A
bunch
of
amateurs
with
no
communication
skills.
We
were
a
group
of
6
and
they
had
us
waiting
there
for
40
minutes,
only
to
tell
us
that
not
only
they
don't
have
tables
but
also
that
they
didn't
expect
to
have
any
tables
any
time
soon.
To
clarify,
once
we
arrived
they
told
us
to
wait
until
a
table
is
empty
so
we
can
sit.
We
were
waiting
for
40
minutes,
until
we
spoke
to
the
woman
who
was
the
manager,
apparently.
She
responded
like
we
just
arrived
there,
in
a
highly
arrogant
way
with
a
"I
really
don't
care"
attitude.
So
wr
asked
her,
"why
didn't
you
inform
us
about
that
so
we
could
leave?"

No
answer.
"Why
do
you
have
us
standing
here
for
40
minutes
if
you
already
knew
that
you
didn't
have
any
tables
and
that
you
didn't
expect
to
have
any?"
She
didn't
ever
care
to
apologize
for
the
inconvenience
but,
on
the
contrary,
she
tried
to
confront
us
saying
"it's
your
choice
to
stay
or
to
leave",
an
advice
that
would
be
highly
useful
40
minutes
earlier!!!
She
said
that
we
should
have
called
ahead
to
make
a
reservation.
Of
course
we
had
already
called
and
they
had
told
us
that
we
could
come
and
wait,
as
they
should
have
tables.
In
the
meantime,
there
are
4-5
smaller
tables
available
in
the
restaurant,
and
behind
us
there
are
3
groups
of
2
and
3
people
waiting
to
be
seated,
but
nobody
even
cared
to
speak
to
them.
Bored
to
wait,
they
walked
in
the
restaurant
to
ask
what's
happening,
and
then
they
were
seated
immediately.
The
cherry
on
the
pie
is
that
she
was
wearing
her
mask
with
her
nose
exposed
and
she
didn't
even
care
to
fix
it.
Mask
with
the
nose
out
=
no
mask.
The
marketing
guy
Niko
responded
to
this
review
on
TripAdvisor
using
a
bunch
of
lies
that
don't
represent
reality
at
all.
Of
course,
we
wouldn't
expect
anything
better
after
we
saw
their
Manager's
behavior.

unprofessional
response.
