Stylish hotel in the heart of Gdansk old town with brilliant facilities for all sorts of remote work. Breakfast and restaurant are top-notch and the rooftop bar was a cherry on top. Minus points for the fact that Google Maps takes visitors to the back door and taxis can't get to the hotel so they often drop you several streets away.

Amazing hotel just minutes from thr centre of the city. Perfectly located, friendly team members and brilliant modern rooms. Just a note if you're staying over the next few months, there is heavy construction work taking place directly next to the hotel it is constantly noisy from about 5am-4pm every day. It did wake me up most mornings but it didn't bother me as I was out and about all day anyway. Amazing rooftop bar overlooking the river, too.

Stylish and cozy hotel, delicious breakfasts and a big plus that you can check in with a dog and don’t even require additional payment. We really enjoyed. The only negative was that there was no place to park the car.

Wonderful modern hotel in the old center of Gdansk - about 100m from the green bridge. Comfortable quite rooms. Be sure to book the breakfast! Excelent price quality ration.

Great rooms, excellent breakfast and fantastic location. Only disappointment was the taxi ordered by the hotel to the airport. We got heavily overcharged by the driver. Better to call an Uber/Bolt.

Wonderful hotel, spacious room. Great location for the Old Town. Wide choice of food for breakfast. All day drinks machine in the lobby is a great bonus

We were in the hotel from 27/03 to 30/03 2023 The positive: Fantastic location, but note that the facade of the building is being maintained, so it is full of scaffolding and mesh on the outside But I heard no noise of construction from this. It cost only 77 zloty to the airport with taxi Good design of furniture, lighting, color schemes, nice design in rooms etc. Negatively: Our room (and apparently most rooms) did not have windows facing the street or backyard , thus no fresh air. All the rooms I observed were facing the artrium (this is a hotel inside another building) If you need fresh air, or are claustrophobic, choose another hotel In our room the A / C turned off regularly after about 30-40 min, so it was both hot and stale air, and practically almost impossible to sleep, in other words, the duvets were not needed. (even in winter time) This ruined a lot of our stay We told the reception every day, but nothing happened. On the day we were checking out, we told them once again. The receptionist then told us that no note had been made of this problem with the A/C at all! They told me the manager would contact me via email regarding our problems No email came, so I sent them an email instead, and got the answer that they could give me a good offer next time, should i use the hotel again. ( i will obviously not) In other words no compensation for the stay The food in the restaurant: Don't expect any taste sensations here, in fact don't expect much taste at all. Very tasteless, uninspired dishes, though the food on your plate is arranged to resemble a gourmet restaurant meal. They had one dish i could recommend though, that is the pumpkin soup. If you are hungry, instead head to" Whiskey in the jar", fantastic burgers! (it is only 10 min walk away)

Very nice hotel. Great Location. Comfortable rooms. The only minus is view from the windows. Even apartments have another building (still under construction) just few meters away from your window.

Perfect location in the city center. Very friendly staff. Attended a beautiful wedding - room was 'fancy', felt luxurious. Overall lovely experience

Great rooms, central location. The bathroom/shower walls are transparent so if your very new with your partner you might not enjoy it 😄 but overall great, very comfy beds, soft towels. Amazing hand soap, love the scent. Very friendly staff.

Quiet rooms with great soundproofing. The best location in Gdansk, close to everything you would ever need. Beautiful hotel with stunning design and high-end finishes. It is very comfortable, relaxing, and stress-free to stay there.

Filip is AMAZING. We encountered a bunch of issues, from having to check in way earlier than hotel policy, to AC not working, and he solved all of them in no time, while being exceedingly polite, nice, kind, and communicating really well the whole time. If I had a hotel I’d try to hire him. And that comes someone who routinely goes to 5 star hotels. Edit: Filip Szostak! Asked for the name as I saw another Filip who might also be great but who I didn’t interact with Other note: the gym rowing machine and indoor bike are both broken

Overall a very stylish, affordable stay in a really excellent central location in Gdańsk Pros: - very central location to explore the old town with beautiful architecture, bars, restaurants and museums - street outside is pedestrian only - really nice lobby and rooftop bar - friendly staff - heated bathroom floor was very nice - midday checkout - okay breakfast but wouldn’t get it again - good value overall Cons: - noisy - between construction next door and window directly onto lobby (where they were showing the World Cup) - sheer curtain over window onto lobby not great privacy - room lights and AC are controlled by a temperamental tablet that we had to restart a few times - standard room is quite small - glass bathroom walls 😭 - slightly terrifying alarm system/tannoy

Our weekend stay was good but could’ve been better. The room was modern but the floor was not mopped / washed as we can see some sticky marks on the floor. And the surfaces were not wiped, our room tables had glass ring marks and sticky juice. But overall, good location and easy to walk everywhere. Wish it was just more cleaner.

