Disappointing service... Not the STC i used during my sch in Cape Coast days.. Sit up, Customer service is in coma over there, SMH... Need to do better!

Some numbers published on their website, receipts are not active. Frustrating trying to figure which number to call when in need of assistance Some of its branches are advertised as working 24hrs but calls are rarely answered before or beyond 5pm

The buses are quite comfortable(if you are fortunate to get a newer one). Most of the old ones I’ve sat in for intra-regional trips have not been too comfortable and could use some improvement. Parcel charges are relatively more affordable, although other service providers might be faster. Great service, overall
