Specious room with large bathroom. Minimalist but modern. Good food and plenty of it. Underground spa and top floor pool with sea view 👌

After reading some of the reviews I arrived open minded … three adults and one 5 years old in the apartment on the first floor… Summary: + 3 pools ( two in -1 and one on the 4th floor), water in each one of them just perfect and clean, we absolutely loved all of them , plenty of nice sun lounges and always space as nobody is prebooking which was great, + spa very clean, professional and very relaxing + food for the guests (all inclusive) plenty of choices, everyday different dishes, if some dishes were nearly finished staff was replacing them immediately, very busy at times so if staff was approached to add more there was no issues and they replaced it immediately plus apologies for it, + rooms are stunning, well equipped and very clean, fab balcony, beds very comfortable, (equipment in the room small fridge, coffee machine, kettle, hairdryer, two tv and air conditioner in each room) + localisation just perfect close to the pubs, restaurants, beach, amusement park + bar/ restaurant on the 4th floor stunning view, staff very nice, food just delicious (we had mussels, Caesar salad and Prawn Salad wow complements to the chef :))) + young lifeguard very helpful and nice, the older kept disappearing, + bar by the outdoor pool girl very nice, bar a bit limited + two parking options underground or by the hotel, On the other hand: - play area inside very limited and outside one very awkward to get to but my son loved it all - no evening entertainment in the season - pool on top floor needs replacement of the tiles but outside that very clean and warm water Some ideas: * some snack options by the outdoor pool would be nice (chips, pizza, sandwiches/panini) * evening music in the hotel in the season time maybe from 9pm to 12pm * more lively entertainment for the kids (clowns, music/dancing) * private beach space with additional pay for the sun lounge would top it all I travel a lot, in different star rating hotels. I am very happy with my stay in this hotel, if few things are adjusted (tiles, entertainment) then should be awarded min of 4* I think some people are either very fussy eaters or thinking they are kings and want to be treaded like one. Today is our last day and we will definitely be back, highly recommended to everyone (not the kings do ;)))

Due to the renovation of the 4th floor the (probably) most interesting part of the hotel was kept hidden from us. The warm meals could use some more resourcefulness. Other than that things were quite alright.

Over all impression, nothing done with a little passion. The Next by hotel -GM given a much better impression for similar price. + 3 Pools + Good gym + room is new and clean + Hotel in general is clean + 5 Minute working distance to all tourist attractions (beach, tourist street, harbor, railway station, …) + Stuff speaking very basic english + wifi is very fast + indoor Child Play ground - Breakfast/ Diner room is like a company canteen - Diner time is from 15:00-18:00 o‘clock - Food is nothing what you can’t get out side for 130 zloty /day/ person - Stuff has a low motivation feeling - Room cleaning service has to be booked at the reception - some clear marked safety exit doors was looked during our stay We wanted to change the hotel on the first day, not possible. In the end we was able to get the money back for diner and lunch. Is ok we booked, but why now question why we asking for this?

Wonderful place <3 Nice swimming pools, jacuzzi and sport gym. Delicious breakfast and cozy rooms (very big bed ;) ). You should try!

Very comfy hotel.. If I stay there U should try their swimming pool and spa.. The view from the restaurant and the pool on the 5th floor is beautiful.:-)

Very nice hotel, dogs are welcome, reasonable prices.
