Absolutely outstanding hotel perfectly located. In the center of everything, with plenty of restaurants, shops and tourist points. I selected this hotel based on the reviews and I didn’t disappoint:) 💕 It exceeded my expectations. Perfectly clean and big room with a king size bed was a wonderful ❤️ Warm & generous service. Friendly staff who go above and beyond to make sure you have the best time 💕 + early check-in ❤️ The pool is nice and all the staff I encountered were helpful and welcoming. Highly recommended! Thank you, Hilton, for a positive memorable experience 💕

Great location great service. Certainly well kept and cared for place. River view room are phenomenal especially 327 which has a mini balcony and 328 which is a suite and has a fairly large balcony.

Really good location right on the river and pretty much on the center of everything Gdansk has to offer. The rooms were on the smaller size, but about what you would expect with the location. Everything was impeccably clean. The breakfast was included and had a ton of options to choose from. My husband was a little sassy that his diamond status didn't get him a river-view upgrade, but that wasn't a big issue for me.

Great hotel in a good location to Old Town Gdansk. Room was large and comfortable. The one negative was that we got late checkout on arrival, but the day of checkout they were calling to tell us we needed to checkout at 12:30. We were able to get it resolved, but shouldn't have had to. Other than that, great hotel

Basically ok, but the the appreciation as a diamond member isn’t noticeable. Completely the same upgrade usage, the same benefits as Gold members. Three years ago you got as a diamond member a welcome gift in your room and you get 25% discount for the restaurant AND the spa. In 2022 you don’t get the smallest welcome gift and you get, analogous to the Gold member only 10% discount for restaurant OR spa! The breakfast was also not worth mentioning, no fresh cooked eggs, the finished warm dishes were all cold. There is no reason for diamond members to book this hotel.

Does not live up to a five star hotel. A lot of minor details that makes it a subpar experience in comparison to other five star hotels I have stayed in. Orders were forgotten on several occasions. Experienced this in the roof top bar and in the cafe when we tried to purchase drinks or coffee. Breakfast is mediocre and the bread quality quite low. Especially compared to other Hilton hotels i have tried. Training room extremely basic and not very clean. Toiletries missing basic stuff like cotton pads and qtips. Only approx. 10 sunbeds at the pool area. Would all in all say that the hotel delivers as a three star hotel compared to other experiences and will choose an alternative next time I am in Gdansk. Location is nice though

Well this hotel has great location and that's it from adventages. Team is without personality and no service oriented. In regards cleanliness a lot to be desired see picture - over left item after previous customers.

I stayed in this hotel for a longweekend in November. The service & the rooms are great (even Chromecast on the TV), location also pretty good with nice views. We booked it due to the spa offer and I think it is not worth it - it has only two small saunas, one wet one dry, with capacity only for 2 people. Also they allow people to dhout, be noisy onr be jumping in the water and so on, something I dont find nice when booking a spa. The hotel in general in great - but price a bit high in my opinion for what it is.

We were in awe of this place. Our room had a view towards the canal and the ferry's wheel, made for great views for the entire day. The room was clean, spacious, and cosy. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Nice hotel. Room cleaning was daily and they always made sure you were stocked with shampoo, body wash, etc. It's also in a really convenient location, close to lots of restaurants and sightseeing.

Stayed here for 3 nights. Got upgraded to a room with a view, it is okay, nothing out of this world. The room is a bit outdated, with European electrical outlets only with no usb slots, but there is an alarm clock with 2 usb slots available. The room is spacious enough for 2 people. The room can be a bit warm at night, evening turning the Aircon mode towards the cold settings and fan to medium (fastest setting disabled) do very little. Lack of many basic amenities in the room. No toothbrushes, shavers, combs, cotton buds, stationary, no decaff coffee and shoehorn. Some can be requested via room service, but it takes forever to arrive or be forgotten by staff, better just walk to reception and get the items. Good breakfast, best omelette I have had at a Hilton yet. Plenty of options available. Really the highlight of the stay. The daily room cleaning did not clean or replace the teaspoon at all, but mugs were replaced. Bathrobes were taken away and not replaced somehow... Hand soap has been empty since the first night, cleaners never checked, fortunately had enough shampoo and body wash to use as an alternative. Location okay, right next to a taxi stand and close to many attractions with plenty of food options close by. But can take sometime to find a train or bus station.

