This hotel is steps from the beach and the sea view is very nice. The walking/bike path is right next to the hotel as is an entrance to the beach

Being a regular customer of Marriott and being a Marriott Gold Elite member, i was upgraded to a Sea view room on my booking. It was fantastic! The property is maintained as per Marriott global standards. Kindly note there is a Cobweb in one of the galleries at exit sign board (also in one of the pictures attached below). This needs to be cleaned. I will still give my 5 star rating. Note: Gym is opened 24/7

i would definitely recommend, right next to beach, nice rooms and rather nice views. the spa is chefs kiss, perfect location, good food although i often ate out. of reaching distance to everything you could need and close to an airport as well. couldn't find any extreme dirt in the room except a bit of dust. comfy beds and nice set up, very clean and modern looking room. good for the price. if you get the chance then go.

In April 2023 I had a great experience there and that's why I choose to stay there again in June 2023 with my mum even though there were other cheaper hotels nearby like Radisson Blu or Sopotorium. Since first evening the TV was not working properly, but instead of relocating us they were trying to fix it. It would work for a short while then it wouldn't again and it would show the program in English which my mum can't understand. This glitch was fixed but the screen was still distorted on different channels. Every day and evening I was reporting it as an issue, as I needed TV so my mum with Alzheimer's could engage in some TV activity, but with distorted screen this was not possible much. Looking at this type of screen would give you a headache or an epileptic fit. An allegedly this was the only room with this issue and yet they didn't give me an option to relocate after I reported it couple of times and the issue couldn't be fixed. Quite disappointing that they offered me a room for a disabled person and assumed that it was ok if one of amenities was faulty. Since this type of room is opposite lifts I was assured that it is well insulated so noises will not be heard. That was not true as we were woken up late by drunken parties returning to their rooms and barking dog, and in the morning by shouting children and their parents.

What a location, comfort and breakfasts! Loved my autumn weekend in this hotel, enjoyed the closeness to the beach, the beautiful city of Sopot, morning swims in the pool, best fluffy omlette, comfy bed, super friendly staff. Five stars!

Honestly, we were REALLY disappointed with our stay at Mariott Sopot. We checked in at around 4 PM to enjoy our stay after we've had a hard days work. We we're told that the spa closed at 5 PM due to an private event held in the spa, this information was not given to us upon booking which was really a bummer as that's why we booked Mariott to begin with. I always choose Mariott internationally but i will rethink this. The following day we were back at work and got back to the hotel around 6 PM, went to our room to have a shower and a change to come down and enjoy the resturant - which really wasn't very enjoyable at all as they were RENOVATING on top of the stairs it was incredibly noisy and just really discomforting! We had to sit outside! On top of this, we wanted to speak to the manager - they made sure to HIDE and not speak to us during our entire stay. Alltho we had a chat with the loveley trainee instead. unprofessional. Wont be coming back to Mariott Sopot next month were choosing a different accomodation. ----

Well located, good breakfast and fantastic services. Very kind, they were very helpful when KLM lost my luggage. You can visit Sopot without the need of any car and have a lot of places very close to the hotel. I'd like to go back with my family as my trip was only for business.

A nice hotel and spa only a couple minutes walk to the beach. March '23 so it was cold and snowy but the outside jacuzzi was heavenly. Our room felt dated and the shower wasn't what you expect. Breakfast was mediocre and service slow. Great massages! About 20 minutes walk to Sopot town. 25 minutes Uber to Gdansk old town. Beautiful area. Summers are probably great.

Absolute marvel. The location is second to none, the interior is beautiful and swimming pool with the sea view is amazing. The only thing I was not convinced by it was food. It wasn't bad but it wasn't great either. The staff was attentive and it was easy to find. The hotel was clean an spacious. Highly recommended.

It is one of the best Marriott properties I have been at. Amazing customer service. Rooms were clean. Service at their restaurant and bar was amazing. 2 minute walk to an amazing beach. Away from the crowds but just a 20-minute walk to downtown Sopot. Restaurant has amazing food and their breakfast is great.

