I came back here led by the memories of a wedding reception I had attended 4 or 5 years past. To my disappointment, I felt the place lower in standard since then. Admittedly, I was a guest out of season (early March is not the most vacation oriented time in Poland) but still... the room for 2 people welcomed us with only 1 set of towels and bed linen - had to ask at the reception for the second one. Breakfast was quite lackluster in comparison to the price of the stay. The Spa was there and that was it - no one informed us that it would be best to schedule earlier for the saunas to be preheated... we had to wait for ours to be ready when we went in... additionally this is the first place I was asked to pay for a bathrobe when I wanted to use the pool or sauna (all other places I frequented had this included int he room - call me spoilt).

We went for a coffee there and had a bizarre experience. After ordering, we told the lady at the bar that we'll be sitting outside at a patio. She was unhappy with that. After asking why, she said she was not happy to serve outside because of the weather. Eventually she agreed and served us. It was sunny and 14C at that time. The service was unpleasant and bizarre.

Liebes Team, Wir haben im September unsere Hochzeit im Hotel Wichrowe Wzgórze gefeiert. Es war alles absolut perfekt. Von der Betreuung noch während Corona bis zur eigentlichen Hochzeitsfeier. Das Hotel liegt an einem wunderschönen See in Chmielno und hat die perfekte Lage für eine Hochzeit. Die Zimmer sind stilvoll und gemütlich eingerichtet. Unsere Hochzeitsfeier hat im kleineren Saal stattgefunden, der schon so sehr schön ist und einen direkten Blick auf den See hat. Die Deko von Pani Maria war traumhaft schön! Genauso wie die Deko die sie für die Kirche vorbereitet hat. Das Essen war von höchster Qualität und sehr sehr lecker. Außerdem war noch so viel da, dass unsere Gäste noch etwas mitnehmen könnten. Besonders gelobt wurde die Candy Bar! Alle unsere Gäste aus Polen, Deutschland und Amerika waren begeistert von dem Hotel und dem Service. Wir wollen Pani Maria und dem Team herzlich Danken, dass sie unseren besonderen Tag so schön gemacht haben!

Had an amazing time in this resort. A bit strange that the room I stayed in did not have any blinds, so was waking up at 4am! Then transferred to another room which did have blinds but they did not block the light. But after an amazing wedding I slept like a rose. Location is remote but amazing. Beautiful lake down the hill and close to a small village with some shops.

We arrived for a wedding event here, spent two nights in one of the outside building. I was very pleased, our room was spacious, renovated, with lake view, the breakfast was brilliant with a nice selection also the staff was always nice and helpful. The swimming pool area is quite small but when we were there noone else was there so was perfect for us. The hotel organised the wedding very well. Unfortunately the weather wasn't that nice so we definitely come back at summer to enjoy this place more at outside.

I was excited to stay there, it is genuinely fantastic place and service was excellent!.

A great resort like hotel with modern amenities. The property is situated on the bank of a lake that gives spectacular views. The landscape is so good that it feels like the entire day in the grass. The staffs are very friendly, including the chef. She prepares special items to cater the needs of individual customers. Lovely experience.

Amazing location/good food (ruskie pierogi) but that is nowhere near equal to low number of staff in property. 30 minutes to prepare a drink or no one at the reception desk and guest waiting - on look out for staff, poor.

Gute Lage. Ideal für Feiern und Hochzeiten im großen Rahmen. Störend war die schlecht geregelte Klimaanlage. Da muss das Hotel dringend nachbessern lassen.