Stayed here for 4 days for business and it was overall a great experience. Pros- great location in the city by the christmas market, convenience stores, sight spots. Very modern and clean rooms, good value. Good breakfast. Cons - got a room on 1st floor facing lobby and i had a lot of lobby noise coming through. One elevator by the lobby which can get queued up (there is one more elevator well tho). Construction next building. Overall a great place to stay and i would recommend.

The hotel was great. Good customer service, nice services in the hotel, such as free bike rental and good hygiene products in the room. Only this missing was the view from the the terrace bar (Hotel’s first picture), since there is a new building covering the view.

The hotel boasts an impressive interior design, although it's worth noting that locating the entrance can be a bit tricky due to the lack of signage on the facade. Once inside, you'll find cozy rooms accessible through key card-secured elevators. The restaurant staff is pleasant, and check-in was remarkably swift – we were even accommodated an hour earlier than expected. The rooms are thoughtfully soundproofed, and some may appreciate the view of the tranquil atrium from the windows, which contributes to the room's peaceful atmosphere by minimizing street noise. One notable feature is the bathroom's heated floor, a luxurious touch. However, adjusting the room temperature proved a tad inconvenient since it required turning off the air conditioner completely via a tablet control system. If you're booking a room with two separate beds, be aware that they may be on the smaller side. Breakfast at the hotel restaurant stands out with its extensive selection of dishes. It's worth mentioning the bathroom design, which incorporates translucent glass separating it from the room, along with a curtain for added privacy. Keep in mind that the close proximity of the bed may make privacy a concern for some guests, as sounds from the bathroom are easily audible, and pulling back the curtain could partially reveal activities inside. In summary, the hotel's strengths lie in its location, effective soundproofing, delightful breakfast offerings, and efficient check-in/check-out procedures. On the flip side, there are some drawbacks, such as the transparent bathroom glass, the absence of disposable slippers, underwhelming coffee, and the lack of signage on the facade. Additionally, the rooftop bar's views may be obstructed by neighboring buildings.

Just spent 3 nights there and was really happy with the place. Very close to the old city and numerous of good bars/restaurants. The room was very good in many ways. The bed was really comfortable and everything from the light, TV and such could be controlled with the tablet that was there. Bathroom was top as well. Friendly staff and especially at the bar on the top floor, got many good recommendations from some of the guys there. The room got cleaned really early, around 0930 ish. Breakfast was top notch, even though the "Sauerkraut Juice" they had was the worst thing I've tried in my whole life..... who in gods name drinks that stuff!? :-p

We had a great stay. The staff were attentive and professional. The food was amazing, fresh, delicious, and plenty to choose from. The location is close to the center so it's easy to go around the city. The room was clean. It has a romantic vibe so we enjoyed the stay as a couple. (-) the pillows were too soft and the parking exit was too narrow.

The location of the hotel is good. Inside, modern, but the rooms were a bit small and showed signs of wear. Queen-size double bed with a shared blanket. Pillows of poor quality. Breakfast mediocre. A really big problem is the commotion from the street, the conversation was so loud that you thought the window was open. It was almost impossible to sleep at night because the noise lasted almost until morning. And now it was winter and the beginning of the week, in summer the situation was even worse. The staff is stiff, and they also ignored the gold status.

Great place to stay in the absolute center of Gdansk. Really nice place. Rooms are comfortable with really good beds. A sliding glass door to the toilet is a bit funny if you are not used to that. The breakfast buffet is one of the best we have ever tried.

The hotel is very nicely decorated and have amazing common spaces. Rooms are not that big and could be better ventilated. The window do not face the outside street, but the interior hotel lobby and reception, so the air circulation is not that good and there is some noise coming from the downstairs bar. The bed could also be bigger (1.60m for 2 people). The staff was super friendly, but the check in could be smoother. We loved the restaurant - so beautiful! Breakfast was absolutely royal. The rooftop bar INK is definitely a plus, but the view is hidden by the nearby houses. Good location in the old town, close to the main sightseeing points in Gdańsk.

A clean and modern hotel which is in a great location near to the riverside. The beds are comfortable and the staff are friendly and helpful. Tablets are in the rooms to operate the smart tv and lighting, ordering room service and to check out. There is spa, small gym and rooftop bar. The conference facilities also available. The big fault is we had a twin room which was difficult with the glass bathroom! There is a privacy curtain but still difficult to leave the room if someone is using the bathroom! There are plans for expansion so lots of construction work nearby too.

Our stay was all in all perfect! Really good breakfast and good variation, really nice Room (even though we faced the construction) and fun to do everything on a tablet, free and really good coffee all day, nice and good rooftop bar. We would definitely visit again.

Comfortable hotel at walking distance of tourist harbour. Nice rooms (quiet despite building site next door), free hot drinks and bikes for guests.

Second best hotel we've ever stayed in. We upgraded to a suite, which was reasonably priced considering the hotel is 5* in my view. High end architecture and furnishings throughout, comfortable beds, excellent service from all staff all the time, cracking little roof terrace bar and perfect location. The suite had some great little touches like sliding doors that allowed to separate the lounge from the bedroom, or let them be open to each other.

