Hard Rock in Gdansk never disappoints. From fantastic selection of classic burgers to some new ones like cauliflower or quinoa burger, the list goes on. Great salads and starters selections. I love outdoor seating area and the restaurant location couldn't been any better. Sometimes service is slow but it's great overall with friendly and professional staff.

Came to you for a nice breakfast, I thought. Was greeted by a very rude and not happy man. Where only when he was about to take our order he mumbled some things about not taking our order if we didn't say hello, which we clearly did. Then comes the terrible order, he starts laughing at what we order, when the food comes he doesn't have the right things two iced coffees, two drinks and clearly two pancakes with strawberries. We stopped in here for a small snack, and got a mixed plate with lots of delicious food served by a wonderfully smiling and cheerful waitress named Julia. She must be Poland's sweetest and nicest waitress. Highly recommended.

We arrived for a late lunch having had an awful experience in another local restaurant. A really welcoming and friendly atmosphere, great service and nice food. We felt reassured that food allergies are treated seriously there, when the manager came to discuss the selected gluten free option. There is a separate kids menu which also got thumbs up. Nice decor with interesting music memorabilia. I'd recommend this if you are looking for a family friendly place with a good vibe and service.

Nice place interior, food is also delicios and we did not need to wait long. Just prices are quite high. Actually would still recomend this place, i liked it. Jumbo combo had a lot of different flavours, ribs were really good too - a lot of flavour, meat falling of the bones. Strawberry basil lemonade was really delicious just again seemed a bit expensive.

The Dessert was a Valentine's Day Sunday to share and it was full of cream and dry bad-tasting cookies with only a little bit of ice cream and way less fruit than in the advertisement pictures on the menu. We were here 2 times with my dad, during our stay in Gdansk. First time: Waitress Tasia (not sure with the name), was very kind and sweet and her work was perfect. The food we had, was delicious!!! One of the worst HRC locations that I have ever been to! Bad service (nothing friendly, fun and HRC exciting); appetizers came after 30min - hair on the chicken wings; main dishes after over 1 hour… another hit on the stake…. Manager tried his best by apologizing, but that’s not the HRC experience we were looking for. Disappointed to say the least!

The service we felt was slow and had to chase the bill a few times. Cost wise was excellent, £23 for both of us with sides and drinks.

Its a beautiful place and the staff is very nice. And while the food tastes good i don't really recommend it for vegans. They only have one vegan option and when i ordered that one it came with cheese and sour creme. The staff was really nice so i was a bit sad about that. For none vegans however it's probaly a good place to eat american food.
