BEST $20 ever. A great place to meet the birds and animals. Seat's for a rest going around and interaction with the wildlife was lovely. Definitely recommend. A delicious cake or toastie with a coffee was an excellent end to our time there.

My sister and her family and I and my hubby had a great time visiting together. I especially enjoyed the dinosaur bird snapping the food from my hand. All the birds are just beautiful to see. The seers and buck is a great addition to see also. They were too interested in us unless we had food lol. And the upgrade from we the years is amazing in comparison. My niece And nephew thought the pin f was the best but and wanted to take him home. Tantrum slightly avoided as I said I’d buy them a milkshake if they shut up. Great day out

I’m more concerned about the animals. In the park you have the option to go through a neon black light room, located near the steam punk statues. This room is full of fish, however I question their health. The fish were barley moving, most weren’t moving at all. The fish seemed to be gold fish. It’s not normal for fish to be still for so long. It could be for a number of health reasons, stress, or the environment. It could also be that the fish are just sleeping however even their tails weren’t moving. When talking to the woman at the ticket office about them, she said They do that a lot and She’ll send the boys down to have a look at them. Their tanks were completely empty too, no information sign to say what fish they were. I’m not a fish expert but I definitely think these fish deserve more attention. If they’re neglecting the fish, I worry about how they treat the other animals. If this is normal and I’ve misunderstood the situation I’ll be happy to change my review.

Honestly you can’t spend $20 any better! They had so many cute and friendly feathered friends! You can purchase seed for $2 and feed the little birds! They have such a cute variety and massive area to explore. They even have barn animals!

We loved our visit to flying high bird park, there was so many different beautiful birds to see. Enjoyed taking our time in each area, feeding the birds and taking photos. As the park grows and has larger numbers of visitors, I imagine it would be beneficial to have roaming staff to keep a closer watch on visitors and the beautiful animals. However I can understand this would add to running costs. We were ready for our tasty toasties and coffee at the cafe, which is a great spot to stop and relax after all that walking! Looking forward to our next visit

Took the kids there expecting a quick visit. We were there for 3 hours! Plenty of animals and birds to look at and feed. The range is impressive. All the birds and animals look happy and healthy. All clean and neat. Was a great morning out!

Visiting Flying High Bird Park was a delightful experience for all ages. Although the park is a bit small, the variety of birds they have is impressive and makes it worth the visit. The wide selection of birds provides a unique and educational opportunity for bird enthusiasts of all kinds. The park's staff was friendly and informative, making the visit even more enjoyable. While it might be small now, I'm sure they will continue to improve and expand in the future. If you appreciate the beauty and diversity of birds, Flying High Bird Park is a must-see destination.

We visited the park today. We had such a great morning. The animals are beautiful and happy. The staff were informative and polite. We all have different favourites in the park, but personally I loved the deer, Thunder the pony, and the goats 🥰 My only suggestion to anyone visiting is definetly take water with you as you walk through if you're visiting in Summer. It's mostly shaded which is amazing, but still very hot during our Queensland Summer, and by the time we got to the end we were very hot and thirsty! Visit this place, it's lovely 😊

We visited some years ago and loved it. However it’s become rather run down since then. The large birds like macaws have no flying space. And the place is over-run with pigeons, doves and chooks. Some great interaction with some of the parrots but overall it needs a good overhaul. The place has been for sale for quite some time and clearly there is no money being spent on maintenance, let alone upgrades.

It's a good, not so little, bird park! They have the bird food to feed the birds if you'd like, otherwise they are very friendly and fly over to you, depending what you have on you may be more interesting (my earrings were favourites). They also have the walk go through to some farm animals, which is neat! It is a bird park, so I think mice/rats in the bird cages are common, tidy in the front reception area. Friendly staff serving!

What an amazing place to visit! Highlights were the parrots, deers, pony and llamas 😍 $20 per adult, short drive from Bundy, great family time, lots of laughs had - doesn't get much better 😊 Will definitely be returning! Be aware...ostrichs eat small paper bags whole 😳

I have been to dozens of bird parks and this one was my favorite. All the birds were super frendly and the the land animals came stright up to you for a pat. highly recommend this place.

Reading the reviews wasn't good but we still went. It's well worth it the stop. Birds really friendly and are looking for a feed. Just buy lots of feed for the animals before going in. Really large range of souvenirs that's on par for pricing around Australia.

A very reasonably priced attraction with lots to see. The young lady at reception was simply a genuinely happy person who clearly loves her job. The souvenir and gift shop was reasonably priced as was the cafe. We really enjoyed this place and the bird life and animals were beautiful.

We came across this place whilst holidaying in Burrum Heads. We decided to take the children for a day out, we enjoyed it so much. We all got lots of attention from the birds, particularly the electus parrots! What an affordable, fun and memorable day out with the family - would def recommend a visit!

We really loved our visit to Flying high, the tame sun conures were so cute and the Macaws very cheeky. Could not recommend it more. the shop has some nice bird stuff for bird tragics like ourselves. Cafe is very basic but make a pretty good toasty and tea. Many new exhibits coming so well worth another visit in a month or so to see the turtle exibit.

I really enjoyed this place. I love birds but if you dont like being up close and personal with some bigger parrots then beware.