Very nice modern hotel near the city center. The room was spacious with a view on the old city. The shower and the bed were both excellent. There are no tea/coffee making facilities in the room, but you can grab free tea and coffee from the machine in the lobby. The breakfast buffet was good with a nice selection of different food. There is free WiFi throughout the hotel. The sky bar on the 8th floor has a nice view of the city and great cocktails available.

Wow, what a great hotel on all aspects! Nicely designed rooms and hotel common areas. Great breakfast enjoyed. We stayed 3 nights and used the spa facilities which included a steam room and dry sauna, worked well and nice way to wind up the day. We've loved Gdansk and recommend the city and hotel!

Will stay here next time I visit Gdańsk. Location is perfect, rooms are clean, the bed is really good; high quality pillows and down duvet🪶Nice soaps and a hair conditioner that actually works! Complimentary coffee & tea from the coffee machine at the reception. Breakfast buffet is highly recommended. Missed a larger refrigerator in the room and more space to store clothes.

After three nights at Puro Hotel in Gdansk, I am really, really impressed. The hotel has a great location in the middle of town, between two canals, with super-friendly and helpful staff, comfortable beds, fast elevators, and a terrific breakfast buffet. My wife and I were there in July 2022, during Gdansk's annual outdoor market festival, so at times, it was a bit crowded, but never disturbingly so. The front desk team, especially the superbly competent and generous Simon, went out of their way to answer our questions, help us find unique places (not on the tourist map), and even gave us a late checkout as we had an evening flight home. There are certainly cheaper choices in Gdansk, but I doubt if you’ll find a better hotel experience in this beautiful and fun city.

Very comfortable hotel. Good location within the city center, ample public parking places nearby. Modern rooms equipped with a tablet through which you can regulate the lighting, use the tv, order room service, etc. And as a nice extra: complimentary coffee self service at the lobby.

The Hotel is not too bad but we expected more. The construction side is very loud. The curtains in the room were super see through so the lights of the construction side was keeping me up all night. in the bathroom we had a few insects… the location is quite good. Also be careful with the city tax. according to my booking receipt, the tax was included in the price i payed via booking. when we checked out they charged us the city tax again. since i didn’t check the booking receipt i payed it but next time check you receipts! :) and although it’s just 10 zloty i find it quite unprofessional.

Room and facilities are really nice but people at reception are very rude and hotel management is bad enough to have a very noisy maintenance work started at 7am just on top of our room with no earlier notice. When complained, very rude response from reception and many lies. And weirdly, there is no manager on duty , no one responsible to take a decision for hotel, at around 8am , per the receptionist. I believe this is even illegal. I would not recommend to stay at this hotel under this rude and weak management sytle. I have too add that later on the same day, i found a kind note of apology with a plate of fruits&cookies sent by the front desk manager, Ms Kasia. It was very thoughtful. When we were checking out, she again met us to explain the situation face to face. She ensured that the staff will be given training on the matter.

This is probably one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in! I travelled here with my partner from London for a wedding. Stayed in Gdansk for a night to explore on our own. PURO hotel is steps away from everything we wanted to go, and is equipped with the most comfortable bed and rain head shower. I took a few photos for future reference when I’m decorating my own home! Lovely staff. Really nice touch to get a free hot drink in the morning too! Definitely going to stay at a PURO hotel next time when we are in Gdańsk or another city in Poland. Recommended to family! Honestly can’t say enough good things about this hotel.

Was amazing, really good service, comfortable, clean and spacious room. Great location, close to everything. Perfect to travel with kids. And extra points for delicious breakfast and amazing food for dinner, you really should stay and have dinner at their restaurant, great.

Fantastic hotel: superb ambiance, very welcoming and helpful stuff. Wonderful Scandinavian design, with great considerations for how to go the extra mile: e.g. seamless check out from the room via iPad, calendar with complimentary events like yoga or city tour. Great location - with variety of restaurants and bars at your doorstep. Will definitely come back when in Gdansk. SPA is also a very pleasant experience, with welcoming skilled staff and carefully selected local brand for spa cosmetics

Great hotel. The location is perfect for sightseeing. Everything is super modern and perfectly designed. Amenities are great, as well as the general comfort. Can only recommend.

It was a bit on the cold side, cold blasts of air from the street kept getting into the restaurant.. Also I got a room with a c-view, as in C for concrete, the building site next door. That joke doesn't work so well in writing as in speech but you get the idea. Wait staff could be a little more enthusiastic. Receptionists were fine. Breakfasts had too miserly a choice of cold meats and cheeses for something this size. I would expect a bit more of high value breakfast things like smoked salmon or honey on the comb. There was practically nothing here that you would not get offered for breakfast at a three-star small hotel in the countryside, so definitely an area for improvement. Also bottlenecks at the coffee machine and nobody circulating with a coffee pot. I slept well though and was happy with the conference facilities.