The restaurant includes 10% tips in the bill. The bread was not fresh. It takes too much time to bring dishes

Booked here for a work trip will definitely be back for a personal trip Stunning location & great service amazing spa facilities. Close enough to walk along the beach/bike track to Sopot and a short taxi ride to old town Gdansk too

    Extremely friendly and polite service. The pool and sauna area are amazing and very complete. Ideal to completely relax and come down for a long weekend! The hotel is pet friendly too. There are even children areas and game rooms. Food tasted amazing too! All in all a great place for a short staycation! Totally recommend;

Decent property, but unless you are here for a holiday on a beach - location not great , definitely prefer Sheraton over Marriott here in Sopot as it's much conveniently located in humble my opinion

Amazing experience. As a Titanium Elite Member I was upgraded to the Solina Suite which had a beautiful sea side view. Great service, excellent breakfast. Very clean. Compared to the Sheraton, this has much more of a 'resort' feel (hence the name), and the spa has 4 hot tubs (2 inside, 2 outside), compared to the Sheraton's. However, the location is worse than that of the Sheraton, so keep that in mind. That said, it's a quick 5-6 minute scooter ride down the ocean path into Sopot.

Amazing location, very attentive staff especially in the restaurant with good suggestions and knowledge of the food and wine, and Michael at the reception

I was really looking forward to a nice and relaxing stay unfortunately the hotel did not meet these expectations for me. The thing that bothered me most and was totally unacceptable were the safety measures that are not followed. Despite signs that wearing face masks( as is the law in Poland at the moment) is mandatory, 80% of hotel guests are not following this rule and the staff is doing nothing about it. It made me EXTREMELY uncomfortable considering the current pandemic. People were entering tiny elevators and hotel amenities without face masks and the staff was well aware of this. Secondly, the hotel advertises it's SPA amenities and this was the main reason I chose to stay here. The "SPA" is no where near an actual SPA it reminded me more of a water park with screaming children at all times of the day and night. One of the pools was closed and there was no adult only pool area which made the whole experience unpleasant. There were only 4 very small Jacuzzis one of which had broken jets and had an unpleasant smell. The rooms are pretty small and the sea view is not a true sea view with a playground and trees covering it. On top of all that the bathtub in my room was not clean which made it impossible for me to relax even in my own room. Very very disappointed.... On the plus side the restaurant food was phenomenal, staff was friendly and the PAID SPA treatments were amazing. Hotel might be better suited for families with small children or for a day visit at the PAID SPA for a treatment. It should be advertised accordingly.

Fantastic hotel, one of the best Mariott hotels I’ve ever been. SPA with indoor swimming pools, jakuzzi, outside jakuzzi; amazing breakfast choice and the chef can accommodate on the food (we had a kid and requested to cook our own food). It is next to the beach, walking area to the forest and pier at Sopot. It is simply an amazing hotel

I preferred it when it was more intimate more relaxing Mera SPA Hotel, now it looks (it is) a very simple hotel chain. Also the food was much better before especially in the Il Pescatore restaurant.

I've been here 4 times now, and i've never met someone so kind as Ljubov. She is amazing, very friendly, and she works with passion and we can see she loves her work. Its a pleasure to be here again, and i recommend for everyone who's visiting Sopot.

Pretty good service and nice areas to go to but you do have to pay for delivery to your room per time. In General it is a very good hotel But if you are looking to download thing there it is very slow.🏨 👍😀

Top quality Guest service, very friendly staff, exceptional food and atmosphere. True Marriott thanks to people like Michał, Michael (Front Desk), Julia, Alicja, Alexandra (Restaurant). Special thanks to Magda amazing host during breakfast time and Katarzyna who gave us lots of smile and always good advice on dinner menu. We enjoyed every minute of our stay. The swimming pool and the spa helped us to relax and the sea view from our room was astonishing. The management of this unique hotel deserves a special praise. Thank you for the memorable stay.

The stuff is very nice and helpful and i had my best hotel breakfast of my life! Waiting time at the front desk was bad, but okay, the hotel was fully booked out. Spa is huge and clean, but it looks litte bit cold as well the roof top pool. Overall it was a very nice stay!

A fantastic experience! We had two days there with our daughter and we enjoyed everything with the hotel! The decor was beautiful, our room was also beautiful with a great view of the sea. The food was of the highest standard and the staff were well trained in customer service and really made our stay pleasant! I would highly recommend this hotel and we will re visit soon!

😠 One of the worst campings I have ever been to. Yes, the spot is great( one and only andvantage) , but it is terribly crowded and chaotic. And when I say terribly crowded, it means that you can wake up with a tent 30 cm from your camper door, or a van, blocking your camper and they are still packing...
