Best Pancakes ever. I visited almost all Manekin restaurants in Poland and they are doing great. Whatever you choose is tasty. Especially sweet pancakes 😍 please open the next restaurant in Krakow. We want to get fat :)

Manekin is usually a safe bet for a great meal and good service. However, on my visit to this location, I was left waiting for 5 minutes at the entrance, without anyone acknowledging my presence. The restaurant was not busy at this point, as half of it was empty - a quiet Tuesday afternoon. I decided to leave and go elsewhere. Having eaten at Manekin restaurants all over Poland, this was by far my worst experience.

Best pancakes in Gdańsk. Big portion, good price and excellent taste. The service was very friendly and we had a nice cosy spot. Highly recommended!

A very popular place for students, families, office workers and the like. Varied menu with interesting choices throughout. There was a short queue to get in, and pretty full inside, but then it was the lunchtime rush. Soon quietened down after that. Not sure if outdoor seating was available, but there was a part "outside" under glass. The location was just a bit odd. Not quite on the very busy main road, but not quite off it either. Just set back enough though. Very urban kind of place. The food was excellent value for money. Good and tasty. Quick service considering how full it was. Inside was an interesting ships theme with wallpaper and ship's front end through one wall. Pretty hard to find as not on the regular tourist trail. No obvious tram or bus stops, but I was walking anyway. Definitely intended for students, families and locals.

Very good idea for a restaurant, plenty of choice of savoury and sweet pancakes. Solid portions and very tasty. High standard of service and waiters are very friendly and professional. When I visited the place was packed and there was bit of waiting time, both for the table and for food, but everything was managed in excellent manner. Overall, very good experience and I will definitely be back. Big thank you to the team!

One of the best places in the city to have a meal. 1) the service is very friendly and fast. We've come there when the place was crowded but we were able to get our meal in 20-30 minutes. 2) the dishes are very tasty. 3) prices are not expensive ones 4) they have a small parking g for the clients right near the restaurant The place mainly serves pancakes with different type of sources, fillings. You can order not only sweet pancakes here. I prefer the ones with potato flour. Definitely recommend this place

I must say I had bigger expectations, I heard many good things about this place, so it was time to try it out. The menu is big and there's plenty of choice for savory and sweet crepes as well as pancakes, salads, pasta and some soups. I wanted to try the pulled pork, but they were out, so I took the baked shrimp, leak crepe, and it was not great (frozen shrimp not cooked well), the misses had a chicken, camembert and cranberry one which was better, but also mehhh... Lemonade was fine... Stuff was nice. All in all, ok but that's it…. A year later it’s the same, stay away from sweet crepes, wayyy to sweet;)

Best savoury pan cakes ever with lots of options to choose from. Would love to try there sweet pan cakes too. Waiters were also very nice and helpful in suggesting options. Not too expensive with different options for beer and coffees.

Best value to price ratio! Waiters are really professional! Can speak English well and of course Polish too) Food was great. Except soup they called borshch. I am from Ukraine and tell you it is 100% not the whole meal it is only part -beetroot compote, I can call it) But I recommend it for 100% for everyone, but just accept that there is always quee there because everyone like this place😁

One of my favorite places in Gdańsk without any doubt to go with my friends. Try the crepe with chicken, camembert and cranberries, you won't regret it 😉 Super nice food, big portions and kind staff. What else can you ask for?

This was a great experience. We did not wait long to be sat on a Wednesday afternoon. I ordered vanilla iced coffee and a sweet crepe of banana, white chocolate and creamy sauce, while my friend ordered number 6 savory with mozzarella, pesto and chicken. We decided to split them so we both could have savory and sweet - GREAT decision. Our server (Dominika) was very friendly and helpful. I will tell you one thing though - YOU WILL BE STUFFED TO THE BRIM! I felt like I needed to be rolled out of there from how full I felt afterwards. Expect to pay around 26zl for a crepe and 12zl for beverage. I would recommend this place and wouldn’t hesitate to come back.

