bars.

It all started with Chloe, super friendly, so helpful. 2 bdrm appt fantastic. Lovely rooms equipped with everything you needed. Had a wonderful girls weekend away so decided to come back 6 weeks later. Again Chloe couldn't have been more helpful. Our fridge was broken and the staff were amazing and so , fridge replaced in under a hour. The service from the front desk staff to the cleaners is great. Will be back again.

My partner and i stay here at least twice a year at least for special events when we don’t want to drive home. Staff is always friendly and accommodating. the rooms are always clean. We have never had a bad experience with the quest it’s right on the waterfront in pt. Adelaide, the views can be stunning and the location is surrounded by amazing restaurants.

The reception staff are excellent; they are all friendly and helpful; Chloe and Courtney were always keen for a friendly chat while I was waiting in the foyer. The rooms are of a very high standard. The hotel is next to the Port Adelaide River and is only a short stroll to local cafes and restaurants. The train station is only a 15 min walk from the hotel. I highly recommend the Quest.

Really up-to-date accommodation. Fully equipped kitchen and laundry facilities in room. Very happy with the stay we had. Location was excellent for attending the event and ready walking distance to a lot of cafes, restaurants and bars.

I will definitely stay here again. Janice and the team were very helpful and friendly. The apartments are clean and well kitted. And as others have stated, the beds are very comfortable.

Lovely apartment options with all the facilities one can ask for a short or long stay. You will have small gym and free on-site parking. Internet speed is terrible and you must have your own hotspot or inbuilt cellular connection.

Could do with a little more furniture, only one chair and a stool in a double room. Beds were comfortable, cooking facilities were good, shower was great but access to service in the rooms could have been a bit better.

We were glad that The Quest were able to offer us long term accommodation while we build our new home. The provided a discount for long term stay. The staff are friendly and helpful. When you stay with Quest they provide free use of Gym, Laundry and all rooms have fully functional kitchenette, ensuite, table with chairs, really comfortable beds, comfy linen, ironing board, mini bar, use of trolleys for luggage plus at Pt. Adelaide you have access to great food places and the Port Mall shopping centre. The Anchor Cafe is nearby, Port Pizza House, Lighthouse Hotel and The British are all in walking distance. Located next to the Birkenhead bridge and the Port River, you can go for a stroll along the walkway to Dock 1 and the local streets to The British for dinner and the Cafe nearby over hanging the river.
