staff is not trying to help at all. toilet is closed, not working. even can't wash your hands. i asked for wet wipes, they don't have it. so i hed to eat my meal with paper. not good

I've been here twice with three years between both visits, and they got my order wrong on both occasions. At least they're consistent.

Stopped by for breakfast at 0730. Very clean dining area. Polite service. Coffee and breakfast sandwich tasted delicious. It's better than any KFC I ever dined at in the USA.

Service quality is very good. You need to spend 3 zloty to use the wash basin or wash room.

We have ordered Double Zinger. Meat was good, bun was fine, but KFC should improve their product by adding a whole leaf of lettuce instead of shredded letuce.

KFC is KFC 🤷🏻‍♂️... Good place to wait for your train as the drinks can be refilled unlimited times.

KFC is a great fast food restaurant with a delicious chicken burger that’s the best I’ve ever had! The chicken has the skin on it which makes it extra tasty. The staff were very friendly and welcoming which made for a great atmosphere. There are also good seating areas which make it a great place to eat. I highly recommend KFC to anyone looking for a quick and tasty meal.

Waiting time over 20 minutes for simple order (there was a queue of more than 10 orders with such long waiting time). Tables not cleaned and part of place was closed during the waiting time, so I had to change a seat.

It's KFC, so yoh know-how what to expect. Plus side: additional seating places on first floor. Downside: it's busy, so expect long waiting times.

This KFC, is close to central train station and it is busy most of the time. Perfectly, buy through app to collect. Best FF, as there's none closer to CTS.

Good location, placed near Gdańsk Główny. The toilet is paid for people who don't eat there. I think the toilet should be more added, because many people want to use it

Absolutely fabulous! Ms. Ada assured me the greatest experience I’ve ever had in any KFC in poland so far! She helped with picking out my food when I wasn’t sure what I wanted!!

40 minutes for a small order of fries would be bad for a regular restaurant but it’s just beyond stupid for a fast food restaurant. About 20 people in the restaurant when I ordered

I would like to buy a bottle of water but the cashier refused me due to the fact that she did not have change. And this is in the heat outside at 32 degrees. I will never go to this place with kids. I was shocked by the service..

Ordered from the website and I am still waiting for my order nearly 3 hours later. I check for updates on the website and it says my order was already delivered. Unless it was delivered to the wrong person, that is completely false.

Ordered from here over 3 hours ago, no sign of any update and to make a complaint charges your phone a ridiculous rate. Very poor service

Terrible service. Small order of 2 cheeseburgers didn't wait 10 minutes. There was no staff at the register to cancel the order. Ended up just having to leave and losing money.

The advantage is it’s open late and it is next to train station. I didn’t like the packages they offered. There are better in other KFCs.

literally none covid restrictions respected, queue so long i could visit European Solidarity Centre and come back for my order, overall really crowded and dirty, I'd recommend taking food out, not eating in. (although i can't say food was bad, standard kfc, at least it was warm)

Really cool for a KFC, but for the same price one can get way better food and WAY better coffee.

good service. just if u need to use wc make it sure to keep your invoice as their is code in there for you to be able to access otherwise you need to insert coin.

It's clean, large, spacious and by the Gdansk train station. A must for all those out enjoying the night life for a bit too late the previous evening. Situated next door is McD for anyone that thinks the menu is limited to mainly chicken dishes. Like all non local outlets ie international chains, their is a minor price increase compared to seeking out the more local food places.

Strips strips strips !!!!!! Give me some more aaaargh I can't life without my strips from KFC. The KFC at Gdansk Glowny is well located, the employee's are very helpful and don't fear to speak English. The place is clean and the service fast. However sometimes and due to the location you may be facing a long queue to order. Otherwise ... nothing to say more behalf that perfection don't exist.

Everything was good, except of a large crowd (for obvious reasons, because it's located close to the station). However, we didn't wait for our order for long time (approximately 10-15 minutes i guess)

Better to avoid this place. I went in a rush just for buying a small bottle of water paying 6,49zl, and despite repeating twice to the teenager working at the cash register that I wanted "woda niegazowana", she gave me a "gazowana" bottle thinking that I was not going to notice the difference. I asked her that I said 2 times to her that I wanted woda niegazowana and then she told me after having paid already that they don't have niegazowana bottles at the moment.This girl working there is not only unprofessional but a dishonest person. I don't recommend spending a single zl in this place.

It was awful. There were too many people and they can do nothing with that queue. I really don't understand, why they are placed so small restaurant near railway station

Very tasty food, fast order fulfillment, there are free places in the room even with a large number of people. The most delicious chicken, well packaged. Bad sides: an expensive toilet, frenchfries are worse than those of "competitors", sometimes oversalted strips. But still one of the best fast food restaurants.
