Amazing, the best hotel i ever been in 🤩 The breakfast was really good 👍

Great food and great service. The staff was incredibly nice and very well spoken in English. Vide range of breakfast buffet and incredibly good food during dinner. Massages (hot stone and sports) were very relaxing and they accommodated well to people with psoriasis. Cocktails were maybe a bit too alcoholic and kids crying in the morning because they can't get a piece of cake is also not ideal. But I would recommend it. Don't be fooled that it says 5 star hotel. it is the worst experience we have been through. The receptionist is so rude. the rooms are so disgusting and stink and they refuse to change rooms and let us sleep with the dirt. the breakfast is not good at all!! I will never set my foot here again!

The reception wich is the first you see when entering, is a beautiful one, with paintings the hallway. Also a major plus for my part is that the hotel is a bit away from the "party" streets,so when you want to sleep you can do so in peace. And in the basement you have a nice swimmingpool and a sauna.

Very nice hotel rooms are ok like in hotels but the best is food in the restaurant. Big brekfast very well done for kids everybody can find something to eat. We liked very much swimming pool and sauna.

Stunning hotel Andrez the barman was so helpful. We had to have a drink so comfortable and plush. History of the hotel was interesting when we checked the price of an overnight stay we were so surprised at how cheap it was.

The hotel has beautiful reception area. The staff seems to be very professional, attentive to the guests and the breakfast is standard ✨The rooms have things that need improvement (in bathroom the tower dryer had scratches and soap holder needs a replacement). The room was really clean other than that. The staff at the SPA area are kind individuals who are good at small talk.

What a fantastic stay. We visited overnight on a cold but sunny couple of days in April. The room we had, overlooked the Forrest to the rear of the hotel. With great views. It was silent overnight. With just a 5-10min walk to the beach past beautiful buildings and a wonderful park, then onto the beach The pool staff we excellent, very helpful. The pool is the largest I've seen in a hotel at 15m great for a swim. The sauna was excellent too. We had a Massage the following day, My wife and I both said afterwards that it was the best massage we've had! 100% worth it!!!!! I would definitely recommend staying here! We absolutely loved it!

Had a fantastic stay in a junior suite. Reception and overall service was swift and pleasant without being overwhelming. Impeccable attendance in the restaurant, and the food we ordered was delicious through and through, from entré to dessert! The spa facilities were clean and during our visit only a few other people were present, so it didn't feel crowded.

We had a nice stay. Quiet and calm setting. Good food and nice spa. Amazing breakfast. A little to short drinks list in the bar though.
