    Called in around 21:30 and wasn't very busy inside yet took ages to get served then waited over 20 mins for a small order. Was really messy and dirty inside all tables really dirty and litter all over the floor, seats, and tables had to get some napkins and clean a table myself to sit at. No issues with the food once it arrived except for dips missing from the order.

    Place was rammed but it was Saturday lunchtime. Ordered on app to bring to table and was pretty quick but unfortunately one order was incorrect. Food was hot though and the dessert order was correct.

    Its McDonald's you don't expect anything more than a last-ditch we need something to eat stop Over priced cardboard food but it did the trick in a hurry

    Just ordered off Uber eats and ordered a large chicken legend meal with a wrap and nuggets. everything in my order was correct but not the drink. I got given a medium chocolate milkshake instead of the large banana milkshake I ordered. I don't understand I would of ordered a meal as a large and get a medium drink. I was charged £2.09 for the large drink and got a medium. I called the store and said i can't have the drink refunded unless I'm come to the store with evidence. they also said its uber eats fault for getting the order wrong. absolutely ridiculous. Also didn't get the dips I ordered for my nuggets.

    Food usual standard, shame about the teenage children being allowed to run riot. Visited twice and same each time. First visit, groups of children in the toilets having sauce fights. Second visit, children deliberately flooded all the toilets. Feel so sorry for the staff working there.

    Wouldn't give this place a star if i could. Over 20 minutes for our breakfast to come lots of staff in the kitchen so theres no excuse. Not even very busy, still things missing of the order. Was talking to a local and this is the normal service there receive feel sorry for then. New management needed.

    Visited here today with family. We ordered at the till and the server was a very polite young man. He brought everything over to the table for us. Couldn’t fault the service. The thing that spoilt it was a table of teenagers sitting by us who were particularly roust and swearing. So we hurried up and left. Lastly the toilets need checking more frequently as they lacked toilet paper.

    Blimey McDonald's!?!?!? Whats going on here? Iam aware this is McDonald's and isn't home cooked roast dinner but what on earth, at least 4 times on a run last few months (nor regular) food has been simply awful. Forget about it being cold (not fries) or stuff missing (3 stars for that) but it hasn't been right whatsoever (1 star for food). Staff pleasant and work hard the ones that serve or take orders, not sure behind scenes with food situation... really awful, improvement needed asap

    The staff are overworked here. 4 line managers not really doing much whilst the floor workers are running around like slaves. They all look absolutely knackered, it’s not fair that any human should have to work in an environment like that. There was a lot of staff but the management, or lack of management of the staff is causing so much energy to be lost amongst the team. Serious supervision is needed for the management as they clearly have no idea of managing a big team in a busy store. Food quality was okay, not the best but not the worst and given the circumstances I can’t expect any more. Please please please help this store by teaching the management how to manage their staff

    Absolutely useless!! Tried this branch for the very last time. 1st time of waiting over an hour for food, 2nd time items missing and tonight, use a delivery service to have one meal missing and the food we have received stone cold so no one could eat it, rang the branch 4 times which just rings out. Judging by the other reviews they clearly need to sort this place out!!

    Good service. As with a lot of places now it full of kids and delivery drivers. But overall the service was fast and as expected. Clean and well presented.

    There was a queue at the drive thru but we were served quickly, the service from both employees i spoke too was excellent, we only ordered a couple of drinks an ice creams but it was all spot on. No issues at all. I would definitely suggest this is one of the better McDonald's locations I've been to in a while 👍🏼👍🏼

    We gonna dine but when we seen the floor and tables was so dirty we decided to take the food out, the food was cold. This is the second time happened to us we are not happy there service. Even the chairs are sticky and dirty. Hope you can sort this place out always very poor hygiene

    Ordered breakfast meal. Didn't receive hash brown. I know people make mistakes. It second time it happened.I call it penny pinching. Multi million pounds company can't get it right. If I stole from a shop I'd have criminal record.!

    We waited 20 minutes at the drive-thru window waiting for 2 milkshakes only to find out that there was no syrup available for any flavour so ended up with vanilla. We ate our meals at the window while we waited 😠

    Long queues in all areas, the outlet gave the impression of being unmanaged. The car park was full which compounded the queues problem. The parking spaces were cramped. The entire operation seemed to be trying to get as mu h output as possible from insufficient resources.

    Me and my partner would happily travel the further extra miles than going to Flint or Mold to come to this McDonald’s. Every time it’s perfection. Recently served by a young lad (we think called Tyler) who was a absolute star and a credit to Caerwys McDonald’s. We will be back!!

    We came over to have some food and the moment we walked in a young gentleman named Max has been working around the tables relentlessly, assuring floor and tables are ready for new people to come in, I must admit I admire the attitude of the young gentleman, It may be a little review but I hope it makes a difference. 10/10
