I
was
so
intrigued
by
the
concept
of
this
restaurant.
Probably
for
this
reason,
my
expectations
were
much
higher
than
the
actual
experience.
The
idea
of
using
different
flavors
of
dumplings
from
all
over
the
world
in
Polish
style
seemed
interesting,
but
unfortunately
it
didn't
work
for
me.
For
some
dumplings,
you
just
must
to
use
different
dough,
thickness,
size,
and
sauces.
Polonizing
1,500-year-old
recipes
for
some
dumplings
just
impossible,
although
I
had
high
hopes
for
it.
However,
I
believe
that
the
more
classic
Polish,
Georgian,
and
Ukrainian
dumpling
options
here
are
perfectly
prepared,
cooked,
and
served.
With
great
passion,
attention
to
details,
and
with
big
friendliness
from
people
here.
The
kimchi
here
has
a
very
short
fermentation
time
(I
guess
a
day
or
two
without
any
salting
period),
and
a
huge
amount
of
sliced
onion,
so
it
has
no
interesting
taste,
just
Napa
cabbage
with
a
little
bit
of
chili
flakes
and
an
overpowering
onion
flavor.
