Customer service is not really good. The staffs were not smiling or welcoming customer. The cashier didn't said thank you after I paid for stuffs there. I love forever new brand but not with it service. I hope after this review they can change the attitude of staffs. That can make the customer service is better. Thank you.

Clothes are gorgeous and prices are reasonable. Shout out to Anna Lisse (I hope I'm spelling it right), who is genuinely one of the best customer service I have had while buying clothes. The rest of the staff is ok.

I came into this store because I had to get the security tag removed from a shirt that the TTP sales assistant left on. I felt so anxious about having to go in store again after the terrible experience I had at the TTP store. Thank you to the lovely staff member at the Rundle Mall store for being so helpful, knowledgeable, empathetic and understanding.

Quite poor customer service I would say. I placed a click and collect order last night and came to pick it up. I know the order wasn’t ready for collection but still wanted to ask for a favour. The lady was polite no doubt but turned me down. All I got was we don’t do click and collect on a weekend as the store is busy and we will process it when we get to it. I could see the store empty as and all I asked was to grab to coat and chuck it in a bag, a small favour. What makes you stand out from other retail stores is going above and beyond for a customer and helping them, that’s all I am saying. I was gonna do one star but added the other one for politeness.

If giving 0 was an option, I would do that. The staff was truly so rude, refused to acknowledge my mum or I even though we were ready to buy a dress. The cashier looked at us and simply turned around and got her phone out instead. I wanted to give them the benefit of doubt but this isn’t the first time. Truly disappointing especially because we love Forever New

I purchased a dress for which I paid $80. I was extremely disappointed by how this item was handled at the checkout. I didn’t think that a sale item should be treated any differently, but in actuality it was handled disrespectfully. This made my shopping experience a true disappointment.