Great hotel, centrally located in Gdansk. Clean rooms. I have stayed here a few times and can't really complain. Best breakfast hands down.

Really nice hotel bar! I went there for one drink, ended up staying for a few more... The waiter knew his stuff about cocktails and spirits and recommended a drink that I thoroughly enjoyed. Kiwi Whisky Sour drink recommended by Karol was absolutely on the spot! Not many bartenders know how to prepare drinks like this one. Professional in all matters.

Great location and big rooms but air conditioning is not very effective. Gym could have been bigger and modern. No glasses in the gym, water was almost empty and no disinfectant or towels.

The largest rooftop terrace we found with tables chairs , loungers and egg chairs outside. A nice inside open bar too both of which are located at the north end of the river. Stunning views at sunset up the river and out across to the island where the big Gdansk sign is. Chilled out vibes

The rooms are really high class gives a nice feeling with super comfortable beds. The hotel itself has a pretty good location next to old town and the riverside. The staff didn't seem too uplifted and felt pretty bland. But the whole experience was good and the breakfast fas more than you could ask for.

Best hotel in Gdańsk. The room and facilitates. the breakfast was very delicious. Most importantly is the great wonderful services by the staf. Special thanks to OGLA the best server in the hotel. I think we need someone like OGLA in all hotels in the world.

We had dinner in their restaurant, which has good menu and fantastic location. Our waiter however had a bad day as service was below Hilton standard.

The location is perfect my view allowed me to see the riverfront and Old Town and the Riverfront is right outside the front door. So many restaurants and shopping within blocks of the hotel and the Mercato and Bar(s) in the Hotel were staffed with excellent people. Alan at the Front Desk makes the stay worth it with his professional and personable nature.

Great 5 star hotel. Has downstairs paid parking (140 pzl per day). Rooms were spacious and clean. Bathroom had bathtub and separate shower. Located in the city center, but not right by the tourist attractions, so it wasn't very crowded. Food is delicious. They had the best breakfast that we ever had at any hotel, by far!

Your hotel is simply unbeatable. Comfort, service, facilities, location, staff. All brilliant. I have stayed here now several times and would not consider another hotel in Gdansk. The staff at reception are always so helpful and knowledgeable about the local area and Poland as a whole. The pillows and beds are amazing. I miss them already.

Great hotel with rooftop bar. Friendly staff. Top floor pool/steam room/sauna. Try and get a water view room with small balcony. Rooms are very large. Lots of restaurants and bars nearby.

All perfect, my favorite in Gdansk. Lovely staff, nice rooms, super facilities (gym & spa), tasty breakfast and bar. Best location close to old Town and restaurants. No reason to complain. I'll be back :)

Stayed here for 2 nights while on a tour. Was a great location right on the waterfront. Very close to the WWII museum and other bars and restaurants. Room was very nice and quiet. All employees were very friendly and helpful! Breakfast buffet was good. Would stay here again!

Hilton Gdansk is in a convenient location for most landmarks and is right by the River Motlava. You have plenty of choices for eating, drinking, and entertainment right by the doorstep. Once you step back into the hotel you have all the facilities you enjoy. Restaurants, bar, and a terrace bar, spa, swimming pool and gym. So can have a peaceful night in, relax and enjoy whatever you like.

It was not the first my stay here. I was really delighted with the entire staff. They are all welcoming, friendly and helpfull with a very positive attitude towards guest's needs. I would recommend rooms with Moltava river view....just breathtaking :-). I daresay this is the best place to stay in Gdansk. I'll stay here again for sure.

Very nice location and friendly staff. Food excellent. My only complaint is the air conditioning did not work and with the window open for air it is very noisy outside. I did not sleep at all last night which, with a 4am airport transfer, was not ideal.

We're happy with our stay! Great Old town location, got a room with river view, extra nice. King bed was comfy as were the pillows, as expected. Had burgers at their outdoor restaurant, they taste closest to a U.S. burger and we were in the mood. Front desk personnel was courteous and professional. The room was sparkling clean. Restaurant staff could be friendlier and more efficient but that's ok.

