Best Hotel, location and Dining in Leba

If you are looking for stylish surroundings with beach access then this might be the place. Otherwise Łeba offers many lovely types of accommodation.

Das Hotel war super, nach einem kleinen Problem mit dem Zimmer, was am selben Abend gelöst wurde, hatten wir einen traumhaften Aufenthalt.Die Lage im Wald lässt das sonst laute Leba vergessen, man hat einen unschlagbaren Blick auf das Meer, das Frühstück ist sehr abwechslungsreich und vielfältig. Das Abendessen ist sehr gut, leider nur wenig Auswahl für Vegetarier, trotzdem immer wieder gern!Man bekommt täglich strandtücher, was auch ein Pluspunkt ist. Der Charme des Hauses ist unschlagbar.

I did not like the reception service. They said that all of the information is available on the internet page ONLY. I expected that the work of the hostess is to be hospitable and meet the requests of clients. We have chosen a more client oriented hotel.

Lovely, historic building with a hotel and restaurant. We went here twice already and enjoyed the fabulous food, outstanding service und to die for views. Perfect for all occasions. We enjoyed a snack here this time. Last time we had dinner and enjoyed the wonderful sundown on their patio. Highly recommended when you are in the Łeba area!!!

Wir sind immer gerne da! Das Restaurant bietet sehr gutes Essen und einen sehr schönen Ausblick aufs Meer. Den Spa-Bereich kann ich auch gut empfehlen.

Wunderschönes Areal an der Ostsee. Nette Menschen und ganz viel Normalität. Zum Verweilen einladend und nicht weit von Danzig und Gdynia entfernt. Das Hinterland ist ebenfalls eine Reise weit. Verzauberte Welten und viel Stille.

Nachdem uns Bekannte von diesem Hotel erzählt und uns Bilder gezeigt hatten, war für uns klar: Hier wollen wir einmal unseren Urlaub verbringen. An Ostern 2023 war es dann endlich soweit und wir verbrachten einige Nächte in diesem Hotel. Die Lage des Hotels ist einfach traumhaft - besser geht es kaum. Ich habe noch nie ein Hotel gesehen, das so nah am Ostseestrand liegt. Das Gebäude ist wirklich schön und stilvoll eingerichtet, ebenso die Zimmer. Wir hatten ein Familienzimmer und unsere Freunde die "kleine blaue Suite". Ich würde definitiv den Aufpreis für die Suite zahlen - sie ist nicht wesentlich teurer, aber viel größer. Aber auch das Familienzimmer war sehr schön. Das Restaurant des Hotels ist ebenfalls sehr nett. Noch nie zuvor hatte ich beim Essen einen so fabelhaften Blick auf die Ostsee. Das Frühstücksbuffet war reichhaltig und ansprechend - mit einer tollen Auswahl. Die Eierspeisen wurden frisch zubereitet und waren köstlich! Auch das Abendessen ist absolut empfehlenswert. Die Speisekarte ist zwar klein, aber fein. Die Auswahl für Kinder war vielleicht etwas ungewöhnlich, aber dennoch findet hier jeder etwas nach seinem Geschmack. Das Essen hat wirklich hervorragend geschmeckt. Allerdings hatten wir auch einen Kritikpunkt: Wir hatten ein "Problem" mit unserem Zimmer, das wir bereits am ersten Abend dem Personal mitteilten. Man zeigte sich schockiert und versprach, sich darum zu kümmern. Leider passierte bis zu unserer Abreise nichts. Es war zwar kein Weltuntergang, aber bei diesem Hotel und dem Preisniveau hätten wir einfach mehr erwartet als nur Betroffenheit.

Licht und Schatten; Fangen wir mit den positiven Dingen an: Sehr schönes Hotel mit einer Top Lage direkt am Meer, sehr schöner Pool , toller Strand und eigener abgesperrter Bereich am Strand mit kostenlosen Liegen und Handtücher. Die Zimmer sind sehr schön teilweise mit Meerblick und Balkon/Terrasse. Bad auch schön groß. Hotel hat ein sehr gutes Restaurant, welches auch für Nicht-Hotelgäste zugänglich ist. Das Frühstück ist super, selten so ein gutes Frühstück gesehen. Hier nun die nicht so guten Anmerkungen: Hotel und Restaurant sind für für polnische Verhältnisse sehr teuer. Uns wurde erst beim einchecken und erst nach Nachfrage mitgeteilt, dass der komplette Sauna Bereich kaputt ist und nicht genutzt werden kann. Das hätte im Vorfeld mitgeteilt werden müssen! Das Hotel hat keinen Aufzug, deshalb für ältere Personen oder für Personen die schlecht zu Fuß sind, nur bedingt zu empfehlen. Am ersten Tag teilten wir der Rezeption mit, dass das Kopfteil im Bett teilweise zerrissen ist. Eigentlich ein Unding in solch einer Preisklasse. Wir haben dazu die gesamte Woche leider keinerlei Rückmeldung, Entschuldigung etc. bekommen. Auch würde ich mir mehr persönliche Ansprache in solch einem Hotel erwarten. Kein guten Morgen, wenn man morgens an der Rezeption vorbei kam oder nachmittags zurück kam. Alles sehr unpersönlich.

I would have loved to stay at this upscale place with great ambiance but came with a travel agency that had booked us at a different hotel. However, our tour guide recommended the restaurant and a few members of our group enjoyed two relaxing afternoons with coffee and amazing cake at the restaurant terrace overlooking the beach which felt like a different world from busy mainstream Leba. While some of the waiters seemed more eager to serve the hotel guests, our waitress Kaja was a delight and went out of her way to be friendly and helpful. This restaurant was the highlight of my stay in Leba.

"+" Perfect location just on the sea coast. Great sea view from most of the rooms. Perfect restaurant! (The best duck we've ate in PL during the last 5 few years), good local beer. Beach access from the hotel. Słowiński Park is few minutes by car from here. "-": Small bath. This is not critical for us at all, however this bathroom was really small. In a season this hotel is too expensive ( in winter it's great value for money) Breakfast was ok (not bad at all, however just "ok", which is maybe a bit below hotel

From the service and location perspective I consider this arrangement definitely as a 5 star hotel, so I'm rating it a bit strictly: Pro's - amazing breakfast and dinner - amazing location, pool, rooms, service and feeling - private parking - English spoken first class staff Con's - too loud music at breakfast - some wannabes with Ralph Lauren shirts and SUVs are killing the atmosphere a bit - the beach is closeby but too crowdy in summer... go for a swim before 8 - the water doesn't run off perfectly in the shower Will I be back? Definitely but not in the main season!

A beautiful place with a beautiful location. Very close to the main city beach, but the facility has its own private beach, so it will never be crowded. Bravo for the idea.

It's been almost 30 years since my husband stayed here as a child for a few nights with his family. We are very glad to see, how this place developed over the years. This hotel came a long long way. We really liked the cosy room with the lovely view, the excellent service, the perfect food and the outstanding cocktails. Special thanks to the bartenders Michael and Pawel who both made our evening very special. With their perfect English, their extraordinary customerorientation and their creative cocktail recommendations they are the heart of every good night at the bar. So - dear future guest of Hotel Zamek - if you happen to read this, you shouldnt miss to try "Leba Sour" - a special cocktail only served at Hotel Zamek/Neptun Restaurant. Nice hotel, very friendly staff. I lost my family’s necklace during my stay in March 2022. I either left it in the bathrobe pockets (took it off for spa), or somewhere in the room. If anyone finds it, please contact the hotel and they will let me know. Thank you!
