I
was
really
looking
forward
to
a
nice
and
relaxing
stay
unfortunately
the
hotel
did
not
meet
these
expectations
for
me.
The
thing
that
bothered
me
most
and
was
totally
unacceptable
were
the
safety
measures
that
are
not
followed.
Despite
signs
that
wearing
face
masks(
as
is
the
law
in
Poland
at
the
moment)
is
mandatory,
80%
of
hotel
guests
are
not
following
this
rule
and
the
staff
is
doing
nothing
about
it.
It
made
me
EXTREMELY
uncomfortable
considering
the
current
pandemic.
People
were
entering
tiny
elevators
and
hotel
amenities
without
face
masks
and
the
staff
was
well
aware
of
this.
Secondly,
the
hotel
advertises
it's
SPA
amenities
and
this
was
the
main
reason
I
chose
to
stay
here.
The
"SPA"
is
no
where
near
an
actual
SPA
it
reminded
me
more
of
a
water
park
with
screaming
children
at
all
times
of
the
day
and
night.
One
of
the
pools
was
closed
and
there
was
no
adult
only
pool
area
which
made
the
whole
experience
unpleasant.
There
were
only
4
very
small
Jacuzzis
one
of
which
had
broken
jets
and
had
an
unpleasant
smell.
The
rooms
are
pretty
small
and
the
sea
view
is
not
a
true
sea
view
with
a
playground
and
trees
covering
it.
On
top
of
all
that
the
bathtub
in
my
room
was
not
clean
which
made
it
impossible
for
me
to
relax
even
in
my
own
room.
Very
very
disappointed....
On
the
plus
side
the
restaurant
food
was
phenomenal,
staff
was
friendly
and
the
PAID
SPA
treatments
were
amazing.
Hotel
might
be
better
suited
for
families
with
small
children
or
for
a
day
visit
at
the
PAID
SPA
for
a
treatment.
It
should
be
advertised
accordingly.
