I ordered ribs which they said that it’s their specialty, and the best part of this meal was the fries. Ribs were cold and filled with bbq sauce, I couldn’t taste anything but bbq. The place is very overrated and overpriced for this quality of food. The salad consists of randomly chopped vegetables without a taste. A very bad experience.

Fantastic food and atmosphere. The service was very friendly which I can't say about a lot of restaurants in the area. The restaurant is well positioned with views on the ocean from the second floor . Awesome!

I came here a few weeks ago. Have been meaning to write a review earlier but was traveling and spent as much time as possible with parents that flew in from Canada. Anyways I wanted to thank Natalie first for the amazing service. I would even just come here to be served by her alone. Amazing girl and very helpful. Her suggestion hit the spot. The ribs where one of the best I had. Very fresh and the meat fell off the bone. Well the food and American atmosphere was great! I can recommend the big starter for 2 p. The onion rings were amazing! We had both the burger with black bun which was really tasty ! Staff could be a bit more welcome and nicer but it was ok. It’s still a touristic place so a little bit more pricey. But it was worth it for us.

One of my favourite places to eat, the meal is absolutely fantastic! I'd like to note, this is a restaurant chain, and this one exact point seems like the best. The meat is wonderfully juicy, soft, almost melts in mouth. And I suppose I can responsibly say I ate one of the best burger in my life here) Rockefeller burger with double meat, try it! And thanks Dominica a lot for making amazing atmosphere for us ♥️

Everything is fine until the end, the waitress made me pay 10% more of the extra fee because she chose for me to pay in euro and not in złoty ! I never seen that before and o proposed business gesture.

Typical american restaurant with wide range of steaks, burgers, salads and other food. Nice atmo with life music. I had new Orleans shrimps soup, very good and spicy.

The food was good! Tasty burger, but not possible to swap the standard fries with sweet potato fries, not even for extra cost. Strange The waitress, Asia, did a good job. Would come back for sure:)

I first visited Billy’s American restaurant about 10 years ago in Gdańsk. It has come a long way since. This is a great place to dine with kids as they have a menu that appeals to them themed with cartoons. The food was very good! I was pleasantly surprised by the quality. The atmosphere is good and the pricing was ok. The staff did a great job!

Nice friendly service, great location at the heart of Sopot, unfortunately mediocre food. The soup was tasty, yet the breakfast was underwhelming and a tad sad. Also a bit pricey for the amount of food. Not that good value for money but all in all still okay-ish place to grab some bites or drinks.

If you want an amazing steak, friendly service, and some good ol' American hospitality, look no further! This is actually our fourth time here (we've had breakfast twice - and it was fantastic, and we've had their steak twice - and let me tell you, it was simply amazing!). I gotta give a shout-out to our server, Asia, she really made our breakfast awesome!

First-Off yes the food was amazing, those Ribs were beyond delicious but the real star was our Waitress (Paulina)! You could tell she liked her job and she was super friendly and helpful. The whole Ambience was really nice. When you come to the Tricity you gotta stop by!

Unfortunately, we were there only for a breakfast, which I recommend, but we plan to visit for dinner as well. Food was tasty, big portions. Our waitress, Asia, made the experience even better :)

Service was very good, young lady was great. Drinks (Lemonade, Cocktails) - Good. Burger was good, kids meal good. However, Tuna main dish not good. If you ever like fresh Tuna, then avoid this one. Again want to stress, everything else was really good. Service was really good... OK, updated to a 4 * Went back to try again, and really the service and staff are fantastic, really look after you... This is so nice to have and see and sells this place for me... Why the 1 * drop? Well Done burger (asked for it this way) not so done well, and pinky. But still tasty round the outside. Plus... enchilada sauce, is excellent 👌 It's not easy to sit and ask for things to go back or change with a 5 year old at the table.. It's still a great place...

Ola was our server and she was so nice!! We changed our seating and it was no problem for her to accommodate. Kamil was the manager that night and he made us feel very welcomed. The food was EXCELLENT! The ribs were the best! Definitely would go back!

Asia the waitress was so smiley and nice. The food is as you expect. Music is too quiet for me, but great.

Excellent (rather large) menu and breakfast, reasonable portions. They close late, so it's also a nice place to hang out and have cocktails after dinner. The staff is generally very attentive, and Asia might just be the best waitress in town. If you like well-prepared American food, you should definitely give it a try.

Delicious meat, sauces that make meat even better, lots of beverages, portion sizes are just fine. Restaurant is kids friendly, staff is kind and helpful. Long story short - time well spent.

I had a Cheeseburger with Cheddar instead of Gouda. Very nice ambience and the very best waitress one can imagine. Oliwia, very passionate, friendly and patient. I can only recommend going for an order with her. :)

After visiting the Billy's in Gdansk last year, we thought we'd try the one in Sopot after reading the reviews. We were very disappointed. We found a long black hair in our deep fried prawn starter and the burgers were so soggy they fell apart when you picked it up. We weren't asked how we wanted our burger's cooked but the meat was very pink. Will not dine here again.

Hardly even cheap and not cosy or good food. I guess good location is the best thing: no-one can deny it is a good location.

Billy's is hands down the best American restaurant I've been too - better than the ones in the USA... Service is always quick and friendly, prices are very reasonable and portions are generous. The Florentino burger is my favourite burger of all time: so simple yet so perfect. You will not regret going here.