We went there on a Wednesday morning at 10 am, I appreciated that the waitress brought me the English menu on his own and to my friend the polish menu, however he only brought the normal menu without the breakfast one which gave us the impression that they don’t serve breakfast on summer only to find out later after we ordered that they actually do, and we didn’t get that menu. So minus for that! The food was nice, I’d say the portion is big for one person and I’m a bodybuilder so coming from me, take it! Share the plate with someone, don’t bloat yourself eating the whole thing alone, unless you wanna take it away afterwards. So we ordered coffee, cappuccino and the latte mach sth with camel syrup And we ordered a salty dish ( tortilla with chicken like KFC ) and a sweet one ( the American pancakes with peanut, chocolate and icecream ) both taste great, especially the sweet dish, recommend it I definitely have to come back again for the breakfast menu, I changed my rate from 4 stars to 5. You’re forgiven this time

A must go if you are in Gdańsk. The food is AMAZING! Start with a crepe for the main dish, and end up eating a sweet one as a dessert.

Waited a long time for a table although we had a reservation. Food took about an hour, but when we received it, it was so nice. They didn’t have quite a few things on the menu but overall great experience. The crepe pasta didn’t taste like a crepe; which is a good thing! Probably would visit again. Just wish it wasn’t as long.

Seems super busy at the moment and quite a bit understaffed. Wait to get orders in was 12 minutes and then approx 40 to get first dine, another 15 or so to get the next one. If you're planning to eat a dinner there, prepare to stay for around 2 hours in total

I was recommended this place by a family member, so when I was in the main city I searched it out specifically. There was a queue when I got there, I didn't have to wait super long, but it was a significant amount (especially as it was raining a bit) Getting in I was told it was a 45 minute wait, the time went pretty fast cause I was just messing around on my phone. Service was polite, the waitress brought me over a menu in English which was helpful as I was just translating the one fixed near the door on my phone. I went with the soup in bread, it was super tasty and filling, I also had a fresh orange which was delicious, probably the best fresh orange I've ever had. I really wish I had saved space for dessert (or at least ordered one to go) as this place is known for its pancakes. When the lady took away my plate I sat for 5 mins waiting, saw another few servers get the bill for a few tables around me that fished after me. Eventually I asked one of the passing waiters if they could bring the bill. Think it was just lost in translation, maybe she thought I was waiting on a dessert. The place is pretty big but seems to only have two individual toilets. I stood at the one downstairs behind another person for several minutes but at that time had arranged an Uber, so went upstairs to the next one. There was no toilet roll in the cubicle (a persistent problem that day, I visited the amber museum earlier and that too had no toilet roll in any toilets!) Probably should be kept on top of in such a busy restaurant. Would return, definitely need to try out their sweet menu

Very full of customers on Sundays. We had to wait 15 minutes to get in. A lot of moms with small children. Bad toilet...unisex ?!? The food ok, dessert nice and large.

This people doesn’t know whist is a service. Dirty tables, broken chairs, waiter that is not coming for 20 min to take an order and even after coming cannot answer general question; after all she takes the order as if I came to her house and she is doing a favor. Kitchen is good. But poor communication: after I give an order and waited for 15 min they came to inform that today they don’t have meet that I ordered they are unable to change to other so I need to choose smth else and wait for another 30 min. Staff careless. It’s ridiculous but if management will not do anything they will lose the business! I visited this place anytime I am in Gdańsk but seems it have been the last time ! Good luck guys. P.S lady on the next table was waiting for waiter for 25 min and cleaned her table by herself

😐 This Bar Mleczny is in a pedestrian zone in a touristic hotspot of Gdansk. It's always very busy, but the line moves fast. They have tables outside and plenty of room upstairs. I liked the interieur. What I didn't like were the overcooked pierogi. It was more like pierogi mash. No, thank you
