Excellent service. Great vibe, The bartenders are tremendous. Natalia is extremely professional and piekna and works so hard. Olivia has a very friendly warm manner and is very good at what she does. Bartek and Szymon are a good example of quality personnel. Collectively, they make Jack's Bar the best bar in Poland

Only went in here by accident(heavy rain). It is very nice location, bad very slow service/staff which is smoking at the bar and makes jokes about the customers (without knowing that you can hear and understand them) Coffee machine is dirty and tastes badly burnt, the slow service means that you order and they make espresso, but afer machines is reday they have to smoke the next first, the customers get the coffee cold (toaletowa bez papierze) sorry for that because the location is very nice (that's the one star) :-)

Called in midweek to watch some football,fairly quiet but met some new friends from Seattle/Poland.Awesome bartender who made some good cocktails/shots

Done me over asked for two draught beers told me only got bottles "but it's the same ".....yep same beer but cost £8.80!!!!!! Don't mind paying if you get VFM but it's just another bar.....walked from oldest pub in Sopot nice pub £5.30 for 2 pints won't be going back...plenty of pubs to go to!!!!!!!!!!!

We went to this place because we saw the impressive beer glasses. We sat outside and looked at the never ending stream of people coming to visit the Monte Cassino road on a Friday night. We ordered a little bit of snacks (from the appetizer menu) and it was nice food. Recommend this place for the beer experience.

I had a very bad experience. We arrived the place and the waitress told us there were no burgers. Then there was not food at all. Not even fries. But there was only onions rings. He tried very hard to give a good service, but he was alone. No cooker, no manager, nobody. Just one single person. I hope next time I will have the luck to try the food.

I’m 15 but I was here with my family. Great staff, nice service and great fries! They even gave me a blanket because it was cold.

Definitely recommend this place the drinks and staff were phenomenal! Had such a fun time here! Can’t wait for next happy hour!
