The food is not horrible, but it's not real Mexican food and I guess they are just working with the ingredients they have available here in Poland, but to call it Mexican it's far fetch. I had a beef burrito and it was the worst i've ever had. It felt like a fast-food taco bell American food chain with nice decor.

Lunch menu is a hoax. Not all the sauces are available. Small portion. Long waiting time. Not worth it.

It was the perfect place for us to eat and recover after an intense triathlon competition. We went out for lunch, squeezed into the small place and were welcomed with a smile. The wait for food was a bit lengthy, even as the place was only half-full, but once it came (burritos, quesadillas, nachos) it was delicious. Solid portions, well spiced, fresh ingredients. We literally devoured it (though surely the calorie deficit we built up earlier helped). The sauces are genuinely as spicy as advertised, so choose yours wisely. They were out of one beer we ordered and the owner (I guess) himself came to apologize and offer alternatives. Pity they wouldn’t split the bill for us, but then again, most places in Poland still wouldn’t.

Very poor service. Ordered food, then after 10 minutes they told us they didn’t have it. Ordered something else. When we got the food it was mixed up, cold and didn’t taste good. Took forever to get the food. Would not eat there again.

Tastless, with whole walnuts that made no sense... Honestly, this is not Mexican food, not even for low standards. I'm giving it 2 stars only because the portions were big.

Tako is one of the best places, which serves Mexican food in Gdynia. Staff is very well-organized and with kind approach to the customer. Food is fantastic, local is clean, beautifully decorated and you feel welcomed at any time. There are few tables outside for people enjoying fresh air, sun or simply a cigarette. I highly recommend to give them a try at least once, because I'm pretty sure, you will come back. It's a place to go to and chill with your friends. After nice dinner, you can always hit the pub, which is just next door to them, so another point for Tako for being strategically localized. Good job, guys! Keep it up!