Well kept facilities; room was clean; staff was always helpful and courteous. Location is amazing. We had an amazing stay and would definitely recommend the Hilton Gdansk.

Wonderful stay, the rooms are nice tidy and clean as expected from a Hilton hotel. Location is magnificent with a great roof top, decent pool and a nice breakfast with an amazing verity of dishes. breakfast can be sometimes slightly crowded with little tables available outside. Would highly recommend booking the rooms that have views towards the river. Also, take in mind the windows don't open but despite that the feeling in the room isn't cramped thanks to the good air conditioning system. Also, nice and friendly staff that sadly don't speak English very well.

Hotel itself is good with decent clean rooms. Unfortunately Corona measures like wearing face masks, only 2 persons in an elevator are not followed nor enforced. Even some of the staff is wearing face mask not correctly.

We had a room with a river/canal view. It was worth it to upgrade. The staff was friendly and helpful. Bar was well stocked and breakfast was good.

The view of the Motlawa River from the rooms facing the river is breath taking. With the reflection of the buildings on the surface of the river water is a Kodak moment. This hotel is within walking distance to everything that a traveler needs. Just perfect!

Nice hotel in a beautiful, central location. Check in and check out were efficient and speedy. Nice welcome for us and our children. Rooms were nice, and breakfast selection was excellent. Staff very helpful and friendly. Parking easy and convenient. Rooftop pool was fun. Feels like a boutique hotel in the city. I recommend.

Lovely setting right on the Motlawa river in old town. There are amber shops all along the banks on the approach to the market. This is a nice base to operate from during your stay. I know it's not a luxury 5-star but it is a 5-star and there were a few things that I can't ignore. Overall it was a pleasant experience but here goes... During check-in you have to pay a "deposit" (I had fully pre-paid) which will not be refunded nor deducted from any room service charges. Breakfast was nice and early (6.30) but isn't appetizing. Watery scrambled eggs and processed sausages. The rooms were clean, and the staff were very helpful. The location is stunning.

The hoel is right in the center of the amazing Gdansk main street with good restaurants, lots of people around and walking distance to most of the tourist places around. Very good service and friendly customer service.

A pleasant experience! Nice rooms, good cleaning and overall very nice staff. The location is one of the best in the city. Everything is nearby, and the view over the channel is astounding.

Their hospitality is top. The room had bathrobes and room shoes. They even had drawing supplies ready for the kids. And when my child got sick, they responded very quickly. Thank you so much. I felt safe and comfortable during my stay. This is a five star hotel. It's wonderful.

This was a nice, very clean and very comfortable hotel. Centrally located, perfect location. They have a rooftop bar and semi indoor pool. We enjoyed breakfast and dinner there and they were very accommodating for allergies (gluten, dairy ). They even had excellent gluten free rolls. Highly recommend.

We stayed in the Hilton Gdansk for three days. Unfortunately I have to mention a few things, that we consider worth mentioning. The rooms are good. It is standard clean for a five star hotel and the room service is very kind. You will find everything you need. We did not try the bar/restaurant, so I will leave this section empty. Now to the part that disappointed us, the "Spa" area. If you are looking for a good place to relax over a weekend with a pool and sauna area, I wouldn't recommend this place. The sun loungers are made out of hard wood and are not covered with a mattress. It is definitely not comfortable to relax on these for a longer time. The outside spa-area is not isolated from the restaurant area, so you will find people randomly stopping by in order to take pictures while you are trying to relax in swimwear. There is no privacy and it is awkwardly weird to have people from the restaurant pass by and watching you relax in the spa area. The noise level is also pretty high with only a few people in the pool area. It is worth to mention that the spa personnel offered us additional sheets to put on the hard wooden sun loungers. I am not a fan of giving bad reviews, but we considered the above mentioned points definitely worth mentioning for a five star hotel if you are planning to stay in Gdańsk. The personnel did the best they could in order to help us with our needs. For example they took quick action to switch our rooms, because we could hear the weights of the fitness room falling on the floor. This might be a factor if you are staying on 3rd floor.
