staff

desk
except
of
one
guy
only
who
was
really
professional.
rest
I
think
they
need
some
training
on
how
to
talk
to
clients
especially
this
hotel
is
4
stars
hotel.
I
remember
I
told
to
reception
that
there
is
a
problem
with
heating
in
one
of
my
friends
who
came
for
my
wedding
and
I
told
them
my
friend
doesn't
speak
Polish,
they
send
technician
who
speaks
only
Polish
and
my
friend
didn't
understand
what
he
told
him.
later
in
the
same
day
in
the
evening
I
went
to
reception
desk
and
I
told
to
the
guy
there
that
my
friend
still
face
same
issue
with
heating,
and
the
answer
from
the
receptionist
was:
are
you
coming
and
telling
me
this
problem
at
midnight,
what
should
I
do
for
you?!
I
was
in
shock
with
such
answer.
I
told
him
it's
not
my
problem
and
I
need
this
problem
to
be
fixed
now,
then
he
proposed
another
room.
another
day
I'm
calling
reception
so
they
can
send
towels,
and
no
one
answer
and
then
I
had
to
go
myself
and
the
lady
told
me
sorry
I
didn't
hear
the
phone,
even
though
that
was
11
pm
and
no
one
was
there
and
I
called
couple
of
times.
last,
I
was
surprised
at
the
checkout
that
I
have
to
pay
480
pin
for
parking
and
when
I
told
to
the
guy
at
the
reception
that
no
one
told
me
that
using
the
parking
will
cost
money
and
he
checked
in
the
system
and
he
told
me
that
he
can
see
that
someone
told
me
so,
and
I
told
him
the
good
thing
that
when
I
was
doing
the
check
in
I
was
there
with
my
partner
and
couple
of
friends
and
none
of
us
heard
that,
then
he
apologised
and
cancelled
these
fees.
