Nice place, not too crowded and great staff - our waitress Kamila was awesome. Moreover, the food was served fast and prices are quite moderate. One thing to improve on - Original Burger could expand their selection of beers. Include some sours, stouts and IPAs and not only those from Amber. Amber is a great brewery, but there are many more craft breweries that produce bottled and canned beer.

Popped in here (thinking of getting just a quick bite to eat for lunch) and left so unbelievably stuffed full! The burgers were amazing, they had a deal on: a burger + 2 sides and a drink, for practically the same price as a burger on its own. Really good value for money. It was quiet given the time that we came in, so I can't speak for the atmosphere during peak times, but the decor of the place was quirky and cool, and the staff were friendly. Highly recommend, would definitely come back again when I hopefully return to Gdansk! Thank you

Walked in to this amazing burger restaurant having a great ambiance, and place to charge up your devices. Even better burger at such a huge size. Can safely say it’s one of the best burgers I ever had. The waiting time is minimum and service was on point. Definitely visit if you want some awesome burgers. Won’t disappoint.

We spent a delicious evening here with burgers and cocktails. The perfect place for a relaxing evening. The selection of vegetarian/vegan options was great. Our waitress was very nice and accommodating. I highly recommend it!

I had a classic beef burger with french fries and a bowl of coleslaw on the side along with a wheat beer. The burger was definitely one of the best burgers, if not the best, I had in last 6 months. The bun is quite different than classic buns. It is so soft and tasty. The patty was quite delicious and juicy. All in all, it was a quite good experience. Highly recommended. I paid 54 Zloty for everything.

By far the best burgers you can have in Gdansk ! The quality of the meat is top notch, the onion rings marinated in beer are full of savor and the service is impeccable. Plus, the atmospphere is so cozy with its armchairs. The decoration will create the illusion that you are in America.

We got lucky finding this place on our last day in Gdansk. Really nice place with fun seating and tables and relaxed atmosphere with board games available too. Would highly recommend as a place as a place to eat and hold up in for a while even if just for drinks.

Original Burger has a great location in the tourist Center of Gdańsk. We even got to listen to a great street concert while we were there. Burgers, Fries but also fish fingers were excellent! Only reason not to give 5 stars is that we had to wait more than 30 mins for our order to arrive.

The best onion rings I have ever had! Such good value for money here, we enjoyed our burgers loaded fries and onion rings very much! Recommend so much if you’re a big foodie

Have eaten here both times I’ve been to Gdansk and both times were amazing. Burgers are very delicious, lovely chill atmosphere both inside and on street, staff and chefs go above and beyond. Would recommend to anyone visiting and will be returning next time I’m in town

I cant explain how a hamburguer could taste so good... The Godfather is a double burguer with amaIng taste and goood size at a really cheap price.... Decoration is so nice and Staff is really profesional. You should try.... 2 persons with 2 main courses & 0.5l beers for 19€ in total!!

Restaurant has good placement and nice service staff. Ordering in English was no an issue. We ate godfather burgers and other sides which were good. Not mind blowing, but basic good burgers.

Really enjoyed the Godfather burger with beer battered crispy onion rings and homemade coleslaw. The burger was big, meaty and Juicy and had a lovely chipotle mayo sauce. Maybe next time I'll add some jalapenos as extras for a bit of spice. One suggestion is maybe add 1 more onion ring as 3 is too few, though maybe it's because I'm having it as a meal? Quite full inside but did not take long to arrive. The draught beer is good and the prices also reasonable. The seating is OK, I sat in the middle as the side tables were all taken. Felt a bit exposed but it was OK as I was too busy enjoying the food to notice anyone around me 😂

Almost a 4 star but extra points for the terrace which provides great people watching. Basic tourist restaurant burger. Ingredients seemed fresh, I don’t know. The brioche bun and the beer was definitely the highlight of the meal.

Amazing retro interior design inspired by old good movies. Delicious juicy burgers, nice coffee, pleasant staff, clean WC. Located in city center, but not so expensive. That's all I need. Also there is seating places inside and outside.

Although the atmosphere was quite nice with a clear American cinema in mind, many of the additions seemed lackluster or non thought out. The seating outside is very tightly fit while on the inside there was no AC and as such was very humid. Although beside that the atmosphere was quite nice. The food was good although not the best. I had the classic burger. The meat itself tasted good but was poorly placed with a large portion of it being on one side. Although my biggest pet peeve is that I had a tomato the size of the burger itself. Yet I understand this may have been an anomaly. The service was nothing special either. It was haphazard and all over the place. There was a waitress that did not act nicely and gave of the vibe that she was doing everyon a favour. Other than that the food came quite quickly.

“The Godfather” Good for two if you’re looking for a tasty & juicy burger!

Used to be the go to burger place. It’s unfortunately not, anymore. The burgers became much bigger, sloppier, they’re falling apart in your hands. The main flavour of a burger is its sweet(!) bun, you can barely taste mean or anything else. Today it’s a “regular local burger”, not better or worse than any other food truck burger around :(

This burger place is awesome. The waitress was smiling and helpful. The food was very delicious. The interior design is amazing. And what really surprised me is the creative menu design they have got. I strongly recommend this place.

Very nice people work there. I asked to organize a birthday party for my boyfriend, because we were far away. They did everything very cool. Everything was organized quickly, the night before the birthday. Thank you very much for the nice staff! Boyfriend really liked the burgers, he said they were the tastiest in Gdańsk.

Everything was decent not the best burgers I’ve had, but pretty good. The sides were the tastiest part of my meal. I order The Godfather burger it was great had a lot of meat and fairly tasty sauce the salad was excellent along with the coleslaw. The potato balls were tasty. Only real complaint is you can’t order ketchup online. I don’t know whether they offer it in person but that would have stepped up the meal slightly. I recommend trying them out though as everything was fair priced.

Good service and good selection of burgers, sides, sauces, drinks etc. Fries were tasty but felt like they were cooked in an oven. Beef patty was medium rare but it needs some work, too roughly grinded initially. Prices were very reasonable. 10 PLN for an extra patty, sign me up.

Tremendous little bar/eatery this, outstanding menu of amazing dishes and drinks, staff really nice and friendly, really enjoyed this place, highly recommended.

What a disappointment. While looking to have a burger late at night I was in the neighborhood and the place has some decent reviews, however.. it does not live up to them. Clearly a tourist-trap but still some nice decor and creative menus. The food is almost school-cafeteria in quality. The breading on the chicken was falling off, the sauces tasted of nothing and the fries had major difference in thickness meaning half was over cooked and half under. What a disaster. The bun is decent but out of proportion to the actual chicken or meat that you’ll get. Food taste slightly better than a premise microwaved meal. The only thing keeping this place afloat is the drunk guests and friendly staff.
