Szkoda czasu i nerwów. Byłam umówiona na wizytę o 9.30 i po 45 min czekania zrezygnowałam. Nie usłyszałam przepraszam, przykro nam, nie zaproponowano mi nowego terminu. Znudzona pani z recepcji jedynie powiedziała, że pacjentka zaraz wychodzi i to już długo nie potrwa. Po 45 minutach! Po pół godzinie od mojego wyjścia, ktoś do mnie zadzwonił i próbował ratować sytuację proponując inny termin. Jeśli opieka dentystyczna jest na poziomie Pań z recepcji, które powinny być wizytówką tego miejsca, to strach się bać.

Extremely high prices! No one in Gdynia pays PLN 460 for replacing a filling in one tooth. I find the need to take a photo, for which you of course have to pay, before the visit (without any particular justification given the lack of any symptoms) absurd. Additionally, waiting time for an appointment is 30 minutes. No information about the delay from the staff, you can forget about the apology. No respect for the customer's time. These are not the standards I expect from a Dental Center worth recommending.

I recommend Neodental and its staff to everyone who is looking for real care. If you are one of the people who once came to the wrong address and became discouraged with dental services. I was here for a wisdom tooth extraction. The clinic is very stylish and modernly equipped. And doctors speak English. I had a rather difficult situation with a tooth, I takes a lot of time to fix it. But I am completely satisfied with the work of Dr. Arthur Lebiedż and the nurse who helped him.

I do not recommend! Do not buy the service through Groupon, they are blatantly scamming. I had an appointment for 12:40, which I did not make due to work reasons. When I went at 2:10 p.m. after work, the receptionist said that the Groupon was gone along with the money, and I couldn't make another visit. They didn't include anything like that in the terms and conditions of the offer, so they're fooling their eyes. They also openly "robbed" me for almost PLN 185. Groupon marked as used :)

I couldn't have made a better choice! I found Mr. Artur Lebiedź. I am terrified of doctors and dentists, and here my fear turned out to be unnecessary. I was provided with full understanding, commitment and care of a very high standard. The surgical procedure was carried out very efficiently and quickly - without stress, without pain. From the very moment you enter you can feel the nice atmosphere, the ladies at the reception are also very helpful. It turns out that the visit can be stress-free, even for panic freaks like me :)

Nowy wymiar stomatologi! Nowocześnie a przytulnie. W poczekalni zamiast borowania uszy są mile łechtane muzyczką a w powietrzu zamiast lizolu da się wyczuć nuty wanili 😉 serdecznie polecam dr Justynę której delikatne ręce czynią cuda! Z całego serca klinka godna polecenia!!!

Polecam Doktor Leszczyńska Justynę! Profesjonalnie podejście do pacjenta. Dokładna, sumienna, a zarazem sympatyczna i kulturalna. Wszystko dokładnie omawia, tłumaczy, pewnie podejmuje działania. Od teraz wizyta stomatologiczna to dla mnie czysta przyjemność. Jestem bardzo wdzięczna Pani Doktor za przywrócenie zdrowego i pięknego uśmiechu 🙂A pani Anastazja- asystentka dba o komfort pacjenta przez cały czas trwania wizyty 🙂 Na plus jest także to, że wszystko odbywa się kompleksowo w jednym miejscu, jak np. wykonanie zdjęć RTG. Jeszcze raz bardzo polecam gabinet Neodental, gdzie podejście do pacjenta jest profesjonalne, a atmosfera bardzo przyjazna!🙂

Doktor Labiedz i asystentka. Pełna profeska a jestem wybredny jeśli chodzi o stomatologię. Ekstrakcja 8 wykonana z podejściem do pacjenta i w komfortowych warunkach. Tanio nie było, ale pieniądze dobrze wydane. Polecam.

I came with the intention of having my tooth removed, and I was pleasantly surprised because the tooth did not need to be removed. The doctor said I may feel some pain after the treatment, but I don't feel any discomfort. I'm happy. I still have one visit left.

Recently, I went with my 5-year-old daughter for her first tooth treatment. I was worried about how my daughter would react to drilling, but we found the perfect place to see Dr. Aleksandra Kańczugowska. The entire visit went very successfully - the inventive stories during the administration of anesthesia, the doctor and the assistant "entertaining and talking to" the little patient were great. Even the TV with cartoons on the ceiling didn't interest me :) The child left smiling and without fear of further visits - hopefully only preventive ones. As a parent, the scale of the defect was shown on the monitor (camera) and the course of treatment was discussed very professionally. APPROACH TO CHILDREN aged 5+ and even 6.
